It was like the Doctor wasn't there, physically he was, but mentally he was miles away.
"What? Yes, I would- I would like to stay here." And then he retreated back into his head, standing as he was before, looking at the damage around him.

"I don't know what happened." Alfie muttered angrily. "Ithuriel use to be one of the best big brothers ever! And now he'd just... he's lame. I want a new big brother. I want out of here and back to my bed and my house and my friends! I want my dad... This whole thing is just unfair!" He didn't want to be around the kid anymore so he got up and stomped off to a different part of the house.

When Kiara was gone the Doctor wandered off, walking down the street while images of ghosts followed him. He found his way to his old house, the one he lived with his wife and children in. The ceiling and walls were all gone, but some things remained. Half of his old chair was there, a burned picture in the corner.
"I'm home." He muttered and sat on the ground. The bones were the only things to watch Kiara do this, but the Void opened to her as it always did. It melted the present and brought her to scenes of the past, where the counsel members were rushing around, giving orders and worrying. They were fretting among each other while the Daleks started to pour into the city.
"Get the kids to safety!" One of them shouted.
"My wife! My wife has to leave!"
"My baby!"
"Get in the Tardis!" The head counsel member yelled. "Get the women and children to the Tardis! Evacuate the c-" A beam flashed over him and the other counsel members, leaving only bones. They were exterminated. -
"Gabriel, go." Loki said to his angel friend. "I don't want to see you back until you have fixed this. You had better fix it." He looked at Kali, saw her soul, fear sparked in him. How could he lose her when things were just starting to go so well? He couldn't.
"Save the freaking day for once, Gabriel."The angel saw this, knew Loki and his feels. This was all happening so quickly. Too quickly. He didn't want to lose Kali either and that he felt for himself, not of Loki's feelings and memories, but his own. Kali had too much fire to simply burn out.
Then he was gone, without the snap, without another word.Gabriel's counter part had only hope to grab onto that Gabriel was going to fix this. He gently held Kali, again so she could take comfort instead of calming her anger. If she needed to vent he wouldn't stop her, he doubted he could.
"He'll fix things... Gabriel will fix it."The angel in questioned arrived at the place he had left his golden feathers and grabbed the most golden ones. He held onto one and shoved the rest in his pocket. He chanted in Enochian, the language of the angels, and felt himself slip through the cracks in time. He went back just a few minutes, but it was enough. Lucifer had his power ready to destroy Parvati and Gabriel grabbed the goddess with his power and yanked her to him. He pulled her to safety by transporting her away. Death would be angry with him, but it was one person, one life. Death would just have to take another.
The golden feather turned to dust and Gabriel looked Parvati over. She wasn't a blood splatter anymore, that was for sure.
"That was stupid brave of you."But that left the boys and Jack how they were before, minus one exploded Parvati. They burst in, Jack hung up the phone. Time continued. The humans didn't remember, but Gabriel did, Loki did, Kali did... and all of heaven did as well.

The moment was over as soon as Kali was no longer in danger of dying. Loki, for his part, just grinned like he usually would and showed no signs that he had heard Kali’s words. He showed no signs that no one except Kali and maybe Gabriel would notice, his smile came so easily that he had to think in order to not smile. His eyes kept slipping over to Kali when he wasn't focused on something else, his eyes that grew soft when he did look at her.
He wanted to kiss her, his goddess, his fire, his Kali. He wanted more moments with her, with her guards lowered just a little bit so that he could respond to her. It had been so long and although Kali still acted like they were in love, he wasn't sure if it was just the memory of how they loved each other that fueled that. Now... now he knew. Now he knew and he wanted to tell Kali that he loved her. The god of trickery wanted to be blunt and tell Kali he loved her too!
But then Gabriel had to come back with Parvati before he could say anything.
"Nice thought, but bad execution. My brother has more power at his finger tips than you could think possible. If you get hurt again and I can't save you then that one-" He pointed to Kali. "Would have my head!"While they were talking Loki walked over to Kali.
"Forever." He whispered in her ear kissed her neck, quickly, before Gabriel or Parvati could have the chance to notice and pulled away.Jack nodded in appreciation of Riley's badassery.
"Good job." Was all she said, but then saw the person running towards them. Still tense from fighting the devil she drew her gun. "STOP!" -
Like everything else that building was in ruin. Tardis parts laid everywhere and the place where the Tardis's would have grown was in pieces. A place of growth and a place of safety was so utterly destroyed, it gave doubt that any papers would be left.

With a gentle flutter of his wings, Afriel woke.
"Five more minutes, Riel." He muttered, but upon further thought he realized it wasn't Ithuriel's voice that woke him up. He woke up completely and looked up at Patrick and looked around. "W-where are we?" Scared eyes looked at Patrick. "Where's my brother?"Sia woke up with a groan and saw Ithuriel looking out of a door into unfamiliar surroundings.
"Ithuriel? What's happened?" She got up and walked over to him to look at the maze as well. Green eyes saw green bushes and glass above it, she saw a maze, she saw a test."So uh... What did you guys figure out?" Ramiel asked, still sitting on his bed.
-
But like the Doctor, it worked with enough attempts at it. The panel slowly booted up.
OOC: Sorry for the short reply!

By the time Parvati looked to Gabriel to explain, he was already gone. He was standing by Castiel and places a finger on Cas's nose.
"Boop." He said, but held his finger there, healing damage that way. He wasn't mad at Parvati for not telling him, he was angry at Lucifer for doing this. Luci was falling faster and faster down the list of people Gabriel liked to hang out with. Already Crowley was a bit above Lucifer.
"Like the new vessel? I had it specially made." He grinned at Castiel.Loki hung back, letting Kali and Parvati talk and hug. He only spoke when Gabriel teleported away.
"He'll say thanks eventually, probably. Depends on how bad little Cassidy got hurt."Jack lowered her gun and breathed out a sigh. Okay, they weren't a threat, always good to know.
-
"I can go on ahead in some form or another, scout ahead?" Sia offered, following Ithuriel. This was just another test they had to get through. What did people say when faced with a maze? Stay to the right and eventually you'll find the exit? Something like that. It was either stay to the right or stay to the left. She was pretty sure it was stay to the right.
Only when Sia and Ithuriel started moving did Ramiel follow.
"Guys, before we focus on finding the way out we need to find my sister. Focus on that, will you?" They would know why she needed to be found, Evaela had to have it's princess returned to it. -
But unable to see this good news the Doctor still wallowed in his private misery. He had decided, in his grief, that if everyone had died here on Galifrey then he would join them. He'd join his family at last, at whatever place awaited him.
-
But the destroyed city seemed as quiet as ever, like it had absorbed the Doctor into it's quietness. There wasn't the sound of anything living in the city. And in a way, the only thing that kept the Doctor alive, hope, was taken from him, so he too wasn't quite alive.
-
And the brittle side of the house simply snapped and fell under her weight. Bugs quickly crawled away.
-
Seeing that Cas wasn't in a great mood, Gabriel let him be after healing his physical form.
"I'll see you in a bit, Cas. Tell me when you guys end up getting to a hotel. These cars are slow and I don't want to guess the hotels you guys go by." Snap. Gone.He appeared on Olympus just as everyone was going to leave.
"So Riley ran Lucifer over with a car. I'm really starting to like that girl.""That's good, say ar-" Loki was cut off.
"Oh, I get it. Gotta jet, anyways. See you." Snap. Gone.
"Cassidy isn't too badly injured." Loki translated to Kali. "But Gabe is worried."
Gabriel appeared in Cas's hotel room.
"This is the place? Classy one star motel room." -
When Riley didn't show up Jack went looking for her. Despite being angry at Riley, still, Jack still had to admit that she still cared if Riley was alright or not. They had faced the devil and Riley had ran a truck over him! That would always get someone respect in Jack's book. If it was a friend it would also get them worried over and Riley was still a friend.
"You coming inside? I was thinking we'd order some take out for everyone."With the new power at his disposal, Loki managed to be the one that took them home with a snap of his fingers. It was nice to do that again and it actually felt better in a way that it was his own power. He felt like he was finally himself again, not human-ish again, not sharing a body with Gabriel, he was himself. And he had Kali.
Kali who he started kissing once they were in her house. Kissing from the spot on her neck from earlier up to her lips.
"I'd like to wake up next to you every morning, make you breakfast, lunch dinner, anything you wanted, any time you want. I love you, Kali, any form you take, each of your arms.""I'm sure." Gabriel said, rolling his eyes. "I leave you mutton heads alone for a few days to get into this cool new vessel and you have a face off with Luci."
-
Afriel took a few short breaths to try to follow Patrick's orders of taking calming breaths.
"Okay- okay, then we need to get going, right?"Shifting, Sia found her way ahead, but it lead to a fork in the road and she stood in front of the one to the right.
"I think we should choose this way.""But we need to make sure she's fine. You know how important Ismene is to Evaela." The King was going to kill him if he lost his sister!
-
"It almost turned into a face off." Gabriel muttered, either way the Winchesters and Castiel could have gotten hurt or jump started the apocalypse. "Parvati- or you could have been a blood splatter and I know Luci hates blood splatters on him. That and humans aren't that terrible, so the apocalypse happening would really suck."
The angel quietly listened to Parvati's prayer. He had people pray to him all the time, but gods praying to him felt different. The prayer was soon over and Gabriel realized how lonely it was in his head. There was no constant presence of another person in his head, it was all just him and no one else.
His little brother didn't look like he really wanted Gabriel there anyways.
"Hey, Cas, I'm going to go now. If Lucifer shows up again just shoot me a message through prayer." But he did feel bad leaving Cas, he felt like he was running away again. But he wasn't! He was just going to check on Parvati. Loki use to always be sad on Valentine's Day. Maybe all gods just had that problem, sad on Valentine's Day. He should probably check on Loki too.A split second was all he was in Kali's house before he decided that Loki was just fine with Kali. So he teleported to Parvati's house.
"You rang?" It wasn't midnight yet, so Gabriel assumed she'd still be awake.Sighing Jack leaned against the car next to Riley.
"Well, we took on the devil, I guess we can handle our feelings now." -
With a nod Sia headed down that path, nervously thinking about what she should shift to. A bird for speed? A mouse for stealth? She was feeling more mouse than anything right now, a small mouse that could hide. But she was suppose to be better than that! If she wanted to be a Keala she should be a tiger! A bear!
"If we stick to the right wall, eventually we'll find our way out. We could do the same with the left wall." She suddenly remembered. "But we've already chosen right so we'll just have to stick with the right wall.
"All we can do is hope we come across Alfie and Ismene.""Yeah..." Ramiel muttered, glaring at the ground as he followed.
"Drat!" Alfie scowled. "They're not letting us fly at all! We're all going to get wing cramps and then our wings will get too weak to carry us from lack of use."
-
"Oh-uh- Is this a bad time?" Don't look where that shirt dips... Gabriel's eyes were trained on Parvati's face. He had seen girls undressed before, but none of those girls really mattered, none of them were friends. He didn't know them. This was Kali's sister, the goddess of love.
"I thought I should reply in person and I went to see how Loki was doing- he's doing good. He's getting along with Kali." He smirked at the thought. Gabriel's expressions were a lot like Loki's, but slightly different. Sometimes he was nicer, softer, or far more angry. He was an angel, he grew up in heaven with kindness and had a vast amount of power. There were some things that wouldn't change."Riley, I just wish you told me. I wouldn't have hurt your angel if he was on our team. I just feel... betrayed, deceived." Jack frowned. "We're partners, we're suppose to know each other very well. Whose the person back from the dead? I want to know, Riley. I won't judge, I just want to know you. I thought I knew you."
-
“That’s heavy.” Jack stated, breathing out a sigh. Just as easy as that sigh her anger melted with it. Riley might not have told her about Samandriel, but that was because Riley didn’t think she could trust her. It was more Jack’s own fault that Riley’s. Now that Jack knew about Samandriel the angel no longer had to sneak around and Riley could be that much more truthful.
Amanda was a different topic, though.
“She threatened my life?” Jack raised an eyebrow. “That girl doesn’t know what we do for a living. You and I, as a team, we can beat her I’m sure. Riley…” Her voice trailed off as her thought tore itself up. She couldn’t say that, not here, not now. “You can count on me.” That she could say. That was alright to say.The hunter looked at her partner, her brown hair held the moonlight and the way her face was turned down cast dark shadows over her eyes. Riley was beautiful. Jack would never tell her that though. As closed mouth as Riley was, Jack kept her own secrets.
“No, I mean they were together- together.” Gabriel grinned. Don’t look down… Don’t look down! “I had the unfortunate experience of popping in on them. But I bet you knew something like that would happen, goddess of love and all. Loki thought about her a lot so I get the general picture that they’re pretty good for each other. I can leave if you wanted? The Winchester crew is all sorted out, but maybe I should go back and annoy them a bit, just so they know it’s really me… then again they carry long, sharp things they like to ram into places I’d rather keep the sharp things out of.”
He wasn’t sure what to do now that he was here with Parvati, Loki’s memories weren’t very fond so he didn’t want to go off of those, but sometimes some of Loki’s antics would earn a chuckle. Gabriel found it odd in moments like this not to have his own personal couch to give him advice. Where was that Loki voice talking to him in the back of his head? Doing the tango with Kali, where the god should be.
“And I’m walking well- much better than before. Not nearly as clumsy. You were right, this body adjusts fairly quickly.”
