OOC:
IC: "Don't worry, Peachpaw," the young turtle said, trying to console her. "None of these stories are real. There is no such thing of ghosts or haunting thingies."
Most likely.
"Ringpaw, about what you said, don't you think humans don't cover their heads so they can see? If they think there's something out in the dark, maybe they want to find out what may be there." -
echo thread?

The young turtle noticed the polar bear and crawled over to greet him.
"Hi, there, Matthew. I'm Echo Avora, pleasure to meet you!" His amber eyes focused on Matthew, he had never seen a polar bear before.
As a matter of fact, I've never seen anything like that before.
"Excuse me for saying this - but, what are you? I really don't mean to hurt your feelings or anything, it's quite intriguing, actually. I've never seen anything of your species before." Echo said, trying to be the politest he could. -
Echo followed out toward Lady Avorio.
This could apply to me. he thought, clawing at the ground.
"Similar to Florida's case, I'm not so sure if I've spoken with you before. I am Echo Avora, nice to meet you!" the snapper hatchling explained, interested in meeting someone new. "I'm not super new, as I've been here a little bit to get to know everyone." -
(therapy class for scouts)
The first session for therapy.
I hope this turns out alright. It sounds like it has nothing to do with agility.
Echo was slightly nervous. No, very nervous. He felt like a lot was expected of him. Like if he took one wrong step, then..... He didn't know what would happen. He didn't know what to expect, or if he should have prepared before his first session.
Uh-oh. What if they ask me if I practiced something and I have to say no? What will happen then? Will I get in really bad trouble? Will I disappoint them?
All this worrying made the turtle exhausted. He calmed down and dwelled on his thoughts for a minute.
Don't worry, you'll know what to do when they tell you. You'll find out soon enough, so don't get too excited. You'll get too tired even before the first class.
Echo called out,"I think I'm ready for the first class for therapy, Bruce? You ready?"
I'm speaking to no one. Others will think I'm crazy. Oh, well.
His first statement sounded like a question. Probably because he wasn't ready to speak out.
And he might of called him the wrong name.
Did Bruce Banner change his name, now that he's the Pope? Or am I mistaken? -

Echo was paying very close attention to the moving stick that Toxicpaw was messing with. He watched it roll around, oblivious of who was playing with it.
This was probably common for a kit or hatchling, especially one who wasn't quick enough to excitingly play with a stick itself.
Echo's amber optics followed up to see Toxicpaw, the one with the stick, he thought.
It doesn't look like he's having very much fun.
Walking up to Toxicpaw, Echo asked,"What's wrong? You look bored, and you're playing with a stick. You know, there are some competitions open, that's exciting." -
A polar bear. Poooooolar bear. I see.
Echo was intrigued by this. "Interesting. I've only heard about bears. So you're a polar bear. You're an arctic bear, that means, right?"
Bears can get quite big, I've heard. That might be good for the Clan, actually. -
OOC:
IC: Echo thought for a minute.
"Therapy is about helping others with their problems, right?"
No experience, probably.
"What interests me most about that..... Are the ways you can help someone. Sitting down and telling someone it's alright, may not be the only way to execute the problem. There must be another method, right?" Echo said, still thinking.
"I don't have much experience..... At all."
I can be understanding, but that does not equal experience. -
thank you, mossy!
-
Echo thought he could learn something, so he joined them.
Listening carefully, the turtle questioned,"But you can use goldenrod, too, right? You chew it into a poultice, apply to the wound, and use catchweed so the poultice won't be rubbed off. Can horsetail work? It treats infections and prevents bleeding."
Though he acknowledged the other answers were correct, too.
I'm probably wrong, though. I don't know a lot about treating wounds and stuff.
He slowly blinked, and listened carefully for anymore important conversation. -
Broken bones.... Broken bones.....
Echo thought for a minute. "You can chew comfrey root into a poultice to repair the broken bone. Sturdy sticks are used to keep the bone in place. Also, to keep the sticks together, I think you can use bindweed."
He'd heard a lot about comfrey root and sticks. Echo was no expert on herbs. -
Echo eyed it carefully.
"If that's borage, then I think it's suppose to help a queen make more milk."
Echo said, still looking at the plant./muse death, sorry.
-
Echo shrugged. "I'm not so sure..."
-
OOC:
IC: Echo blinked. This one wasn't as hard for him. "Catnip can treat bad diseases such as whitecough and greencough."
// sorry, low muse.
-
Echo only knew two uses for the plant. "It cures coughs and prevents a cat from getting greencough."
-
Echo knew what these berries were and what they could do to someone. That's a bad herb! It important to know what it can do, though. The turtle stared at the berries and said,"Those berries can kill a cat if consumed, and it's best to keep away from younger members of SkullClan who do not know they are poisonous. I suppose you can use it for a cat who's in pain and will die anyway, just to shorten their pain."
-
Echo also joined, interested in the lesson. Calligraphy. Certainly a weird word. "Yeah, I don't know what cahl-ih-grih-phee is either....." He said, sounding out the word.
-
Echo thought meeting someone new would cool, so he shape-shifted into an Asiatic Dog, bounded over, climbed to branch and shouted,"Yeah! It's time!" Then he leaped off, and splashed into the mud. The usual red and white canine was now all muddy, but that was how he liked it.
Being a turtle was slow and sometimes boring. He was glad that could change.
