Damien sighed, bored. He began to head back to his apartment.

Chloe laughed happily, pulling her wings back in and diving down, spiraling as she went. She opened her wings suddenly, curving to the right.
-
Chloe closed her eyes, sighing happily. "Definitely, Luke." she said.
-
Chloe watched Luke, smiling. He was good and had definitely improved since he first arrived at Cloud9.
-
Chloe nodded to an empty field. "We're gonna practice landing. You ready?" she called to Luke over the wind.
-
"Watch where you're landing!" Chloe called to him as she began to dive.
-
Chloe sighed, landing gently in the field. She walked a few steps to regain her balance before folding her wing pack. She walked over to Luke, folding her arms and looking down at the warrior. "What did I tell you?" she sighed.
-
Chloe nodded, suppressing a smile. "Well, now you know for next time." she said, extending her hadn to help him up.
OOC: Can Chloe grow to like Luke?
-
Chloe gave a small smile. "That's why you're a sky warrior Luke. Not a military man." she said.
-
Chloe smiled. "You better not. We need you in Unit 1." she said, slugging him lightly in the shoulder. "We should be getting back." she said, opening her wings again.
-
Chloe followed him, taking the lead and leading the way back to Cloud9. She reached the open door and landed inside, turning and waiting for Luke to enter before she shut it.
-
Chloe shut the door after he came in, taking off her wing pack. "We're gonna need to work on your landings." she said, brushing her hair back from her face.
-
Chloe smiled, staring at him for a second before blinking and looking away. "We should rest awhile before patrolling later." she said, heading towards the door.
-
Chloe nodded and headed to her dorm, shutting the door behind her and taking off her uniform before slipping into her PJs. She stopped for a moment, feeling odd in her stomach. "Probably just post-flying sickness." she muttered, heading over to her bed.
-
Chloe rolled over in her sleep groaning at her nightmare. Her parents were being taken away from her again. Unable to help, the leader stood frozen in terror as a large figure strode towards her, its black wings extending to wrap around her. Chloe rolled over again, whimpering.
-
Chloe sat upright quickly, letting out a yelp of fear. Realizing it was just a dream, she buried her face in her hands. Unable to continue sleeping, she got out of bed and slipped from her dorm, heading down the darkened hallway.
-
Chloe stood beside the window, trying to clear her mind and comfort herself by looking at the shining stars. Giving up, she sat down in a chair and buried her face into her hands.
-
Chloe looked up once again, rubbing her eyes with her sleeve. She pulled her chair up to a round table and laid her head down, looking out the window. She slowly began to fall back asleep.
-
Chloe continued sleeping until daylight peered through the window. With a groan, she opened her eyes and saw that she had slept out here all night. With a grunt, the young leader headed back to her dorm.
-
Chloe heard him practice and smiled softly before knocking on the door. "Be ready to patrol soon." she said.
