It was never the plan to fall in love with Castielle, it just sort of...happened. At some point after she sacrificed herself the first time to help others, rather than herself. Deanna knew she hadn't been like other angels. Of course she'd never said a word to anyone about falling for her. She'd never liked girls, it was just something that had never happen. Cassie wasn't technically a girl, but she was female enough. Deanna walked into the bunker kitchen, her blonde hair in a bun and still wearing her pajamas. Coffee. Coffee sounded good right about now. She was still tired, and exhausted from her and Sammy's last hunting trip.

Deanna jumped slightly, "Goddamn it Cas...A little warning would be nice next time ya know." She responded, sounding mildly grumpy as she sat down at the table, across from Castielle. She sighed softly, "As good as ever I guess...It's nice being back at the bunker after the hunt..." She replied, taking a sip of her coffee, and falling silent for a moment before deciding the she was hungry, and didn't want to look at Cas to long, "You want something to eat?" She asked, glancing over her shoulder as she pulled something out of the fridge.

Deanna rolled her eyes, "You don't need to eat. Doesn't mean you can't." She responded, closing the fridge having decided to make scrambled eggs. Pulling a pan out of the cupboard and pulling the butter over to the stove, she started melting the butter and cracked a couple eggs into a bowl, "Well? Food or no?" She asked, glancing over Castielle. She allowed herself to admire her for just a moment, just stay quiet and look. She felt like she could do that for hours sometimes.

Deanna nodded slightly, noticing the face and flushing slightly, and turned back to the pan. Hopefully before Castielle could notice. She silently made her eggs, chewing on her bottom lip slightly. Finally her eggs were done so she grabbed a plate and put them on the plate and sat back at the table, taking a sip of her, now luke warm, coffee. After a small moment of silence Deanna spoke up slightly, "Hey Cassie?...Since you're an angel again...You got your wings back right?" She asked, as casual sounding as she could manage.

Deanna shifted slightly in her seat, 'Sh-t, sh-t, sh-t....She noticed' She thought briefly to herself, swallowing thickly. "I mean...I was just curious. It's gotta be nice to have them back and all..." She replied, "Although...I mean...I was just thinking...I dunno, it's probably stupid. Just forget about it." She finally said, her voice fading of into a soft mumble. This was stupid. God she was so stupid sometimes. She could never get the right words out, and everything she said to Castielle always sounded so stupid. Dammit.

Without a second thought Deanna sort of burst, "I wanna see your wings." Then dead silence. Oh holy crap Cassie's eyes were gorgeous. And oh my god she just wanted to kiss her then and there. No. No. Stop it Deanna. Don't even go there. "If it's okay I mean..." She added quietly, and quickly. She'd always been curious. And besides. If Cassie was anything to judge by her wings were likely to be absolutely gorgeous. Like she was. What had gotten into her? Usually she wasn't this desperate to be with Cas. Usually she was just happy if the other was happy. Deanna hated feeling needy like this. It bothered her to no end.
