Rain dipped his head in respect for the cat that was obviously leader. "Thank you. We will not stay long, only long enough until we have gained out strength." he said and walked over slowly to the fresh kill pile, signaling for his mate to choose first.

Blurne ignored him, the taste of bitter regret and sorrow in his mouth. He turned back towards Dovewing and nodded. Flicking his gray tail back and forth, he continued his story.
"The next day it was announced that my mother, my brother and I were to participate in a battle to the death with a chosen pure blood warrior to decide if they would stay in MiseryClan."
-
come on people, this is a good idea.
smart doggy, you might want to make a form.
-
omg srry Death the Kid, I was saying that to Novastrike. Sure, you can mentor Sparkpaw or Desterpaw, your choice.
-
Blurne shook his head sadly. "My brother and I were just kits, so my mother volunteered to go first. She was a warrior, before she was a queen, after all." Blurne squinted. "She stood no chance anyway. Diamondstar, of course, chose Bloodlight, his deputy." Blurne looked away for a second, as if he didn't want Dovewing to see him cry. Then he got over himself and turned back. "The law was that it went from oldest to youngest, but the opponent had to be the same age." he said. "Alonekit was next, and he went up against an apprentice, who was the same age, but had a moon of training." he shook his head. "Even he didn't have a chance."
"On the third day, it was my turn, but as I was having nightmares and screaming out in my sleep, a friend of my mother's woke me up, and took me far away from the clan, where I slept for my first time out in the open under the stars." he said, his eyes glowing with pain, and anger. "When I woke, I realized her life was in danger. I ran back to camp, but even then, I was able to see Bloodlight strike down my savior in my place."
OOC- I only have 10% battery. I'll probably disappear randomly.
-
Rain chose a vole and ate it quickly, still hungry. He didn't want to be rude though, so he laid down, his tail curled around Misty and tried to get some sleep. He didn't want to stay in this clan, and he certainly did not wish for their kits to be born here. He wanted their kits to be born under the stars, outside the camp. He wanted them to be born alive and free from any code that might follow them if they were born here.
-
put unnamed I guess. Can Whitemask find her and take care of her but give her to a queen?
-
Blurne nodded.
OOC- argh, thinking of the rest of the story... ideas?
and no, I'm on my laptop, so I'll only disappear for a second, and then I'll find my charger.

OOC- I'm gonna jump in and pretend I'm supposed to be here okay with you? I was thinking you could have contacted Dimlight to help you train them.
IC- the wind blew.
-
OOC- Desertkit is a boy. All my characters are boys
Whitemask's ears perked at his leader's call. He bounded over to the high rock, his brother, Blacktail, at his heels.
Desertkit stumbled out of the nursery bursting with excitement. He and his brother Sparkkit were becoming apprentices today! They scrambled over to the High Rock and looked up at Moonstar with respect.
Desertkit turned to Sparkkit. "When I'm older, I'm going to be leader," he boasted.
Sparkkit pushed him over. "No you're not silly, I am!" he exclaimed.
-
OOC- yeah, good idea.
Blurne turned out of the den. He hadn't noticed the sky getting it's pink hue that meant sundown was coming. He nodded and yawned, suddenly very tired. "I'll finish my story in the morning," he said as he drifted off to sleep. "Good night,"
"Dovewing."
-
Rain hissed in annoyance and shook the sleep from his eyes. He nosed Misty. "She could have woken us up much nicer way," he said.
-
"Look," Sparkkit said in awe, "It's Moonstream, the deputy," he said excitedly.
-
Rain nodded. "Should we get going again, or do you want to stay here another day?" he asked sweetly.
-
Fox-dung, I wanted Whitemask to find her.
-
Daybreak dipped his head to her. "Thank you Brightsun,"
-
Desertkit felt his face get hot. "Hi Eclipsekit," he said nervously.
OOC- crush!!!!
btw, I put Sparkpaw as having a crush on Icefur, can she have just became a warrior? -
Rain thought briefly about if he should go to the Hollow Tree then decided against it.
-
Blurne woke suddenly, feeling Dovewing struggling beside him in her sleep. His pelt flashed red for a second, realizing how close they had gotten while they were asleep, then he nudged her, trying to get her awake. "Wake up Dovewing," he said urgently.
-
OOC- I'm back! And now your not on. Watevs... posting...
Daybreak nodded and walked up to Darksun and Lightsun. "Meeting with the Sunlights and the Twilights," he said quietly so no one else could hear. "I'll get the other Twilight." he said.
