Silverfur woke to the sun spilling through the cracks of the warriors' den cave; the morning warmth laying across her nose. She laid for a moment more in her nest before she rose to her paws and padded into the clearing.
"Flarepaw," the she-cat purred, approaching her young apprentice. "Have you eaten?"

The silver queen mrrowed in laughter at this. "No," she meowed with a shake of her head. "Eat, because I don't what my apprentice's belly scaring the prey from here to the pool."

Mudpaw looked up at the Owl Tree as he entered the small clearing beneath its roots where grass struggled to grow. He'd heard about this tree in the Thunerclan nursery when he was a kit. It was said the owl that lived here could pick up whole cats!
Eager to forget that thought, he sought out Acornclaw, her mentor. There he was just a fox-length away.
"Acornclaw!" she meowed, rushing forward.

"Oh," Silverfur meowed in a teasing voice. "Too bad we're going to practice hunting! Come, we're going to the pool on the northern part of the territory."

Onestar fell back and purred, nudging her affectionately. "I see," he meowed.

Though Silverfur was a generally kind and good natured cat, she grew serious as they travelled across the territory. "Keep up," she meowed stonily and raced through the forest, leaping over any debris in the way. The air grew cooler as they approached the pool, a slight relief to the heat of greenleaf. Yes, in fact, it feels like it was coming early this year. Silverfur paused at the edge of the bank for Flarepaw, the water lapping a fox-length away.

you know how you press 'show new replies to your posts' you get notifications on the threads you've posted on? how do you STOP that? Like if you're done with the RP but other's aren't?
