[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]Dark. Night. Rain. Wet. Cold.
Those few words slid around in the mind of a dainty looking kitten, her wide blue eyes staring up at the branches of an evergreen. Dead pine needles create a velvet rug beneath her. Rain drips off the branches with large plops. She skitters away from the wetness, terrified of the sudden cracks of lightning and thunder soon after. It wasn't raining very hard, but the water still came and having such a thin pelt the female was not going out into the storm.
"Mommy? Sister?" she calls out hopefully, her voice raspy and tired. It must of been days, or weeks, since her family had gone in search of food. She couldn't really tell.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]"Hello there. I'm Skydreamer. I live in ThunderClan. What's your name? Are you lost?"
The feminine voice of a black and white border collie frightened the young kitten. She fluffed out her blue fur and gave a quiet hiss, pressing herself against the trunk of the tree. The bark scraped against her skin and made scarlet droplets of blood spring to the surface. She winced, refusing to cry out in pain in front of these creatures. She didn't want to appear weak.
Her blue eyes quickly scanned the creatures each in turn. A vulture, two domestic cats, a grizzly bear and a serval. She blinked in fear, her voice trapped in her chest. After a moment or two of silence she could breath again and the normal rise and fall of her flank resumed.
"Blue."
The feline spoke quietly, her voice barely audible. Her gaze continued to flicker between the vulture and the bear, the two creatures here that frightened her the most. Her mind slipped and slid over the words Skydreamer had said and it took her a moment to process the other question.
"Y-yes," she managed to stammer out, hoping she had said the right thing.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]A solid blue kitten stumbled over the rocks and near where the ceremonies were being held. She remembered meeting the large grizzly when she first joined ThunderClan. Blue swallowed, her heartbeat quicker than it shoulder be and her breathing rapid. The youth was very frightened of most things, being only a moon or so old.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]A dainty looking kitten stumbled into camp, tripping over her own feet and the rocks both. Blue didn't know was ren-oh-vait-ing meant, but knew it had something to do with their camp. The solid blue kitten blinked and scurried away from all of the commotion. Did she have to participate? She wasn't sure.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]"Hey there, Blue."
"It's alright, don't be afraid. You'll be safe here, I promise."
"Do you know where your mother is?"
"She must be frantic."
The next words that entered her mind were the ones of Jupitergalaxies, a ginger tabby, male. She took note of his appearance and gender, although did not know his name.
"Mommy?" she asked, a light flickering to life in her mind. Where was her mother? When was she coming back to get her? Why had she left in the first place?

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]"Blue, your name no longer suits you. From this moment forth you will be known as Bluekit."
The youth was shocked to hear her own named being called, even though she knew sooner or later she would have to replace her loner name to fit the Clan's standards. With a shaky dip her head, Bluekit scurried away in hope of finding something to do.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]Creatures shouted to one another, giving the poor fragile darling a headache. Bluekit shut her sky colored optics and took a deep breath before a tiny fragile began to play upon her lips. She pushed forward into the commotion, deciding to finally take part in something. She didn't know what she was going to be able to do, being so small and only a mere kit.
"What I do?" she questioned her adorable little kitten voice.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]Bluekit didn't want to know how to fight. It wasn't in her nature. Now that she had joined ThunderClan she would need to learn, though. The solid blue kitten stepped forward, a bit frightened by the one-eyed warrior. A lot of things terrified her, though, like larger animals and scary looking creatures.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]"Y-You should go back to the nursery."
Bluekit flinched away from the stuttering female. She already didn't care much for Cannapaw, tawny she-cat didn't seem very nice. Frowning lightly, Bluekit gave a shaky nod before returning to the nursery.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]Standing at the very edge of the nursery, the eager kitten watched the warriors and apprentices anxiously. Bluekit wanted to help, but that harsh apprentice didn't allow her.
A thought suddenly hit her like lightning. Apprentices had no power over her, even if they were older. She only listened to warriors and up, but apprentices were not that much older than herself.
With a triumphant purr, the solid blue kitten took a shaky step out of the nursery. Her eyes lit up and a smile sneaked its way onto her features. She pushed her way into the commotion once again, looking for things to do. Maybe she could decorate the dens? Things needed to look pretty, anyways.
So, with a push and a shove she fought her way to the edge of the camp. There, in a very pretty array, were small plants that had managed to poke above the rocks. Scooping them up with a gentle mouth, she moved towards the Nursery, ideas for decorating already formulating in her mind.

[fancypost borderwidth=0pt; width: 350px;][justify][size=8][font=calibri][color=#a6a0ff]Creatures shouted to one another above her, but Bluekit was busily arranging the plants. She stuck them in corners to keep heat in and to be pretty. The remains were placed in her nest that rested near the wall.

"Who is this little kit?"
The next voice belonged to a gray tabby apprentice named Raccoonpaw. Watching the tabby curiously, Bluekit decided to answer the question. It was about her, anyways.
"I Blue," a small voice peeped, scurrying towards the gray femme.
