    And everything was okay for a while.


    No one really minded that half of the world was stuck in an eternal winter, nor the other side an eternal summer.


    There was a place for every Pokemon this way, no need to leave your belongings behind because you had to migrate! It was simply [glow=white,2,300]wonderful.[/glow]


    But then, the world... It started to grow [glow=white,2,300]cold.[/glow]


    No one really noticed it at first, it seemed as if the world may have been turning again, which wasn't that big of a deal.


    But that wasn't it.


    The world just started to become colder. It was just chilly at first, but it was okay.


    But it started to get even [glow=white,2,300]colder.[/glow]


    And eventually, only those who could stand the low temperatures were alive. The rulers of kingdoms of all sizes and powers sent out Pokemon to stop it, to find what was happening to the world.

    2. Please, no fighting in OOC. If you have a problem with another person, just pm me. I understand how it feels.
    3. No suicidal characters, please. If you are, seek help! I don't want to be rude, but we don't want others to worry, or the character to attract too much attention. Please don't take this rule personally!
    4. Remember in the beginning? Only Pokemon who can cope with the extremely cold temperatures can survive, which would include Fire types, ghost types (since they're ghosts,) ice types, some water types, and Pokemon with long fur. To give an example, even though I love Sylveon, I cannot play it because it cannot survive in the cold temperatures.
    5. I have the right to deny your forum if it seems too mary-sueish or gary-stuish, along with if I simply don't approve.
    6. This place accepts all genders, sexualities, races, and romantic orientations. If you cannot keep your mouth shut about your sour feelings towards something you consider different, then this is probably not the thread for you. We accept all here.
    7. This isn't a chat thread, please keep the chatting at a minimum, if at all. And if you do, please delete the posts or simply message, or chat in the chat thread, what it's there for.
    8. You have to fill out everything on the forum. It's all there for a reason, to get to know your character. If you want to keep their history a secret for some big reveal, I can accept that, but not to a large extent. About one to three people is enough, thank you.
    9. Don't be mates with yourself, it takes the fun out of romantic roleplay! This isn't exactly completely that type of roleplay, but still.
    10. The Pokemon cannot be overly cheery, nor have an overwhelming aura or trait of animosity. They are to do one job, serve their ruler. Sure, there can be betrayals, I'll accept that, but don't make them overly terrible or nice. Pokemon are eerily stoic these days, with the spreading of an eternal, bitter winter.
    11. Plot twists? Sure! But contact me about them first. If they will affect the plot in a major way, then I want to know about them before they happen, so I can approve, or disapprove.
    12. No sexually graphic content, please. The Pokemon, as I formerly mentioned, are to do one job, and one job only.
    13. Violence and gore is allowed, in fact, it's recommended! These Pokemon have to eat, and may result to cannibalism if they can't find food.
    14. The technology in this world is quite impressive, however, now that the world is freezing, irrelevant. They don't need it, and are more concerned with food. There are still some technological geniuses out there, which I will allow a portion to be roleplayed.
    15. These Pokemon are much like humans, they have houses, rulers, and are their own persons. There are no humans alive at this time, however.

    [color=red][size=8]The kingdom of Ignis is made up of mostly fire types, and by far the most powerful and fierce. The Pokemon here are hard-working and loyal, and accept what they have to do to survive. If one of these Pokemon had to die for someone they didn't even know, they probably would.


    Ruler: Aullurix Monroe, a fierce male Pyroar.

    [color=cyan][size=8]The kingdom of Zima is made up of mostly ice types, and some water types. They adapt to new situations well, and are caring but strict. They are very stoic and will do anything to survive, and I mean anything.

    [color=#A74AC7][size=8]The kingdom of Ikana is made up of mostly ghost types, though with a few long-furred dark and psychic types. They are known to be very sneaky and unmerciful, and don't hold back in a fight. They're ruthless but smart, and know when to stop.


    Ruler: Penelope Vitis, a cunning female Gourgeist.

    [align=center][color=black][size=8]The Meowstic kept running, now extremely out of breath. They saw something in the distance, a faint flash of light. A Pokemon was probably evolving. Good for them, it was hard to evolve these days.




    There was something else, as well. Something was very unsettling about this particular area, like the whole balance of this part was upset. They didn't like it, but they would have to deal for now.




    They continued, now in a walk, until they saw something, again, in the distance, but it was close enough to be able to make it out. A Braixen, Nidoking, and Mismagius. But why were they here? The Braixen gave off a vibe of pure animosity to strangers, his smell reeked of death. But he looked normal. Why was it this way? They looked to the grass beneath them, and put their paw to it, taking the life force out. It was small, but it was enough to recharge their energy, turning the whole lush, green grass around them a dull grey. They hoped they wouldn't have to come into contact with the Braixen, so they simply hoped they wouldn't be noticed.
