Snowkit huddled next to her brother in confusion. Nightfall yowled and tackled the badger that Deathspiral was fighting. Ravenpaw guarded the nursery. Jaycrest helped Leafshine.

Nightfall creeped, in the bushes, assessing Ravenpaw. Jaycrest prodded Liongrowl, watching him twitch in his sleep.

Nightfall started back to camp triumphantly with Ravenpaw walking by her side. Ravenpaw reluctantly dumped his prey into the fresh-kill pile. Nightfall padded up to Sunstar and said:"I think Ravenpaw is ready to become a warrior." "Sorry I woke you up." Jaycrest mewed to Liongrowl.
(Bronzeeye is Ravenpaw's mentor, but Nightfall mentored him while Bronzeeye wasn't availiable.)
