  • I need some opinions

    I've mostly gotten positive feedback about DeerClan, and with all the work I did to make it, I quite enjoy receiving such praise; however, I've still gotten characters IC pointing out the flaws in it, which I'll admit, really makes me kind of want to roll over and give up the whole thing because if it's so bad, why continue with it anyway? Especially when scarcely anyone is joining or running forward to grab hps like I expected them to, because usually when someone is waving around a position of authority for free, a lot of people jump to the offer, because it's a good one.


    DeerClan is pacifistic and likes helping other clans, but besides, what, RiverClan? Nobody really likes us, or agrees with us. And while nobody will ever agree with you all at once, you can't blame me for being wary because it just translates to that this is a really bad idea andni probably shouldn't continue.


    So what do I do? What is your opinion? I really need help, because so far, I've been doing this alone and it's been driving me insane.


    [spoiler]lowkey also feel like the whole every clan is generic thing is true tho because as soon as diverse, new clans pop up its like "oh if you don't become like us then you're immediately fucked"

"Unlike most clans, DeerClan doesn't have allies or enemies, and the reason for that is because we are pacifistic and choose not to fight. I know it seems silly, but constant conflicts and wars aren't our thing, as we like to focus more on social skills and other things, like healing and the like. Which is why I'm here. My father Sixthstar was the first leader and the founder of DeerClan, and he built us up from the ground two to three years ago, before he stepped down and his co-founder Bloomingstar merged us with SeaglassClan, much to my distaste. To carry on his legacy, I want to build a strong, powerful clan, that helps others. So, I'm going to each of the more bigger clans, and addressing them, in order to assure you all that despite our small size and our lack of solid allies and enemies, we're a clan that willingly helps anyone who needs it, whether it be with small things like giving your clan a herb training, or large ones like rushing over in the midst of battle and aiding any badly injured warriors. It'd be foolish if it wasn't for our over abundance of foods and herbs that we don't actively use, and I know that winter is a time where herbs are harder to grow and food is also harder to find, which is why it's perfect to come now. As others have stated before, you have allies, allies who'd surely help you, but still, it's an offer worth considering, and one we'd gladly take you up on. That's all I have to say, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask."

    FAVOURITE COLOUR: Bright yellows or darker browns; basically somewhat muted colors.
    LIKES & HOBBIES: Sootstorm likes fighting in battles, overcoming his opponents and beating them to a pulp with his strength and large, tremulous size; he also loves power and being in charge, and showing off. However, Sootstorm does have a tendency to get over aggressive and, blinded by such a thing, kill others as a result. Not only this, but he practices and trains heavily in the Darkforest, striving to prove those who doubt him wrong.

    You're not being annoying, Tim! And it's fine, because I'd totally be okay with that happening, as rebellion would certainly give this clan the kick it needs to get going.
