I felt my eyes go wide and violently shook my head. "I-I don't wanna seem intrusive... What if he thinks we're being rude? Or annoying?" I grabbed his hand and pulled myself up, straightening myself. I looked up at him in an embarrassed manner.

I blinked, then flushed as I realized that he had called me beautiful. I rushed out, jumping at seeing him beside the door. "O-oh.." I composed myself. "Well, I don't think he would hate us for being kind..." I said quietly. I looked to the ground and felt my face still burning.

I stood slightly behind Sai, looking at my feet. "I'm Petra..." I replied shyly. I glanced up towards Sairento to see how he would act, as he was so unpredictable, as far as I could tell.

I mentally glared at him for moving and stepped slightly, not wanting any attention drawn to myself. I looked at the new guy and quickly turned my head as I realized his gaze had been on me. Crap crap crap crap CRAP. Awkward Silenece and awkward eye contact what else could go wrong ughhghghghg.... i thought morbidly.

I jumped slightly, again glaring at Sai for turning attention to me. "Uh, not really... I just hope everything will be good here and stuff..." I stammered, grimacing at my poor choice of words.

Your babies. waIT WHAT?!?1 I choked on my spit at my thought and started coughing, extremely surprised at my thought. What what what what what I attempted to compose myself, staring at the ground with what I hoped was a non-appalled look. I glanced at Sai, wondering what his answer to the question would be, since it was HIS idea.

"Yep. Yea. He thought it would be a good thing to do. So. Uh. Yea. I came too," I replied. I was really failing at words with L's attention on me. Stop being so nervous, Petra... I scolded myself. I gained the courage to look up at L as I waited for somebody else to say something. His hair looks so soft... I- CONTROL YOURSELF YOURE AN ANGEL FOR WING'S SAKE I mentally fought with myself. I forced a rather bland look on my face, hoping that nobody would suspect anything.

I quickly looked away. "Ah... I'm not, really..." A round of thunder shook the dorm. "It's the storm making me jumpy!" I exclaimed with a bit too much enthusiasm for having a good excuse. "Yes, loud noises are a fear of mine..." My sentence faded quietly at the end as I realized that probably nobody cared.

"Ah...yes," I answered. I was surprised that he knew the word that I had researched long ago in my adolescence. I looked to Yuki, slightly annoyed at her amusement to my nervousness. "Yo..." Another crack of thunder resounded throughout the room and I scrunched my face into a ball, grasping my arms together.
