Cat's Name: ShatterPaw
Cat's Age: 7 moons
Gender: Tom
Alliance: SnowClan
Position: Apprentice
Appearance:
A small blue-black Tom Cat. His eyes are a pale yellow-green. He has a scar along his back left hindquarter from being raked by an owl's talons during greenleaf. This scar causes him slight twinges during cold weather, but does not impede his walking or running.
Personality:
Mostly quiet, ShadowPaw is a contemplative cat, who quiet and serious nature does not endure him to the other young cats of SnowClan. ShatterPaw is more likely to be found examining a leaf preserved in dried mud than looking for the vole who left his tracks nearby. He thirsts for knowledge, and sometime has a difficult time applying himself to warrior training, although he excels in strategy. In conversation he is often at a loss, answering curious looks with silence, although never outwardly akward in such confrontations. Inside, however, he is typically scared by another cat's interest in him, and shies away from such contact by simply staying away from the other cats, often examining leaves or insects while he eats rather than conversing with others. When hunting he misses catches while studying the habits of the other animals, but when focused is a proficient hunter.
History:
ShatterPaw was a clan-born cat of a she-cat named HeatherGaze and an unknown father within the Clan. They had no other kittens. Shortly after his apprenticeship began and HeatherGaze left the Nursery, she was killed in a tragic accident while hunting. While chasing a squirrel up one of the tall Desolate Pines, HeatherGaze slipped and plummeted to her death leaving ShatterPaw, her only kit, alone. In the days following his mother's death ShatterPaw withdrew further into himself, and seemed even quieter. However, it has been nearly a moon since her death, and he has begun to show signs of his old interest in the outer world, though he still refrains from speaking for the most part. (OOC: I don't think there's a whole lot more to say about so young a cat...)
Roleplay Sample:
Soft shades of darkness fell over the tallest pinetree in the forest as clouds scudded across the golden sphere of the full moon that hung over the silence, casting its golden light in pools over the forest floor. The mid-summer wind tossed the pinetree-tops, dislodging a hail of needles which fell lightly to ground.
ShatterPaw raised his head, opening his mouth to allow in the tantalizing smell of a mouse that was burrowing through the pine-needle carpet before him. Sinking into a hunting crouch, eyes glistening, ShatterPaw pulled his weight into his haunches and crept forward as lightly as possibe.
The mouse popped up before him, angled away, a piece of something clutched in its paws and between its teeth. ShatterPaw wiggled his muscles, bunching for a spring and then leapt, dagger-sharp claws outstretched to pin the mouse to the springy carpeting of the earth. He dispatched it with a swift bite to the neck, stomach rumbling from the feeling of the warm life ebbing from between his claws, and the delicious smell from the fresh-kill. But it could wait. Burrying the mouse in the needles it had so recently been rooting through, ShatterPaw turned to leave, stalking onward for more prey.
Codeword: The Age of Night

Strictly speaking, ShatterPaw wasn't supposed to be out of the camp. Strictly speaking, he was supposed to be fetching fresh moss, or hunting, or another Appretice-type duty. Well, I could always say I'm just roaming furher afield for my moss... ShatterPaw thought dryly as he padded softly along the edge of the Shimmer Lake, watching with awe as small minnows darted back and forth across the pebble-strewn bottom close to shore. He'd always loved watching other creatures, and the fish were no exception. Fluffing up his coat against the chill wind, he kept walking along the snow-dusted shore.
There was something ahead, a small heap, like a pile of bracken. ShatterPaw opened his mouth, allowing the chilly air to rub across his scent glands, but he could detect nothing. However, the slight covering of snow over what was obviously a cat about to freeze to death could account for that. Reaching forward with one paw, he brushed small flakes from the cat. -
I haven't really had a cat become a part of this thing (yet) but I was just thinkin that a little brainwashing might be good for any kitties who happen to stumble upon it...

These look great! No rush on this one though.

I'd like to go in for Frost too! Here's a sample:
It was a quiet night in the forest. The moon was a thin, claw-like sliver, and its wan light scarcely penetrated the thick canopy of trees. Frost's cool blue-gray pelt blended perfectly with the silvery spattering of light on the forest floor, and she padded softly over the loam as she searched for prey. The wind picked up a bit, brushing through the trees, and Frost dropped into a crouch as she caught scent of a mouse scrablling in the leaf-litter before her. Bunching her muscles into her haunches she crept forward, intent on the small creature before her. The tiny brown morsel reared up on its hind-quarters, a small seed clenched between its paws. Frost smiled, and pounced, confident that this would be an easy kill. However, she misjudged the distance and landed akwardly behind the mouse, her claws scrabbling on the ground as she attempted to chase the frightened rodent. Her pale blue eyes followed the mouse nearly as swiftly as her legs, but it managed to dart beneath a fallen oak-trunk, and Frost stepped forward to nose the cold, dry wood. The mouse was clearly gone, and Frost purred half-laughingly at her misfortune, before turning to trot off. There was always more mice in the woods.

Just so you know the bio link on the other post isn't working. I went on your two sentence description of, "This cat has the ice element. She usually has a kind attitude. She's rather sympathetic. Usually has a white or blue-gray pelt and blue eyes." Sorry. :( If you can send me a WORKING link for the bio maybe I can give you something better.

Cat's Name: SilverWind
Cat's Age: 23 moons
Gender: She-Cat
Alliance: Riverclan
Position: Warrior
Appearance:
A medium sized blue grey cat with a lighter silver muzzle. SilverWind has cool, ice-blue eyes. Her tale is long, and in sunlight has darker bands, reflecting her father's dark tabby. She has very few battle scars, her only ones being on her hind flanks.
Personality:
A quiet she cat who keeps mostly to herself, SilverWind is a pacifist at heart, and slow to anger. In situations of violence, SilverWind may appear uncomfortable, but she will always act as her Leader commands, fighting if need be. Her brother left the clan to be a Loner shortly after his warrior ceremony, and SilverWind therefore holds a soft spot for Loners and cats from other Clans, understanding how her brother felt like an outsider. SilverWind herself occasionally feels like she doesn't belong in the lifestyle she leads, but she remains a loyal member of the Clan. She is a swift and efficient hunter because of her sympathy to the animals she kills, and a merciful fighter. She struggles to be the best Warrior she can be, and she occasionally over-works herself. Akward in casual conversation, she keeps mostly to herself, and is plagued by a crippling shyness she is only beginning to get over. When speaking to a senior warrior or a higher ranking cat she may stutter.
History:
SilverWind was born to NightDark and MoonPelt, one of two kits with her brother, DarkFire. Shortly after they were apprenticed, their father, NightDark, was found killed on the ThunderPath, and there were rumors that he had been spying for ThunderClan. DarkFire was more intensely affected by this than SilverWind, and struggled throughout his Apprenticeship with ange over this injustice. At their Warrior ceremony one cat said that he hoped they would be loyal enough. DarkFire over-reacted, and attacked the outspoken cat. SilverWind jumped in to stop the fighting, and her brother rounded on her. He called her disloyal to her own blood kin, and told her he was never coming back to this stinking forest. He left the Clan then, and SilverWind has not seen him since. Although most cats seem to have forgotten her father and brother, and her mother died of Greencough last Leaf-Fall, SilverWind struggles with the burden of her heritage. She feels as though she must constantly justify herself to the Clan. Whenever she hears of an intruder on the border SilverWind races to be present, always hoping it is her brother. Whenever it is said to be a loner, she runs even faster, intent on any news of the brother she was so close to.
Roleplay Sample:
2nd Bio!
Codeword: 2nd Bio!

PaintedPaw sat up, yawning. It felt as though she'd been asleep for moons. She stretched one paw out in front of the other, her claws scrabbling on the warm moss she used for bedding. Her jaws stretch wide in a huge yawn, long tail lashing from side to side. "Good Morning world." She muttered, looking around for something to do.
-
PaintedPaw twitched her whiskers in amusement at their exchange. "Of course I'm coming! There's nothing better than exploring on a cold, boring winter's day." She yawned again and padded to the entrance, stepping out into the cool sunlight.
-
PaintedPaw upped the pace, galloping ahead of BreezePaw. "Come on both of you!" She headed for the camp exit. "We'd better hurry. The farm is more than a few rabbit hops away!"

Apparently Mentors in SnowClan are in high demand! I would be priveleged is some fine SnowClan kitteh would mentor my eight moon tom ShatterPaw. ShatterPaw is quiet and intellectual, and very reserved... so, anybody?
-
I would enjoy joining as a Healer or Second, but do you have any more info about the group dynamics so that I know where my RPing would fit best? Thanks!

I'd like to make a kitteh to be Medicine Cat if this gets approved and it's cool with you.
