1. Do not go on your phone near when you want to sleep. It has been proven that it can keep you up a good 30 minutes to an hour longer. If you can try putting it somewhere where you can't reach a good hour and a half before you go to bed. (Also just a note you always have dreams, even when it feels like you haven't)
2. If you can try putting a soothing scent in your bedroom. Like lavender and other fragrances, you can also buy washing detergent with those scents in them.
3. If reading is keeping you up, force yourself to put down the book.
4. Go to bed really early. This gives you enough time to settle down and relax, so even if you go to bed at six, and don't fall asleep till nine, you still get plenty of sleep.
