[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]a coyote? studying the mewling pup with bright golden eyes, the male slowly nodded in thanks. "i will take care of it." he mewed in gratitude, bending down to grasp the child in his jaws and turn to pad away.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]his baby coyote trailed behind him, suckling on the tip of his tail and grasping it with tiny jaws to stay close, and blindpaw wandered silently, gaze darting back and forth. the exercise would strengthen his pet/companion's legs and body, and whilst it was evident the pup was growing tired, it didn't complain, only padding with more vigour to keep up with the long legged serval. "not long now, merco; not long now." the calm male offered his pet to keep it going, reminding himself to keep his tail still so his coyote could hang onto it.

a small squeak from somewhere to his right caused him to turn, and then the male headed in that direction, tugging his pet along gently to make it move faster. wide golden eyes narrowed to focus his gaze, and then blindpaw focused on a small baby macaque, grasping at the air as it looked around, presumably for its mother. the poor thing; he wasn't a sympathetic individual, but the serval lowered his head anyway and nudged it gently, causing it to grasp onto his head and then crawl down his throat to cling to his underbelly, resting its cheek on his chest.

"ok." blindpaw mewed softly, turning to look back at his other pet. the coyote's tail was wagging half-hopefully now, so the serval bent down to pick it up, wandering back to camp with his now two pets. but they weren't the issue; the serval knew he had to make friends, so sat down, tail flicking as he placed his puppy by his paws.

a meet and greet would be in order, so he waited for someone to approach.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]as youthscout approached, blindpaw looked up and managed a smile, his tail swishing behind him. "hello youthscout; it's a pleasure to meet you too. i'm blindpaw, and-" the trainee broke off, then, as the coyote piped up, waggling its tail in greeting.
"pippin! hello!" the only two words it knew for definite in feline, and then it looked to its master hopefully, seeking praise. the serval only blinked in some sort of amusement, patting its head.
"the coyote's name is pippin," blindpaw then began to speak again, auriferous eyes wide and somewhat cheerier now, "and the baby monkey... i don't know, yet. maybe we can call it george. it looks like a george." he looked to megan then, curiously. "what's her name? she looks pretty fierce."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]at the call, blindpaw padded over, accompanied by his coyote pup, pippin, and his macaque baby, george. the serval nodded his head to his leader before sitting, patiently, wondering who the promotions would be given to. "present," he murmured, studying vargulf with auriferous eyes before falling silent to wait patiently.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]"to keep you healthy against the sickness, you should eat more." blindpaw advised as he padded over, alone and without his companions. "but i won't tell you what to do; it's your life, your decision."

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]"name and business, please." blindpaw mewed patiently as he padded over, accompanied by his coyote pup and baby macaque, the former clinging onto his tail with tiny jaws and the latter hanging onto his back. the serval studied the jaguar evenly, unafraid, even if his tone and poise was respectful, and he awaited a response, forcing his tail to remain still as pippin chewed on it.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]he wasn't going to offer, seeing as someone had already been picked, but blindpaw approached anyway. "good luck," the serval offered with a small smile, nodding his head.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]"interesting." he didn't know which warband to join, but this seemed cool. "i'll have a look. hedgehogs and porcupines are awesome and all, too, but i wonder if i can handle another pet." he already had two, and they were nightmares, still babies and wreaking havoc.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sup][font=georgia]"looks comfy." blindpaw commented as he approached, looking down at the sunbathing leader curiously. the plethora of reptiles was indeed interesting, and he partially wondered how vargulf could manage them all -- they were fairly low maintenance, he supposed, but he had trouble with only two -- dedicated guy.
