[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy only stirred slightly when Zero got out of the bed. He was slightly more pale than normal and heat was radiating off of his body unnaturally. He kept tossing and turning, never settling for long in one place. A little while later he eventually awoke from his slumber. Before his eyes were even open he groaned in pain. He covered his face with his hands and spoke, "My head hurts... Zero, do you mind getting me some water?" he asked, looking over at the male.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy gladly takes the glass in his hand and drinks some of it before setting it down on the small table beside the bed. "I don't know, probably before the concert. I got so tired last night that I didn't eat after we got home. I probably should have now that I feel like this." He coughed a few times before pulling himself up in a sitting position. "There's a cabinet in the kitchen with a thermometer and some pills to bring down the fever. I want the thermometer so I can know just how bad this is."

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ooc: That's totally fine! I'm after school everyday starting this week. Didn't get home until 9 last night because of play practice (odd coincidence) and a band concert.
ic: Sebastian got up and went over to the small work desk he had where many of his business papers were spread out. He found a paper lying somewhere in the mess and put on a pair of glasses to read it. It was the plan for tonight he had to meet with some of the commonfolk. There were specific times for few secret meetings. They were very precise so he knew he would be watching the clock at some times but much of the night was still left open for him to relax and have fun. Other than the few things he had planned he didn't really have an idea on what to do. He had gone to it as a boy but he had blocked many of his childhood memories anyway. Sebastian thought of the people he had already met and were sure to meet, a few of the girls had caught his eyes for small moments, but he didn't think much of it. I can't deny that they were beautiful but they probably have arranged marriages anyway. I have to leave a few days after tonight, so what's the point?

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy takes the thermometer and checks his temperature, frowning when it stops and he sees the number. "101.7," he says as he takes out a couple of the pills. He takes them with some water, but his throat hurt when he swallowed. He had taken off his shirt last night but even getting the blankets off his torso wouldn't help him feel cooler on the inside. "Zero, please tell me I don't have anything to do today so I can stay in bed the whole day."
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy sighed, a sick feeling growing in his stomach. "It depends what it is. I can't cancel a concert, I just can't let down my fans. Think of it, what if I had gotten sick and canceled the day I met you? We may have never met. I can't let people down like that." As soon as the words were out of his mouth he felt like someone was stabbing him in the stomach. He crossed his arms and pressed on it and leaned over in pain, muffling a moan of pain.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ethan felt so relieved when Indigo woke up that he hugged her. He held onto her and stayed close to calm himself down. "J-just a bad dream," he stuttered, his body still working out how to calm down. He was visibly shaking from fear but it slowly started to lessen thanks to her presence. "I knew you were there and I-I couldn't move... You were there but you weren't... but you're here now." He gave her a soft peck on the check before placing his head back onto her chest and listening to the beats of her heart as well as her soft even breathing pattern. "What's so good that you can't tell me yourself?" he asked softly a few moments later. He looked u at her and over at the older couple, the sight of them putting a soft smile on his face. His ideas were so limited at this time because he really had no clue what they were going to tell him. He had a few thoughts but didn't know how true they would turn out to be. "What is it?" he asked them. "Is there a baby on the way or something? Treatment options that would be good for me that you've found? My parents are letting me live my life as I please? This has all been a dream?"
Lia slowly became more aware of her surroundings as she heard Ethan and Indigo speak¸She opened her eyes, taking a moment to let herself awaken even more before she gave Colin's hand a light squeeze. She sat back in her own seat so he wouldn't be in pain. They had known each other for long enough for her to know how he would begin to feel if she sat on his lap for a while. She looked at the young couple and smiled, even giving a soft laugh when the boy asked them about a baby. "No none of that, although it does have to do with treatment. Perhaps it's actually better he hears if from you first," she told the girl. She observed how scared the boy still was and felt it would be better for the girl to say it first or at least start it off. The woman could always add pieces of information but she wanted to give herself and her husband a chance to fully wake up the rest of the way. She wanted the information to be given to the boy as gently as possible, for he may take some things the wrong way. He may be sensitive to find out that they had spoken about his already while he wasn't awake and that they were going to take him off of the medicine he had become dependent on.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ethan listened to her comforting words and took them to heart to calm down. He believed that she was speaking the truth when she said that she would protect him. He looked at her and smiled for a moment before she got all serious. He could felt her heart rate increase and he started to get worried. He did many things out of instinct so it was a bit challenging to think before he would say something. His eyes widened when she said that the medicine was wrong for him. They looked at my pills... Now they know just how messed up I really am. "I-I don't know what to say..." A mix of emotions settled on him and he wasn't sure how to react. He saw the medicine bottles sitting on the table next to the bed. "You took them out of my bag... You could've at least asked. So that's how you found me so quickly, am I right? You found that something was missing so you needed to stop me." He looked away and paused to think for a moment before continuing. "How are you even so sure about this? How did you know?" He turned back and looked at Lia. "Of course, it was you, wasn't it? You've always looked at me the wrong way from the first time I broke down in front of you. How do I know you're not lying and that you really want to help me?" He spoke what he really thought. After all that he had been through he didn't know the difference between deliberately being mean or just not understanding. He needed to gain some trust with her or else they wouldn't have a comfortable relationship. If something happened it may just go back to the way it was before with him not trusting her at all.
Lia smiled and kissed Colin back, smiling after the kiss. They were both so tired but still hanging onto consciousness somehow. She placed her feet back onto the ground and got up from his lap. She settled herself in her own chair and, although it definitely wasn't anywhere near as comfortable as his lap, she knew it was for the best. She smiled at him and let go of his hand so they could stretch and loosen out their bodies. She watched as the boy calmed down, only to grow worried again. He looked like a scared lost boy, which actually was true in ways. She thought Indigo explained it well but he somehow always managed to find a flaw in words that were spoken to him. Lia's eyes widened when he spoke to her. "Ethan... I would never try to hurt you. We stopped you because that was what had to be done. I did it because I care about you and I want you to get better. How could you even think that?" She felt slightly hurt but knew why he thought what he did. "We're only trying to help you, and that's why I looked at your medications. If I didn't then Colin might have found you dead in that bathroom, do you realize that? Do you know how easy it is to die from overdosing on those specific pills? Ethan, they're not good for you and they have been controlling you lately. That's why you've done all these things. You should be thanking Colin for saving your life, not get mad at the people that are trying to help you. " The woman knew that the pills were bad for him but obviously the boy didn't think the same. She needed him to realize it and maybe she went about it in the wrong way but it definitely sunk into his mind. She watched as the boy became quiet and moved closer to Indigo at the slightest bit of irritation she had showed. "Ethan we just want to help you," she said with a sigh. Her hand reached for him but he stayed close to Indigo as he decided it would be better to just stay quiet.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]"I don't know how this could've happened. It's probably just a cold or something. I'll be fine." But the truth was that he didn't know how okay he was going to be. Andy couldn't shake the sick feeling in his body and it only grew stronger. He pushed the covers off and ran to the bathroom without saying another word. He closed the door and bent down on his knees right before his stomach wrenched and he was sick.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy flushed the toilet when he was done and leaned his back against the wall. He sat there while listening to Zero and ran a hand through his hair and frustration. He had a pair of sweatpants on that he had only put on the night before so all he had to do was just slip on a sweatshirt. He came out of the bathroom after a few minutes, his face pale and his movements weak. He put on a sweatshirt and gave Zero a hug. Andy wouldn't argue about going to the hospital because of how bad he felt. "I'm sorry," he said softly, pulling away slowly.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy let Zero help him into the taxi and sat silently in his seat. He leaned his head back and closed his eyes, giving himself some rest. He felt nauseous but knew he wouldn't throw up because there simply wasn't anything to get out of his stomach anymore. "There was blood," he told his soulmate in a soft tone.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ethan's heartbeat sped up as he watched Lia get upset with him. He was sensitive to things like this and got scared because of it. Every time that something like this happened he felt the same fear that he had felt when his parents yelled. It registered in his head that she didn't really take his past seriously enough to keep her tone gentle. "I'm sorry," he said quietly, snuggling into Indigo's arms. His fear could be seen clear in his eyes. "I-I didn't know," he whispered to the girl that he held onto for comfort. "She always looks at me the wrong way and I don't understand it. She's not comfortable around me, I know that. I thought she didn't like me, but I know now that I'm wrong. I'm sorry... If I had known then I wouldn't have said that. Please, don't you get mad too. I just made a mistake.. I didn't mean for this to happen." After being mad just a moment ago he was scared now just because of the tone of the woman's words. He was even more confused now that she claimed to want to help him but got mad at him when he questioned it.
Lia watched the effects she had really made on the boy. She looked over to Colin, not knowing how to deal with him now. Indigo had told him all that he needed to know for now. She was hurt by his words but knew why he felt what he did. Ethan has never recovered from everything that had been done to him, whether it be physical or mental. But she thought he had known that she cared about him after living with him for so long. She thought he knew just how much she wanted him to be okay in the end. She wanted him to be happy and learn to enjoy life so he and Indigo could have a happy future together. Her face fell as she saw the real effect she had made. She made him frightened and confused more than he already was. "Ethan, I didn't mean to get mad. I just thought you knew how much I cared about you. It's just hard to deal with everything at times. Life isn't always easy for this family, and that family includes you." She saw that her words didn't make too much of a difference. What she had done really hurt him and a few kind words wasn't going to fix everything.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Once the paperwork had been filled out completely and processed a young nurse came out and walked over to Andy and Zero. "I don't even have to ask who you are to be sure of it," she said with a gentle, happy tone in her voice. "There's some questioning that will have to take place and some testing, but don't worry." She then turned toward Zero. "I'm afraid that because of this we can't allow you to grow with him, at least not for a half hour or so. He's in good hands, I promise."
Andy looked at Zero and his face dropped when he heard that his soulmate wasn't allowed to go with him. He definitely understood their reasoning but was still unhappy about it. "Stay safe," he told Zero, pulling him into a hug.

[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Sebastian raised his head at the sound of the tap on the glass. He took his glasses off and set them down, returning the paper to a small manila folder. The man got up from his seat and walked over to the window, surprised to see Heather there. After climbing up he didn't feel it was right to make her climb over the window too so he leaned over the edge of it and picked her up effortlessly in his strong arms. Sebastian set her down once she was inside and closed the window again. He looked more casual than he had before, his hair showing signs that he had messed with it, the top buttons of his shirt undone, and his shoes off. "My lady, I wasn't expecting you to climb all the way up. May I ask why you did such a thing? It's not every day that a pretty young woman such as yourself shows up on my balcony." There was a lightness to his tone and a sense of friendliness in his smile.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]About an hour later the same nurse comes back out and greets Zero. "Alright, we did a few tests and he's stable. He did faint from dehydration, so he's not awake at the moment, but you're welcome to see him if you'd like. Just follow me," she told him with a smile.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy woke up a little bit after Zero fell asleep. His eyes fluttered open and he looked around, smiling a little bit when he saw Zero. His felt a pain in his arm and looked down to see an IV in it. He was shirtless, which he remembered, but he didn't remember anything that happened since that had taken some blood to try and find out what was wrong. He stroked Zero's hair lovingly, listening to the soft breathing of the boy.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Andy smiled back at Zero, giving his hand a weak squeeze. "Hey sleepy head," he said softly. He leaned down and gave him a kiss on his forehead. "When did you get here?"
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]"Oh." Andy ran a hand through his hair. "I think I blacked out for a little while... I got a needle in my arm but they were only taking out some blood for a test. They started to panic when I felt dizzy, and that's all I remember... I'm sorry if I made you worry."
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ethan placed his head on Indigo's chest once again, closing her eyes and trying to make sense of everything that was going on. He was still shaking from fear, and it didn't help that his nightmare had only ended minutes before. He could still remember it clearly but being in reality helped, except reality now was turning into another bad dream. "D-Don't let her do that to me again," he said softly. "I can't deal with it when someone gets mad at me.. I'm sorry I'm so sensitive but I can't change it." There were tears forming in his eyes, threatening to fall. He looked up at her and tried to fight his every instinct to curl up and hide, just like he had done with his first breakdown in front of them all. It was not a corner he could curl into though, but now her embrace. He couldn't keep his mind focused on how the girl said they cared. He kept thinking about the look on her face and the eyes piercing into his soul like the ones in his dream. The boy couldn't help himself as he broke down crying in her arms. "I.. I just want to run away from all of this... Just the two of us and happiness... We can be happy somewhere else. Live a life on our own, you know? Live in paradise without worry or expectations, then maybe I can forget... Those pills bring me a taste of that paradise. Indigo, I need that in my life right now. I can't survive here not being happy. I keep making you sad and I forget how to love you. You're the one putting in all the effort to keep this relationship going.. and one day you won't be able to take it anymore. One way or another you are going to leave me one day, just like everyone else has. You're going to leave me because I was the problem or because I couldn't save you... I'm bad at handling another person's life. I did it once and they died because of me."
Lia was surprised when Colin had taken her into his arms but knew she couldn't get out of his hold even if she tried. She hugged him back instantaneously, wrapping her arms around him and looking up. She looked away for a moment in thought, dwelling on what had just happened. Her eyes came back to him once he started talking though. She listened to his words and nodded, she agreed that Ethan needed to be moved to another medication. But there was only one slight problem: did he even want change? "Colin, he needs to get better, but he uses this medicine to comfort himself. I don't know if he honestly wants to use anything else. And even if we try to force him onto another one, we'd have to guess at what's right for him. I'd have to explain to a doctor the situation and hope that they find the thing that's right for him. The only way we can be sure that the medication is right is if he meets with a therapist and gets a prescription for the right thing. I know one that can handle it because I've seen her do it before, but she can't help him if he refuses the help. The whole reason this the way it is is because there was most likely a quick diagnoses done, but this can't be rushed. He needs someone to sit down and listen to him for as long as it takes to get better. This all comes down to if he wants to get better or not. And if he doesn't, then we'll have to find a way to show him that it'll be better for him in the end." She buried her head into his chest, wishing that it wasn't the case. "Indigo needs to show him because he believes her and wants her to be happy. She needs to show him that it will make them the happiest together if his medication is changed."
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Sebastian listened intently to Heather's story. When she started to cry it made his heart break and he wanted to make her feel better. He would honor her request to help her find Ari, but something had to be done before that. "Yes, of course I'll help you find her, but I need to ask something of you first." He walked over to her and stood in front of her, wiping away the tears of her face before cupping her cheeks. "Why are you crying? Did anything else happen? Why didn't you stay with Dolton; did he hurt you? Was it something I said?" It was rare for him to take interest in someone's well being besides himself, and even more peculiar that he was acting in such a caring way.
-
[justify][size=10][font=times new roman][color=black][sup]Ethan listened to what Indigo said to him intently and wiped the tears away. His heart broke when she asked who had died. "This is what I've avoided telling you for the longest time. This is what I was thinking about when you questioned me and I got mad. I hope you don't mind listening to a story, because that's the only way I can tell it. I don't want to skip to the end because she means more that that." He slowly pulled away as he tried to regain his strength. He grabbed his drawing notebook that sat on the edge of the bed and flipped through it until he found the page he wanted. He pulled out a small picture and handed it to her, smiling as he looked at it. "Can you guess who she is?" he asked her quietly. In the picture was a young girl around age eight next to a boy in his early teens. There was no doubt that the boy was Ethan, just a younger, happier version. He was smiling at the girl and she was smiling back. The girl, even as young as she was, looked stunning. She was beautiful in every way. Her icy blue eyes took your breath away as you looked into them. Her face was framed by her long, loose waves. A small charm on a necklace could be seen around her neck: it was a lightning bolt. The boy next to her had the brown hair she had but that was all the resemblance between them. She looked small compared to how tall he was, but there was something obvious that stuck out: She looked perfect and she was obviously in better condition than him.
Lia looked up at Colin and listened to his words, remembering that day as if it were only a few days ago. "But that was before things got as bad as they are not. He was very optimistic back then but it's hard for him to see the good side. That's why I worry about him. If he doesn't start to see the good side soon then we may just lose him." She went silent for a moment before a weak smile started to form on her face. "Even if we can't show him, Indigo will still be able to make him see that getting help is the best thing. That psychologist is one of the best I know of, and she never turns a client down. She's young but she's experienced, and maybe Ethan would feel comfortable talking to her about everything rather than someone our age. But there's still one problem: he's still supposed to be living with his parents. They may have cut off his insurance and everything, and if so, then what do we do? Or maybe he has no insurance at all. If that's the case then we have a big problem. I'll have to start working full time again so we can pay for it. All these hospital visits are already taking a hit on us, you know that? We need to sit down and talk with him before I can give her a call." She sighed and kept her arms around him, looking away. "I wish things weren't the way they are. I wish it was easier and we were all happy without a worry in the world. Living with that boy isn't easy and I know we can't kick him out, but how much can we really do for him? Sure we can afford to feed him and give him a warm bed to sleep in but how far will that go? I'm afraid that we won't be able to help him in his financial situation, and if that's the case then I don't know what else we can do."
