    Character Name: Redeye

    Character Name: Goldeneyes

    Character Name: Ashkit

    History:

A pitiful mew echoed through the area as Ashkit wandered. She was lost, alone hungry, and scared. It had been half a moon since she had lost her mother, but she was beginning to have hope. She was sure she smelled cats in the area.

"I... I..." The kit mewed, lost for words. She wasn't used to cats coming up and talking to her like this. "I need help. I don't know where my mother is. I lost her when the dogs attacked."

Redeye lazily padded over near these cats, not even bothering to keep her scent hidden. She wasn't part of ThunderClan, or any clan, but she wasn't intimidated by them.
She limped slightly as she leaped into a tree, settling there and watching them.

Goldeneyes limped into DarkClan territory, alert but injured. Hew was aware that this may have been a terrible mistake, but he needed help from a medicine cat, and soon.

Goldereneys arched his back, a hiss already at his throuat, before he realised that this was not an attack. Forcing himself to calm down, he replied as calmly as he could.
"Yes, I need help. My wounds are quite serious. I fear if they are not healed soon my strength will fail. If that happens, I will be vulnerable to attack. Is there a medicine cat nearby that would be willing to assist me?"
He didn't mean for his request to be so eloquent.

A clueless apprentice. Just my luck.
"Well, is there anywhere nearby I could rest? What about where your clan has made their dens for the evening?" Goldeneyes asked. He was used to a nomadic clan, so he didn't know how secretive about their position some clans could be.

Redeye looked down lazily at this cat. She lay down on the branch, obviously not coming down.
"It's Redeye. I'm here for some prey and rest, and maybe to see what the local cats are up to." She said, grinning. The grin didn't really reach her eyes, but it did show off an impressive set of teeth.
Since Pepperdance was closer, she could smell blood. Either this cat was wounded, or she had wounded someone else.
OOC: I re-read that, and the last sentence isn't really make it clear. Pepperdance can smell that Redeye was either wounded or had wounded someone else. Sorry about any confusion.

Stunned by the approcach of more cats, Goldeneyes tensed up, then quickly relaxed when he saw they meant no harm.
"My name is Goldeneyes. I thank you for your help. My... uh, I was attacked by wild dogs, and have travelled far without a break."
He lay down, trying to relax. These cats seemed to be friendly, but he was still on edge (it was easy to tell by his fear scent).

Goldeneyes nodded towards the new cat, starting to calm down a little.
"While I'm here, I may as well push my luck. Is there any cat here that can talk to StarClan? I'm afraid the medicine cat from my clan has acted hastily in response to one of their messages. His actions have already caused the death of one kit, and only StarClan can calm him now."

"Ah, I see." Goldeneyes said, standing, "I guess I should continue trying to talk to them myself. But I'm curious, what do you mean when you say you can talk to dead creatures?"
He didn't look scared anymore, and now a bright spark of curiosity gleamed in his eyes. It really brought out the gold in them.

"I'm fine, I just-" Askit started, but cut off when she saw the wolf. She trembled, all her fur standing on end, then sprinted for the bushes, cowing there and refusing to come out.
(OOC: Sorry about this, I have to leave for a few days and I probably won't get any internet where I'm going, so I'm trying to set up all my characters so that it's reasonable that they don't respond.)

(OOC: Hi! I'm back and bumping the thread!)

Ashkit, seeing the wolf wasn't chasing her, peeked out from her hiding spot, then slowly padded out.
"I last saw her when those dogs attacked, but that was days ago. And I've run really far away, I don't even know where that was anymore."
