Set nodded her head slowly. "Okay," she swallowed as she reached over to try and put the armor on. "How do I do this, exactly?" she asked.

Set nodded and did as Desert said. "Thank you," she murmured, turned her head to look at the armor for herself. This creaking is bothersome. I must find a way to be rid of it. Turning back to Desert she asked, "So what are you going to be teaching me?" I could 8 out of 10 times beat all the other dragonets when we would practice and a couple times I beat the guardians without even trying. I wonder if I show show Desert what I can do, or whether I should wait until I can escape. Escaping at this point seems like a stupid thing to do, as Desert will probably be watching me and while I'm here I might learn some new things.
-
Set nodded and looked at Desert. "Just that?" she asked, looking down at her claws.
-
Croc winced at ShadowRunner's words. "Sorry," he apologized, hunching up his shoulders. "Sorry, sorry, sorry." he repeated, trying to grin a bit at his fellow dragonets. He moved behind Radiant, hoping to avoid further wrath from ShadowRunner.
-
Croc grinned and bounced after ShadowRunner. "Okay! What are we learning today Radiant?" he asked, making sure that his tail was reined in and staying still.
-
Set paced around, bored out of her wits, and annoyed by the sound of the clanking armor. I'm going to have to do something about that. I wonder if there's anything else to do around here.
-
Croc groaned and Radiant. Last time he had been able to sneak out of training and into the library, but this time, under Radiant's watchful eye, he doubted that he would be able to leave for even the tiniest of seconds.
-
Skor continued to play with the remaining pups. It's great that there is someone else in the pack to play with me. I don't get why the grown-ups are playing now, when they wouldn't play with me before.
-
Set sighed and turned to the pillar. She opened her maw and blow a soft flame at it for a couple minutes before stopping. "I can't do anymore than that," she lied, acting tired as she lowered her head to look up at Desert.
-
Set internally rolled her eyes. Then she turned back to Desert. "But. . ." She stuttered in a quiet whisper. "I was never able to breath fire for any time longer than that."
-
Set ducked her head down, looking slightly abashed. "The longest I've ever done it was half a minute," she admitted, lying through her teeth. "I wasn't very good at fighting either. All the other dragonets would beat me all the time," she explained.
-
Set scratched the ground with one claw, thinking for just a second, before she looked back up to the other Sandwing. "I-I. . ." She stuttered, looking both surprised and shocked. "I've never done anything like that before!" She exclaimed. It took me too long to make my sparkstone puff out. Desert might have found out everything there and then. I need to be more careful.
"Wow!" She growled, feeling her throat area where her Sparkstone was. "It feels like you unjammed something," she lied, again. -
Skor grinned and gently nuzzled the small pups heads.
-
Croc rolled his eyes then took a cautious step back. "I don't think that he's up yet. He told me that he's finding it harder and harder to wake up. He is an old dragon, you know," Croc trailed off, following behind Radiant and the rest of the dragonets. He let out another sigh, letting his wings and tail droop to the ground. "I wish we didn't have to train so much. I know that Radiant wants us to be well prepared," he muttered under his breath. "But it's not like I'll ever use it."

Croc nodded his head absentmindedly, thinking more about books and how his family would love reading and learning and eating. Considering that, he started humming a tune and bobbing his head up and down. "I can't wait until we get out into the outside world." He was shaken from his fantasy when he accidentally bumped into Shard, his body weight making it possible for him to possibly knock over the smaller dragon.
-
Set cowered before the dragon in front of her. "I. . . I never meant to say that you were, Ma'am. . ." She whimpered, her voice taking on a lighter tone. "I'm sorry. . ."
-
Croc stumbled back in surprise and fell down. "I. . . I'm sorry," he muttered, looking at the ground dejectedly, as he stood back up. "I didn't mean to bump into you," he apologize, making sure that he was a couple dragon-lengths away from the Icewing dragoness.
-
Croc grumbled as one of the Icewing's tail barbs hit his face. He continued on his boring way, following Radiant and the rest of the dragonets out to the training area.
-
"What?" Set asked, confusion coloring her eyes. "I'm sorry!" she squealed. "I'm so sorry! I don't know what I did, but I'm sorry!" she squeaked.
