^{making sure she could sneak out, she got her phone and opened the window. Dropping down, she gave a grunt, and quickly ran to the forest. She didnt do track but she loved to run, therefore she was fast. it took her five minutes and she saw nate there, waiting on her. She slowly got behind hima nd gave him a hug. "Hey!"}

she laughed. She knew exactly what pond he was talking about but refused to go there. Annabeth sat between his legs and faced towards the direction of her home. "Im just getting yelled at for no reason and its making me really mad and all that." she gave a sigh.

_{She sighed and shook her head. "Its not that easy nate, i really want to run away, but i dont want to go alone." she smiled a fake one. Getting up she wiped off her butt and went behind the tree, only to see what nate would do.}

_{ic; Chase literally had nothing left. He watched his loved ones get eaten alive, and he was the one who had to shoot them. The only weapon he had was a pistol and a pocket knife he used when cutting up food. He hadnt encountered anyone since the death of his others. Chase ran up the road, finding places here and there. As he was running, he saw something up ahead, and thinking it was a walker, he pulled out his gun. He walked up and pointed it at the creature, until he realized it wasnt a walked, but a female person. "Hey! whos there?" he called as he was still a bit away from the person.}

^{Annabeth grinned as he followed her. "Cal-i-fornia!" she sounded it out and ran to him hugging him when he said he would buy two tickets, one for him and one for her. She loved him at this point. Loved like a bestfriend nothing more yet.}

^{basica;;y the only thing i was doing right now was touring the new neighborhood i was living in. I wasnt human, but i could morph into one which is clearly what i was doing at the moment. I was a werewolf, who had just left romania. Only because my father got a job in the country or whatever we wee in now. I was hoping to make new friends and as i was walking i saw a squirrel. i resisted the urge to chase and moved on, keeping my sight straight ahead. I heard there were th8ings called malls here, and i already knew how to get there, so I drove there once i got back home.}

^{The mall was huge here. I walked in and up ahead at the food court, i saw four girls. one of them in fact caught my eye, she had here hair in a messy bun, and i walked slowly glancing every few seconds hoping she would notice me.}

^{"carry me home please!" she giggled and got onto his back, after falling off the first time. she was small so he could carry her. She would pack everything she had- which wasnt much. only pants, some shirts, bath products and shoes. Mostly vans because she only liked them.}

^{Well, he didnt really notice her look at him, so when he got closer, he made a turn and walked over to the girl. "Yo, im Chase. New to town. Ive seen you around and i was wonderign if you wanted to hang out some day?" he smiled showing his freshly brushed teeth.}

_{He put his gun away in a satchel that carried nothing. "Im chase. nice to meet you. Your literally th only person i've seen so far." maybe he would be able to stay with her and hopefully together they would find more people. Looking her over he decided she was in good shape. She could help him survive.}

^{reaching under her bed, she picked out a small suitcase big enough for everything. The first thing she packed up were her clothes and shoes. They fit perfectly in the firts pocket. then she moved on to the second one, the smaller one. Thats where she put her bathroom things. She always loved nates parents and knew he would tell them, but she wasnt telling hers. They would kill her. When she arrived at his house, she sat on the front porch waiting.}

_{He smiled. "Thats great." and with those words he walked away biting his lip happily. He would meet her tomorrow to get her number. Then would they plan the 'date'. Chase had to admit that she was actually really pretty. like back in Romania he had never seen someoen as pretty as her.}

_{She started smiling and tears of joy came out of her eyes. This was the first time she was ever truly happy. "Thank you, when i can i will pay y'all back." she said directing it towards nates dad. She was literally the happiest right now. Annabeth laid her head on nates shoulder with a smile.}

^{She nodded, her face turning straight and she sxooted all the way over to the other side, her face soon turning to a grimace. she closed her eyes.}

_{He bucked at her daring her to shoot, as he got his gun out too. He pointed it at her head and frowned angrily."The dead are already fucking awake in case you didnt know." he growled. He looked at the girl next him.}

^{chase left the mall after visiting some stores. That girl. He liked her. He arrived back at home, and went inside so that he could put his new clothes up. As he thought of her. something crossed his mind. Not only was she pretty, but there was something about her that i sensed. I dont know exactly what it was but there was something about her}
