I bit my lip and nodded to the boy named Chris. When he dropped my strand of hair it sent shivers down my spine. [b]yeah, moved here this summer I said becoming a little more comfortable. I usually was way going and found meeting new people fun but that would just be new students. Introducing them to my friends, at my old school but now I was the new student. I was going to have to find a new group to hang out with. So far it seemed that most people were nice and I wasn't going to get pushed into a locker like I thought or get food dumped on my head like my brother said would happen to me.
I let my eyes wander and see some of the other student at. There was a Tall blonde boy talking to a girl withy brunette colored hair, then I saw a boy who looked a little familiar come in. He was slightly shorter than Chris whom I was talking to but I knew him because of our parents. His father works with mine and when we moved here my dad had a bonfire cook out thing and their family came over too. He was nice.
I looked back at Chris Could you tell...I'm a little lost. I said with a little giggle.

Most people were probably not for the no phones or electronics but I needed it. I needed a break from it. I needed a break from people asking questions and really needed a break from one person in particular. But that's a different story for a different time. I leaned back in the passenger seat and brought my knees up to my chest and listened to music as my mom drove us to the summer camp.
I was excited, I loved being out doors. One of my favorite parts was going on nature walks, exploring is one of hobbies. Another thing I loved doing was stargazing.
I think was I was in cabin Apache? I don't really remember but I'm pretty sure. I didn't really care which cabin or team I got all the cabins looked nice the only differences were the animals.

I leaned my head on the window. I don't think any of my friends were going to be at the camp and I was kind of okay with that. Not that it wouldn't be fun to be with them every day but thats exactly what I would be doing if I was home and I really wanted a change. Not to mention then I'd have to fight with them for the cutest guy here. A smile formed on my lips as I we pulled into the camp. I grabbed my bag and hugged my mom goodbye. I found the Apache cabin and put my stuff on one of the bunks.
My first idea was to go down to the water, which I knew I would be swimming in soon. I had my birks on so i took them off and put my feet in the water. It wasn't to cold but a little shock at first. I put the shoes back on and made my way to the cabin again.

There was a bonfire tonight that all of us new campers would be going got get to know each other. I didn't know for sure if what I was wearing was okay, or if I was going to get cold so I grabbed a grey oversized hoodie that used to belong to someone else that I don't talk to anymore. I looked in the mirror quick before leaving and going down to the others. If you didn't know I had shorts on first it looked as though i didn't have pants on and that made me giggle. I stuck my hands in the pocket and walked downstairs.
I was a little nervous and had slight butterflies as I was about to meet new people.

I barely knew this guy but was kinda of happy id met him. Maybe cause I was new and needed to know people or maybe there was something else I doth really know.
I ran my hand through my blonde hair that was now dry and starting to wave a little. [b]I think I have English... I said while pulling my schedule up on my phone. I never bothered to print out a paper with it on there since I knew I would loose that so I just took a picture of it on my phone. I was a but hesitant to hand my phone wove to him but i did. Soon enough I was biting my lip again waiting for him to show me where to goo and looking up at him.

I smiled and stick my phone in my back pocket of my jeans and giggled slightly some more as I interlocked our arms. It felt silly but I liked it. I'd remember doing it with my friends when I was younger and that made me a little sad and home sick but I couldn't let that ruin the chance of meeting new people. So I put a smile on my face and walked along with Chris.
I had saw Chauncey as we walked past him and waved slightly. Him and Chris were the only two that I had known yet but I'd hope that would change. [b]So Chris how long have you lived here? I said looking down at my feet a small smile still on my face.

I sat down on one of the wooden logs around the fire. There were more and more competes showing up. I saw two girls walk into one of the cabins one was blonde and the other brunette, saw a older looking boy with brown hair probably one of the consolers, another blonde who looked ex tied to be here then I saw a boy sitting down around the fire also, but two of the faces were faces i hoped I wouldn't see here. One was of my erm...friend? Not really friend anymore. We had a falling out a couple years ago and things didn't end good the other was an ex. Not just an ex but a guy if been with for two years only to find out he had cheated on me, not once but multiple times. Get this with one of my best friends to... [if that's okay with you vixen? That could be why they broke up!]
I sighed and ran a hand through my blonde locks and sunk into the sweatshirt. I looked across at the water and the moon that was now coming up. I thought it looked gorgeous as it reflected on the surface of the still water. I smiled to myself and looked around again. My eyes went back to the boy sting by the fire. If watched him kill a bug and giggled slightly.

I nodded as i listened to him. I didn't want to go to class, but I was a good student and have never skipped a class. Yeah I know that sounds kinda goodie goodie but I didn't really ever have the type of friends to o so. Not that my friends and I didn't do fun things. We went to parties, drank, even once I smoked weed...which I won't do a again but education was a big thing for me.
My dancing was a big thing for me too. Not just a passion but something is hope someday to pursue as a career. Now I know some people think that's dumb but they can shut up and keep their thoughts to them selves.
[b]Oh I paused and smiled letting my eyes look up to him That's good I looked at the teacher who didn't seem to look like a very nice person infact look very old and mean. I sighed. You better sit by me I said with a smirk to him.

I whispered with a smirk talking even quieter than him and walked over to a desk across from him For all j know you could be a creeper too.. he pulled out the chair for me and that sorta made me blush. I looked over to him after I sat down, I didn't really say thinks but I would.
I pulled out a purple pen and opens to a page in my notebook. Seconds later the bell rang and any late students made their way into, some had notes to excuse them others came in laughing and you could just imagine what they had done before class...
The teacher started saying her name and giving off rules of the class. I didn't think this was to important to hear so i started doodling in my notebook but my eyes made their way to Chris for a slight seconds and a smile came on my face as I looked away.

I smirked and stood up walking over to the boy who told me to sit next to him but I took a turn towards the smores and grabbed out a piece of chocolate. I turned back around and say by the boy for real this time I'm Mady I said and then ate the small piece of chocolate. and you are?
I looked at him with my sea green eyes and smirked.
The fire was getting bigger and the noises of people talking was getting louder. Almost sounded like a party, minus the drinks and music but still. I pushed my blonde locks back and into my opposite shoulder and then I leaned slightly on to the boy, a smile still on my face. Dont really know Why I was being so outgoing tonight? Maybe cause I was in a new place with new people or maybe o just wanted this summer to be very fun.
