"Here, chew this and eat it," said Frostgaze, dropping some Juniper Berries next to Silverheart. "I'll be back with some Borage Leaves," she said, turning away. "Just hang in there. You'll be alright."

"I'm back with the-" began Frostgaze, but then she saw Silverheart sleeping and lowered her voice. "Oh, I see. We'll leave her to rest for now." Frostgaze quietly sat down next to Silverheart and set down the herbs.

Frostgaze glanced over at Honeyfrost before turning back to Silverheart. I wonder when she'll wake... she thought, looking at Silverheart as she slept.

Frostgaze turned to Dawnflight. "From my den or from the forest?" she asked quietly.

OOC: Silverheart (played by Sandypelt, who also plays the leader) has just come into stream Clan and collapsed. She's expecting kits, and she's fallen asleep. And what do you mean by Skystar's kits? You mean Silverheart?

IC: Frostgaze turned to Dawnfeather. "Good," she said.

OOC: Oh, I see.

IC: The wind rustled the leaves in the trees high above.

OOC: Sorry guys!

IC: Frostgaze flew around the corner and into the Nursery, cursing herself for being so foolish. What was more important? The Borage Leaves or this cat?! she thought to herself. "It's okay," she said, sitting down next to this cat. "I'm sorry. I brought a little bit of thyme too, to help calm you down. You'll be fine. Just breathe."

Talonpaw came ever closer to the fake mouse, eyes watching it intently as he stalked among the reeds. Finally the time to strike came... and strike he did. He took out the mouse with one bite to about where the neck would be on a real mouse.

"You've found some poppy seeds? Good," said Frostgaze, before turning her eyes back to Silverheart.

OOC: By the way Sandypelt, the kit's name IS going to be Shadekit.

OOC: I thought you were going to name him Shadowkit?

IC: "Yes, alright. Push!" said Frostgaze.

OOC: Yes, you said you were going to name that one Shadowkit.

IC: "Only one way to make sure," said Frostgaze. "Lick the scruff of his neck. That will get him breathing, if he isn't already."

OOC: Okay, so my kit IS going to be named Shadekit, and not Slatekit. 'Cuz Slatekit FAILS.

IC: Shadekit slowly opened his eyes and looked up at his mother. He let out a small squeak, and nuzzled into the side of Silverheart's flank.

Frostgaze looked at them all. "Beautiful," she said. "I'm sure they'll all make wonderful warriors one day. What are you going to name the last one?"

Yeah... I might revive it someday.

OOC: Yeah, noticed that myself. XD

IC: Frostgaze nodded at the four of them. "I'll leave you here, then. If you need anything, just call," with that, Frostgaze backed out of the Nursery and into her own den.

Shadekit nuzzled against his mother's flank, competing with the other kits for warmth. His dark gray pelt migling in with his mother's silver one, he soon fell asleep.

Some time later...

After a while, Shadekit opened his light greens eyes. They caught the reflection of the sun as he looked at his mother.

EDIT: OOC: w00t! I'm now a crow hunter!

OOC: Not saying you have to do anything, just reminding you, I don't think you're allowed to auto-injure.

IC: "Y-yes," said Shadekit quietly.

OOC: I have to go. See you!

IC: The wind blew the freshly-fallen snow across the grass.

Shadekit looked around the den. He saw some stray moss in the corner, and tried to walk towards it. But he stumbled and landed on the ground. "Oof!" he shouted as he hit the dirt.

"H-hi," said Redkit, surprised that someone had actually decided to talk to him. "I-I'm Redkit. Wh-what's y-your name?" he stammered, turning to Honeykit.
