[size=9pt]Now this was getting stranger and stranger every minute. First a cream cat popped out of nowhere, and now a horse was in the forest. Kotori stood up, her tail flicking as she stared at the horse. If she got in a fight, there was no way that she was going to be able to take that down. "If you must know..." she sighed, her tail flicking again as she lied smoothly, "Just passing through." Okay, that wasn't a full lie, but she returned to telling the truth, anyway. "I'm not going to harm anyone. I'll get in trouble if I do."[/size]

[size=9pt]The gray colored lynx looked back toward the apprentice, her ear flicking in annoyance. Her claws dug deep into the earth. She couldn't be escorted out. Not yet. She still had to see if Toshiro was in ThunderClan territory. If he was... then someone could get killed. Kotori Takaya narrowed her green eyes and stuck out her chest. "I'm sorry to say that I can't simply leave." she told the smaller cat. "I still have to do something here. I'm looking for something, you see, something that's important to me."
That was all she was going to say. Kotori made sure that it sounded like she was looking for an item instead of Toshiro. If they gave her some more time...[/size]

The gray lynx blinked up at the bear and then at the apprentice. Her tail was twitching and her teeth were grinding together. Why couldn't they just let her pass through? It wasn't like she was an invader. But thankfully, Kotori was a good liar. A great one, in fact. She decided that she had to learn how to lie in order to succeed as a Shinigami. Rolling her eyes, she turned toward the apprentice. "Okay, okay. I'll tell you. But this is kind of embarrassing... oh, what the Hell. One of my friends in ThunderClan was supposed to deliver a stone that belonged to my mother. But he dropped it on the way to my place and asked me to help look for it." Kotori told them. "That stone is very important to me. I have to look for it."

[size=9pt]Kotori was very, very excited. The gray lynx sprinted into the camp, hair standing on end and looking all poofy like. The expression that she wore was one of fear, happiness, and success. Ichigo would not believe what happened to her! But first... she had to find him. His tawny fur had to stand out, though. She caught sight of him and grinned as she trotted over, her tufted ears straight and her stubby tail swayed happily. Arekuruuarashi, her blade, rested neatly on her back, as it should be. When she was within range, she pounced on him, grinning mischievously. "Ichigo! I took down a bear that was attacking an apprentice! You should have seen me!"[/size]

[size=9pt]The caracal was also wandering around, his tail swaying in happiness. In his mouth was an extra large rabbit that he had caught earlier, absolutely perfect for a midday meal. The Eighth Division Captain hadn't caught such a huge catch in a long while, and he swore to himself that he was going to savor it. It was then that Seito Akayame found himself in Zaraki Kenpachi's path. Now, Seito was a rash tom, always sparring with others for practice, but he wasn't as savage as... well... him. Not to mention that the panther was freaking huge. Seito's fur began to bristle as he stepped out of the way, his tufted ears flattening g ever so slightly. He was roughly one fourth the size of such a beast, and he was not stupid enough to challenge him. "Good afternoon." he greeted around the fur of the hare, remaining as stiff as possible.[/size]

[size=9pt]Kotori grinned more before getting off of Ichigo. Her tail started to sway wildly now. The lynx was usually calm and quiet, only growing angry when was provoked. It was even stranger when she was hyperactive. Her ears were perked and her green eyes glittered as she stared at Ichigo. "It was so big and brown! And it was like, roaring and stuff!" she boasted. "But I slashed it before it could attack the apprentice. You should be proud of me!" her eyes watched him, speaking in a sensual purr. "I did that for you, Ichigo. You're such a hard worker."[/size]

[size=9pt]Kotori was relieved when Ichigo said that he was proud of her. Thank God. She had to make the best out of the First Division, you know? The gray feline nodded curtly to Ichigo's last words before tipping her head. "So, Ichigo, what have you been up to?" she asked him, her tail growing calm and flicking side to side idly. "I've heard that the Clan has been well fed. That's good, right? The older members will have their bellies as full as the younger ones."[/size]

[size=9pt]Seito blinked his blue eyes at Zaraki Kenpachi, feeling his fur rise up slightly. The Captain wasn't afraid of many things, but he was at the top of his list. The smaller cat twitched his tail at the question, and he put the hare on the ground. "Not really." he answered. "Except for one thing. I was wondering if you found out about the Toshiro situation?" the caracal made himself seem more firm in both his voice and stature. He didn't want to be pitied. [/size]

[Ah, okay! :3]

He has? Seito shuffled his paws, finding it difficult to have conversation with the gigantic beast. Then again, he didn't speak much, right? He was like a big boulder. He flicked his tail, sighing a bit before continuing. "Are you planning on joining the search?" Seito asked. "I've searched near WindClan to see if there were any signs of his reiatsu, but there were none." he hoped that he could befriend this... vicious, yet useful, warrior. "I was thinking that, when you have time, we could search together. Two pairs of paws on a task is more useful than one, right?" Seito grinned up at him.

[size=9pt]"I've been good." Kotori answered Ichigo, blinking softly at him. Yeah, she knew that one mouse won't be good enough for her, and she couldn't exactly eat a bunch of them, either. They were for the smaller cats. "There aren't that many deer around here, are there? I haven't gone on a hunt for one in a while." the lynx sighed in frustration as she looked to the side. Seriously, there were so many big animals in the clans now, and they only caught food for themselves. There were other wildcats here, too! "Maybe I should try and go and hunt. That way we can have a decent meal instead of a morsel." she said as she got up from the ground.[/size]

[size=9pt]When Ichigo turned away, Kotori's expression became worried. She hadn't asked what he was thinking about because she knew how he was like. Ichigo would lie to her, and then she would have to go ahead and follow the lie around. Kotori twitched her tail and walked after him, heaving a sigh. "So... white tailed deer. Sounds like quite the meal." she rolled her shoulders a bit before continuing to follow him. She allowed her gaze to fall on him, watching his rear end. It was... nice. She felt like she wanted to comment on it, but she knew that Ichigo had other things on his mind and she didn't want to stress him out. It was a nice day out- warm, and the smell of summer filled her nose. [/size]

[size=9pt]Seito blinked when Yachiru appeared from behind Zaraki's shoulder. The caracal flattened his ears in embarrassment as he realized that he had forgotten about her. "How can I forget about you, Yachiru?" Seito flicked his tail, tossing his grin at her instead of Zaraki, since he had the same boring expression as before. "We can search soon, then. I just came back from WindClan and I couldn't find any trace of Toshiro." he explained. "So we can look around RiverClan or maybe even deeper into the Loner Lands. What do you think?"[/size]
