body structure ]] hazelkit has a very miniature skeletal structure. she's quite a bit smaller then the other kits, yet she's a roaring tiger in a kitten's body. her bones are actually quite weak. one hard fall could leave her with many broken bones. her muscles on the other hand aren't exactly fully developed yet, so she may look like a 2 moon old kit at 6 moons of age. although, when she gets a bit older and grows a bit taller, her muscles start to really stand out, but it doesn't exactly make her too strong, either. she is actually not the best cat to have around during a battle, seeing as the only useful things would be her claws and teeth, but she will still rip someone to shreds if she really has to.
pelt color ]] how do i describe this? hmm, a simply lovely tabby coat. the sweet blanket of fur has a creamy, chocolatey brown color, as if to put cream in coffee. now, the stripes are more of a darker, spruce color. the combination of the two make wonderful contrast and counts for easy hiding. the color gets a bit lighter in the summer, or greenleaf, just as some humans do in the summer. it gradually gets darker as the days grow shorter and the sun doesn't show much.
pelt texture ]] so, we've heard about the lovely coat she has, shall we talk about texture? it's really quite simple, if you think about it. soft as a blanket. the smoothness of the pelt adds to the effect of it being so plushy. when you combine the richness of the creamy, chocolate-colored fur with the silken texture, you get basically the softness of a woolen blanket, therefore creating a mess of trying to maintain herself, which simply adds to her ocd.
eye color ]] moving onto her optics, hmm.. from afar, it seems to be a dull, plain-jane brown. but, as you move closer, you can really see the depth and flush of the color in her eyes. to start this off, we have a layer of a golden-brown, sort of like a tray of golden cupcakes fresh out of the oven. on our next layer, we have that same dark chocolate shade, but really only flecks of that. but wait, there's more! then we have this really dark green, like the leaves of an evergreen tree. the flecks of that add to the effect of the hazel eyes. and finally, our last color. a lovely gold, the last of the colors chosen to be sprinkled on the cake. altogether, she just has wonderful eyes that are common around the globe, yet hard to find at the same time.
personality ]] so, hazel is a pretty awkward kitty. she's a tad clumsy and not the best to have around during a formal occasion. although she is social when it comes to gatherings and events, she still spends a little more time alone than with others. once you get to know her, she's pretty bubbly and outgoing. and if you can get close enough to her, she's a sarcastic little sh*t, but nonetheless, hazel is a pretty friendly girl. it's always the same system with her, you could give her a million compliments and she would respond with something like, "umm.. happy birthday?" she tries her hardest to be an elegant little lady, yet that never really seems to work out. hazel is not ladylike at all. she's cracking jokes whenever she can, and loves to share stories, real or not real, with everyone. while having these thoughts about her, she is extremely insecure. she basically hates everything around her, but tries to hide it by being the joker she is. after all, humor was a good way to hide the pain. this is why half of the time she's alone, and why she is really hesitant to compliments and is a nervous wreck whenever something important happens.
plots ]] i was thinking something like she would actually kill another cat, just one, but is horrified that she has killed someone and runs off for a while, to reappear back in the clan. she then "must confess that she feels like a monster," and tries to tell somebody, but then, she is afraid of being ratted out, so she runs off again, worried and confused and just sick of all of it. she "wonders why she is here," and hides for a longer period of time. she then finally returns to the clan.
