"just you wait, kid! i'll grow bigger and taller and faster than you and i won't need that rock." although still quite small and fragile, it would only take a matter of time before the little ginger kit grew larger. she would grow into a pretty formidable cat, lean-muscled but large-- but the growing would have to wait. for now, winterkit needed the rock to boost her height.

"let's go," winterkit urged, turning towards cainspaw and aiming to give him a slight headbutt onto his shoulder before running off, full-speed, attempting to make a full lap around the camp without letting the apprentice catch up. sure, by the end of the day, she would be dead-tired, but it didn't really matter if she had fun. besides, it was good training, after all. she would get used to being tired, recovering overnight, only to be up and at it again in the morning.[/size][/justify][/fancypost][size=7pt](c) MOON ZOMBIE ?![/size]

"thank you," she murmured quietly, voice slightly wobbly. winterkit never was the type to cry, but it seemed appropriate at the moment, and her tiny little beating heart just couldn't contain her happiness.

"oh zeus, i'm starting to cry," she pointed out with a slight chuckle, shaking her head as she continued to wipe the tears from her eyes. on that very moment, she decided to just officially call cainspaw her big brother, even though they weren't related (or maybe they were, winterkit wasn't sure who were related to who, since she was so new to the clan). "the lighthouse? more adventure! awesome!" her voice was filled with excitement as she gave a little jump. the thought of visiting the place-- maybe they would be able to reach the very top? as of lately, she'd come to realize that she loved heights, seeing everything from a bird's point of view. "the crows? i don't know. i just really, really like the taste of birds... except seagulls. i think they taste as noisy as they sound," she explained with a chuckle, quickly padding down the front porch. "only if you're okay with it," winterkit said, offering the leader a warm, kind smile.

she felt a little bit excited at the thought of going somewhere she'd never been to. the only time she ever really left camp was when she was with someone older than her, an apprentice or a warrior or whoever was willing to take her. so far, she'd been to quite a few places, but never to concerta cove. she'd heard the place was dangerous during high tides, and, as a kit, she had yet to learn how to determine what time the tide rolled in, so she stayed away. but i'll be safe, i'm with southernstar, she reminded herself, looked at the leader proudly and admiringly.[/size][/justify][/fancypost][size=7pt](c) MOON ZOMBIE ?![/size]
