My opinion is I don't mind change, but there are things I think Should stay-

First, the court system and the clan code, because it's cool and interesting to do trials. Second off, keeping the neutrality. Not many groups or none as far as my knowledge are neutral, they're pro or anti or in between- it's good having a neutral group to keep some peace.

Revamps are just like takeovers. There's a reason takeovers are possibly the worst plots to attempt. Unless it's done cleanly and 90% of the members are on board, it becomes a mess, activity dies, and muse is murdered.

e.g:
The ThunderClan taking over BloodClan one was a mess, and from what members said, it decimated their activity.

The Scarclan taking over WindClan one back in 2013 was really well thought out and discussed by all the high positions in each clan. It was done cleanly, and was the most memorable plot of the year.

But the thing is -- there was so much thought and organization with that, and absolutely everyone loved the plot and was on board with it. Won't work if everybody isn't okay with the changes.

Minor changes are great, and I'm cool with removing all the horse stuff - that's rarely done, anyway. But Deer had a clan in mind when she coughed up money for the frontboard and a lot of people love it for the way it is and it's uniqueness, so uhh, I'm not too sure it's doing her any justice by completely revamping it.

We're so new, as well, and a change this early on might be a little too impulsive. Why not identify the things that leave most members museless/confused and then try and change those, but leave most other stuff intact?

Just my two cents. If you do decide to go along with it, dittoing Knox. At least keep the trial thing, that's very unique to KoE. ^^ Neutrality, too.

It was kind of sad because A SHIT TON of people joined, it was active, and it smoothed out- but a ton of cats that joined left after Serp stepped down. Yeah, I was someone who mainly joined because I mean srsly who an resist Deertrot clans I mean

But I didn't leave because Serp did, I stayed because I like it. <3
