To her, Rangi was like the sun. Warm, bright, his touch nothing less than golden and Rosencrantz didn't like the cold. Das they held eachother now she was reminded of the bond that they shared, that beautiful attraction that that they had for each other. But in the recent months Rosenxrantz found that it was so much more than that. She could not live without him or find a path for herself. The wolf had always thought that she was independent and that she didn't need anybody else, that was until Rangi came bouncing into her world all smiles and happiness.now she needed him more than ever and did not what him to let go.

All too soon, he did though and Rosencrantz felt as if she had been sent adrift again. Her understanding of the moment lead her to believe that something was wrong and that maybe he did not want to be close to her like this any more; maybe time and distance had changed him in that sense. She barely lifted her head or looked him in the eyes he spoke, in fact she would have blushed if it were possible. Rosencrantz knew that he had come back to a very differant mate and that a lot has changed in terms of her physical appearance. She hoped that wasn't the problem and he was just trying to hide his concern with compliments.

But then he began his story and explaination. The tale that told her where he had been all of this time. At first she wondered why the mood had changed and why he had lost his smile so she looked up a little bit more as if something in his eyes would tell her all that she desired to know. Apparently he had gone on a journey somewhere. To find something for her. She guessed what ever it was lay hidden in Blue's little box but yet again, she still felt as if a lump of coal would be more beautiful than her at the moment. He went on and the realisation came to Rosencrantz to say that he had really gone all out to find what ever this gift for her was. That she must really mean something to him if he were to risk his life up in the mountains to aquire this.

In the next moment Rosencrantz got truly confused. Rangi was bending down, in fact getting onto one knee. She had never thought of anyone doing such a thing before and didn't understand, even then, why he was doing so when it had to be hard for him

All that she needed to know was revealed in the moment. He uttered beauty and Rosencrantz heard bird song. Rangi was asking her to Marry him? That did t make any sense for second and she just stared at the wonderful gem that was the color of the night. She was in shock to all intents and purposes. But something calmer in her mind knew exactly how to handle the situation and that was her heart.

"Yes..." She said simply before she had even realised what she had said. It was enough to bring the rest of her body around to the moment and then she looked back up into beautiful Rangi's eyes. "Yes...of course..." And with that she lent forces again, craving his touch now more than ever and gently she licked and nuzzled at his maw so he would know her love.

She was sorry for abandoning them. Of course she was. Rosencrantz had always tried to be loyal to her clan despite all that had happened to her but even now she would say that she would have failed them had she stayed. Her heart had been bleeding, how could her mind take the strain? They all deserved better than her, that was for sure. But, still, the clan that she left was almost certainly not the clan that she was about to walk back into.

One day, what seemed like years ago now, Rosencrantz had known the love of another. Rangi Mahali. He was the only being upon earth that could give her the confidence to be someone, to come out everyday and be who she was. Back then she had been the doctor within the clan and was proud to hold knowledge in Herbology but that all changed when he went away.

She locked herself and wouldn't come out for anything or anyone. Her room became her self made prison, or was it sanctuary? Rosencrantz never really knew. When Rangi went her life felt empty, as if there was nothing left for her to live for. She didn't even know if he was alive or whether he might have gone because of her. Either way she didn't want life without him, she didn't want anything without him.

But now that he was back? Well, that was different. He had come to see her and they had talked things over a little. It was complicated really but now she figured that she had to come out of that dark dwelling, maybe see what had become of the clan she had loved.

With a heavy head bowed low with guilt, she found herself in the great ball room of the grand mansion, looking up toward the thrones, one of which she knew belonged to her old friend Lady Avorio. Yes, she was a coward, possibly even a traitor for not being around during hardship but slowly she padded in and sat alone in the middle of the hall.

"I'm sorry...." She whispered to the nothingness that surrounded her, hoping beyond hope that someone, anyone night hear her and know that she truly meant it now more than ever. Other than that the wolf didn't know what to say. What did a deserter say?

Standing there, in the centre of that big open space Rosencrsntz was as scared as ever. Even though there was no less of her clan mates, both old and new, standing around her the wolf had never felt more alone and that she struggled to handle. She had hoped that Rangi would be here. Nevertheless she turn d to face them all. Eyes darting between their before falling to the floor. "I never-I never really left, not really-I was in my room, I locked myself up there-Rangi was gone and I didn't know what else to do" she whimpered with as much confidence as a newly born pup. Even now as she spoke she realised how pathetic her story sounded which, for her, was all the more soul destroying.

Rosencrantz look d around to a e the one that she loved. The mate that she had thought she had lost until days before now. Looking at she was dran up into his golden eyes that, even though they weren't yet physically touching, seed to bring her into a warm and loving embrace just from the personality that lay behind them. In essence he was beautiful, there was no other way of describing it. He was just very unquie and she loved that. She was grateful for the comoforting touches he made to her heel, a small gesture of reassurance that meant so much to her. With a soft some she returned them so that he knew her love too.

It was almost as if Rangi was now just one bundle of love now that they were to bonded together. She had never really thought of marriage, just because she had never found anyone that she thought would want to marry her. But now, Rangi seemed like the only person in the world that matter. He was the sun and the moon to her. She would always follow him home. Soon they would be inseperable and Rosencrantz would ever have to worry again.

What took her by surprise though, was how quickly he changed from his most gentle of kisses to the pounce that knocked her backwards, leaving her rolling on the floor in a fit of giggles. His tender kisses continued but like this they felt so much differant, like a strange awakening within her heart and body that she didn't know how to explain. Maybe one day, they would explore it further but for now she enjoyed his playfulness as the petals of many colors fluttered and flittered around them until they carpeted the ground beneath them.

With love and passion in her eyes she looked up into Rangi's and saw his emotions in equal measure. From this she concluded that nothing could break them, not now, not ever. Both seemed to really want this. With a sigh she listened to the question, considering it for a moment before shrugging. "I-I don't know...However...I'm not good ash standing and talking..." She whispered softly though it was probaly a good bet to say that he had already guess that because they had known eachother for a while now.

Rose had been the doctor a while now but had been demoted for inactivity. She regretted losing the position of course but had never lost her keen mind for herbology and the like so would help the opportunity ever arose again. The wolf didn't expect tot be promoted to a medic again but instead would use her skills in leisure rather than professionally.

It was late in the day when's he heard the call though the spring day was bright. Great expanse of grass she could hear the shouting of a familiar voice but it was too muffled to give it a name and too small to make a word. For that reason she took no notice until her little green friend came for a visit not moment a later. They communicated quietly and then went with him to the accident. It was not until she got there that she truly realised how bad it was going to be and slowly approached the small crowd hesitantly evedeny the worst injury came from the head and that would have to be treated along side concussion so she went took go eg from the tree and cobwebs too to start to work her way through the i jury as best she could with limited supplies.

Rosencrantz didn't need to ask to know what he was doing. It was like he was explore ring her all over again, as if they needed to get to know eachother once more. Or maybe reawaken those sensual delights that they had lost when they had parted company. She had missed these most presious moment when they could be (at least almost) alone and free to enjoy each other as they wished. Neither held any secrets, not any more and soon they were to spend the whole of life together. What could be more special than that in all of reality? She lay there peacefully, letting him lick and nuzzle her all he wanted while she mimiced the movements upon his warm neck.

Even as he spoke she only giggled and continued to play softly with him. All movements seemed to send sparks ip through her mind and body like nothing she had ever before. They were harder to ignore and even harder to understand but knew, just through instict, that maybe Rangi might help her do so. But for now the wolf nodded, looking up at the hares standing not far from them. "As long as they don't mind...I hope I'm really not as bad as him...I know what you must find in there and I do try and avoid them...but thank you...it would be of great help" she told them softly with a gentle smile for them both which she shared also with Rangi.

It was sad to say, but the truth was that Rosencrantz mind was turned more to what they were doing here in the first place rather than her mate that soon proud and handsome just beside her. Social anxiety really was the bane of her life and as she stood there in the center of the hall, she already felt the pressure building up tot the point when it felt like all the world would be crushed. Clans mates, old and and new would be here in only a matter of seconds after Rangi gave the call. She would have to grin and bare it as it were, this news was too important to flee from. Thankfully her mate did offer some comfort to her. His tender gestures of sweet kindness sooth her a little in the long and agonising wait. While they did, the wolf found herself cuddling up closer to him with ever passing second until her nose was buried in the scruff of his neck in the hope of hiding her face from the crowd who were yet to make their enterance.

The call went out and still, the wolf only got more anxious. People started to file in, one by one but she barely took notice out of fear and instead turned to meet his golden eyes. "Of course I'm nervous...when am I not, nervous?" She asked rather playfully though at the same time there was a hint of shyness too, as if she didn't want anyone else to hear their little conversation.

People just kept coming a d coming until most of the ball room was taken up with her clan mates that had all come hear their news. Of course that was only going to scare her. She did try to look around, smile a little, but every time that she caught someone's eye she felt the need to recoil and bury herself in Rangi's side for comfort and protection. She knew full well that really, it was the social anxiety that caused so much unease but there was very little that anyone could do. That was one of the things that she loved about Rangi, he at least tried when even she had given up on ever finding a way to combat the phobia. He really cared about her, and now she knew that he really loved her too. The wolf could never have asked for anything more in a mate. His reply was rewarded with a light giggle as she watched him paw at the air and swat away her fears. At least that made her smile for a moment and forget the daughting task ahead. That she was more than grateful for.

Before long most of their fellow Skullers had gathered before the couple and Rangi began his announcement to them all. Rose could hardly believe that they had thought that she could be pregnant, that would be impossible with Rangi. To be honest, she never really thought about having babies at all. Not with anyone. But now that she had Rangi, maybe she would have liked to but of course it was impossible. It simply wouldn't work unfortunately. Thankfully the responses from the others were good and many people seemed to be happy for them which reassured her an awful lot. At least they had been accepted, that was all that she could have asked for.

Rosencrantz sat up and rolled over so she was looking directly at the two painted hates that stood before her, a gentle yet quite shy smile on her face even though she knew full well that that the hares were actually like extensions of Rangi himself. "Well, I suppose..." She murmured softly, just wanting to make sure that all was well with the two hated before they started. She hated the thought of the. Going something they didn't want to. Then Rangi spoke agai and she looked over curiously before smiling. "Of course I'll come and meet you..." Rosencrantz assured him beforeaying low to let the hated get at her.

Rosencrantz looked up for a moment into eyes as bright as the African sun and then, as she gathered the breath that he had stolen she smiled, nuzzling him again as pour love seeped into ever cell of her being. Loving Rangi was so simple, so easy in fact yet no love that anyone else could own could compare to the one that they shared. If all life were to come to an end now, the wolf would not mind. She would die knowing that he was willing to devote the rest of his to her through marriage. That was more than she could have ever hoped from anyone other than him. In fact, she couldn't dream of loving another.

Maybe it is a little too quick on second thought, but it isn't your fault because I was eager to get the marriage going as well. Maybe it doesn't have to be too bad, we could always do it after. If we do it now then it would be too suspicious. We could always create a river and put it in the grounds of the mansion! That would work I guess :S

The moment was shared. As he stared at her, Rosencrantz gaze was taken by the hound who stood, strong, bold, proud and above all beautiful in the door way just before her. Soon they would be together in matrimony. That was so unbelievable. Until today the wolf had never thought that anyone would want to share that with her. Life would no longer about her, it would be about them. 'I's would turn to 'we's. two souls would become one. She was only stunned out of shock by his sudden and unannounced call. The wolf jumped and looked around worriedly until he explained all by punting the jewel on her finger. Gently she licked his cheek as he did the same before standing back with a smile. "I won't, don't you worry..." She reassured him before both parted with love bright in their hearts.

That's sounds perfectly play arable although, maybe we should wait a few weeks after the marriage then It won't look suspicious!

Ikr! And what happened to the pirate thread? I quite liked it! Gosh, I can't believe that it's been a year, it doesn't feel like it that's for sure! We have a lot to do, yes but I'm looking forward to them!

(I think it's quite cool how you have gone about doing it! Let's you get into the lives of the charaters a little :D you can kill this guy if you wish, he's not important to me!)

Not so far from Red and Yellow a great hulk of man trudged through the forest with a twisted face much like a angry hound. For many years he had been left on this island, his only pleasure being the ability to make others suffer such as Rosencrantz and her long lost tribe. He was bitter. Ravenous. His whole being bayed for blood. When he himself had been cast out from his crew he had swore to kill any seaman who ever came near the island again, it did not matter if they were friend or foe even before this had happened to him. The crew of the colourful siren were, in his mind, just another chance for fun.

The brutish hulk of a man lurked closer, making no attempt to hide his presence. He was drunk, as always with the stong alchol he was able to produce. A man like that always knew how. But today, adrenalin also furled his anger because he was determined to let nothing stand in his way. He had already descided that any women would be kept alive a little long, let's just say his plans for them were not just murder. The men he would find the most imaginative and cruel ways of killing after he had beaten all into submittence.

He himself came armed with nothing more than his whip, that was dripping still with the blood of an innocent woman and his bare hands that were also stained red. His shirt had not been white in many a year, despite Rosencrantz's best attempts and bore the marks of alcoholism and filth that he only added to day by day.

The two crew members came into sight not a minute or two from the 'house' that he had had just left Rosencrantz in. He did not quicken or slow his walking pace but was moving fast as he readied his whip for them. Wth one harsh move he sent the leather strap flying toward them both in a attempt to catch either crew memeber's legs and bring them crashing to the ground, their heavy weapons falling upon them. Then, in another move he would run at the other memeber and knock them down so that both on their backs.

Meanwhile, deeper into the first the fair lady lay quitely, growing weaker by the minute. Her head was bleeding as badly as her back now and the world around her seemed to have been swallowed by the darkness. In all honesty death would be a sweet and merciful release. She could only hope that her family would be there for her when StarClan took her.

That's good, I think that that would simply be too much for Rosencrantz, she's only a sensitive wee thing.

AND THANK YOU FOR REPLYING TO THE PIRATE THREAD. I LOVE IT. I love Purple and violet, their quite funny :D

Gosh, I hadn't realized, I knew we had a lot to do but I completely forgot about the sheer amount of plots we had planed! Oh well, its just an excuse to play them :D
