I love it! I know, that sounds kinda weird, seeing as it has death in it xD But seriously, it's amazing! One thing I noticed, though, was that you didn't capitalize each line's first letter. It's very minor, though, so you'd probably still get an amazing grade anyways. So, yeah, it's awesome. <3 Yes, I think it should be taught to students 15-16 just because they should be more aware of what your poem tells us about. Good job!

It's pretty difficult to explain. There's codes you use to make it this way. Instead of other sites, where you just click a button when submitting a post and the font or size of the text you want pops up. On this site, when you click on a button above the text box, it will give you a code.
Say you clicked the "B" button above the text box. Instead of naturally making your text bold, it gives you a code like this:
The first part of the bold code is
and this marks the beginning of the code. To keep the rest of your text normal, and NOT bolded, you can move your cursor and click OUTSIDE of the bold code. The END of the bold code is just like the first part, except there's a "/" in between the 'b' and the '[' It looks like this:
There's a bunch of threads in THIS board, called Coding Center OR Fancypost and Profile Board, where you can look at the codes. There's sticky threads at the top where they have codes that you can use to make fancyposts.

Haha, nah, it's fine. ^_^ Um... I don't have any on me, but here's something I was writing in a fanfiction of mine don't judge I'm obsessed over fanfiction ;-;
The short boy couldn't restrain himself when he exited his house. He found himself ambling down the sidewalk, searching for that special place of his. The soothing breeze danced around him, making thin tree branches tremble. There weren't any leaves, seeing as it was the middle of fall and winter.
Nonetheless, the boy smiled in content, finding himself wandering back towards his hideout. It wasn't exactly a secret that he liked this place. He had tried convincing his friends to join him, but they declined. Their parents weren't fond of the idea. The child's hideout was farther from home than the parents of his friends liked.
He didn't let that get to him, though. Instead, he continued strolling down the path towards his hiding spot. His lungs felt as though they were frozen. It was quite difficult to actually breathe in. The cold air disrupted his lungs, making him shudder. He wasn't always fond of the coldness, but was able to tolerate it. And so, he kept walking, the thick wind growing stronger as he neared his special place.
