Lonepaw trotted over happily.

Cloudstar padded up to Jaybird. "I just got Ravenspark to lead a patrol while you were asleep. Lonepaw is on the patrol." (When someone's offline I say asleep)

Lonepaw raced after Ravenspark.

Shadepaw heard the kits wail. He padded over to Dawnkit. "Cherrystar is going to give Fawnpaw her warrior name." he meowed calmingly to Dawnkit.

Emberstep purred as she heard the apprentice.

Hollynose padded over. "Sure, I'll come hunting." she meowed.

Lonepaw listened to the scrabbling in the bracken to his right. He dropped into the hunters crouch and started inching his way forwards. He could see the squirrel with it's back turned to him. Lonepaw got closer and then leaped; killing it with a swift bite to the neck.

Fawnstep purred as she touched noses with Cherrystar. "Thank you Cherrystar."

Shadepaw yowled. "Fawnstep! Fawnstep!" before padding up to her.

OOC: I have.

Lonepaw carried the squirrel over to Ravenspark and Snowfall.

Lonepaw purred at Ravenspark's praise. "Once we get back to camp I'm going to show Sandshadows!"

Cloudstar padded along the stream. He kept his ears pricked for any prey, but he was just out for the peace. As Cloudstar approached where the stream merged with the river the ground started getting sandier underfoot. He had reached the training hollow.

Emberstep padded up to Drizzlestar. "Are you planning on appointing the new deputy soon?" she asked.

Hollynose purred at Jaybird. "Are we going hunting Jaybird?" she asked. Why do I like him so?

Fawnstep padded to the center of the clearing.

Cinderstripe walked over to Shadepaw. "Fawnstep did very well today." he purred. "Want to go train?"

Shadepaw looked up at Cinderstripe excitedly. "Yes please!" he meowed.

Cinderstripe turned and raced out of the camp to the training hollow with Shadepaw right behind him. When they reached the hollow, Cinderstripe turned to his apprentice. "I want to teach you the leap and hold. In battle you use this against a cat that is bigger than you. You leap at the cat with your claw unsheathed and hold onto the cat's back. Make sure to keep on your toes in case your enemy decides to roll and squish you. We'll practice with sheathed claws."

Shadepaw sized up Cinderstripe and leaped at him. He came down on top of Cinderstripe; who hissed and tried rolling. Shadepaw was too quick though and leaped off before Cinderstripe managed to complete the roll. "How was that?" he meowed.

Cinderstripe purred. "Excellent. Now try again." he meowed as he prepared to be attacked.After awhile of this he rasped. "I think that's enough for today. You really mastered that. Let's head back to camp."

Shadepaw padded back towards camp with his mentor. He felt proud of himself. One day I'll be a warrior the clan can be proud of.

OOC: What time of day is it? And is there an apprentice that needs a mentor? Mosswing doesn't have an apprentice.

Lonepaw padded up to Ravenspark. "Are we heading back to camp soon?" he asked.

Lonepaw nodded and dropped back, carrying his squirrel.

Hollynose nodded and started heading towards the woods.

OOC: Hollynose likes Jaybird too. :)

ic: Hollynose purred. "I really like you too. I've liked you for awhile."

Hollynose purred. "Yes really! Come on! Let's hunt!"

Lonepaw followed Ravenspark back towards camp.

Hollynose dropped into the hunters crouch. She had scented a vole. The vole scuttled along the forest floor. Hollynose worked her way forwards and pounced, killing the vole with a swift bite.
