    I apologize for my recent laziness with Darkwood's posting and getting to threads and tasks. I haven't been really busy lately, and not having anything going on aside from my job at Pizza Hut makes it hard for me to have any sense of urgency with anything, really. There are some other reasons involved, but I'd rather not talk about them openly... However, I do promise to get any replies/threads for events and things up as soon as possible, and will make an effort to get to private threads when I finish with that prior bit of business.

    [justify][font=times]The task that he had been given—that of delivering news of a new Chief—was a rather dull and uninteresting one. Typically, he did not care for even volunteering for such mundane and often fruitless tasks, but given the fact that Jaggedtooth seemed to trust in his ability to be around, Darkwood had little choice but to try and make himself of some use. So, he had taken on the task of delivering the news to three of the four Tribes his own was allied with, the fourth being taken care of by Alexandria. To make the task a little bit more interesting, the wolf had decided to make gift baskets as well; although they were really more for his own need to keep occupied rather than any genuine kindness....but he doubted that anyone would ever know the motives behind the baskets themselves. With a blank, but noticeably disinterested look on his face, the wolf waited for someone show up.

    [justify][font=times]A smirk broke through Darkwood's normally blank face as he heard Alexandria's answer. Although he was internally resolved not to ever unleash the full potential of the powers he possessed, knowing what he was capable of made it rather easy to view even the most valiant fights mortals could bring him into as mere child's play; having an opponent who had no obvious signs of powers despite having said so was almost like giving a small child a piece of candy. Despite the twisted internal glee that rattled his mind at the thought of being able to assess what his Tribe mate was really capable of, his mind was still focused on the fact that this was a session for training and education, not of torture and mind games. The only words that left his maw were, "Then we'll begin immediately."


    Without warning, the former Chief attempted to trap Alexandria's legs in blocks of earth, and her head in an apparatus that could only be comparable to the stockades medieval Europe used for public humiliation. If he succeeded in the action, the confinement would not be designed to maim or intentionally harm. only to restrain as completely as possible. There would be room to wiggle and move the slightest bit, but given the material involved, doing so would likely result in fur being rubbed off and irritation of the skin underneath if done for prolonged periods of time.

    [justify][font=times]The thing is that I've always been terrible with nicknaming things, which is why I usually don't do it...buuut, its for an RP app on another site and the nickname thing is really hanging me up since I'm writing the bio from when the character got the Pokemon as a child until whenever the RP takes place. :/
