    Raven padded up to the edge of the Twoleg garden. Such places were usually good for sleeping in, and night was fast approaching. Taking a few steps in, the black she-cat paused, looking around in wonder. Well... that was unexpected.
    She was in a giant, forest-like maze of bushes and stone walls. Flowers bloomed in the heavy undergrowth, nearly choking it out, and tall trees that she knew weren't there before she walked in shaded the place, letting only faint sunlight through.

    Kyra looked over at the preparing human, trying to make herself look as small as possible. Why couldn't they just let her out?


    Elania picked out a syringe with a serum in it that was supposed to be able to evolve Evees without element stones. They had already come up with something like it, but it was dangerous, and she was trying to make it safe for public use. Not that she thought it needed to be safe, but there would be lawsuits if it wasn't...

    Raven smiled, dipping her head. "Raven. Nice to meet you, Fox." She sat down, looking in the direction of the Shadow Wolf that had just snarled at them. It was prowling slowly, nose to the ground, as if sniffing out prey. It stopped and suddenly snapped up a small green kit. Raven's eyes widened, and she turned back to Foxfeather in surprise.


    "They eat kits?" She asked, not bothering to mention the kit's peculiar colour. Really, in this garden, it wasn't that weird.

    Elania stuck the needle into the shivering Evee, who immediately started convulsing, eyes going wide and blank. The scientist watched, a sadistic smirk on her face, as her experiment cried out, barely getting the sound out due to the violent seizures wracking its body. However, there was no sign of it evolving.
    So, vial 1 is not only ineffective, it causes violent seizures, too. I guess that's out of the test. She thought, going over to the table to mark it as such.
