Snakebite padded restlessly through the snow, and despite his coarse words towards his clan mates at the announcement of the new deputy he couldn't stifle a pang of grief. His one good eye, the right lay placidly on his scrunched face. His exterior beauty conflicted against the graceful snow. His body shook violently creating fress pain in his old stiff limbs. Move Darn You! The hard winter ShadowClan had procured did not wash away his usual pride and anger. He pushed the thoughts of his mothers death into the back of his mind as was customary and the momentary weakness was gone. His limbs began to free up and once again understand his brain. His grizzled claws gripped the icy ground with fierce defiance as he continued on his routine journey. The rest of his clan could stuff their glory down their throats The constant complacency of Winterstar infuriated him, as well as the new deputy.
Perhaps Snakebite would need to speak with the kit before he began any real duties. By now his deadened eye on the left side must have frozen over, the occasional twitching of the budge that represented his accident had suddenly stopped. Forty-five and one half moons and he simply refused to die. Much to the duress of his clanmates. He smiled revealing his half empty or at least chipped mouth with the thought. He'd been so intent on watching his paws with his green glowing eye that when he looked up he was in the middle of a group of fellow clanmates. "What do you four want." He demanded the displeasure not halted. The drudging machine like voice ungered from his Torn scared throat, which a friendly badger had left him to deal with.
-
Not wanting to let his mood undermine the mood of his clanmates Clearlef managed to sound decently cheery. "Hey Chancepaw, I'm fine. The leg is doing better but its harder to tell because its leafbare. Everyones stiff, or maybe I'm just getting old." He smiled thinking more about the kits he was caring for now than the wisecrack he'd just made.
Is your training coming along okay?" He asked, the last part with sincerity as he had not been around to see the young cats ceremony. His tail twitched with curiosity wondering if he'd not learned everything that had happened while he was away on the far side of the moorland and out of clan lands. He watched the young she-cat go about her business as he patiently waited for her answer.

A warning, the bios long. XD Oh and Briskclaw's about 28 moons now, getting up in years. He's also had two other apprentices. The bio was made a long while ago so if it says anything about half clan ignore it. His parents are just buried near thunderclan.

Alright then no worries, I understand.

Snakebite chuckled gutterly with fierceness, "So I did, but only because I could have sworn you were prey scurrying around in the the snow." His one eye was fixed on Skyfoot with cold interest in amusing himself with the anger of the younger cat. "I just wasn't sure how to address mice." He flicked his tail at Skyfoot, "and in any case don't all of you have better things to do than gawk at me. Perhaps Winterstar needs to assign you more duties if your flat on your bum like freshkill. Then again he's just to soft for something like that. Snakebite's ears went down with the cold anger suppressing his heart whilst he turned his head in obscurity from Skyfoot to view the others. He looked at the others viperous and quick: then again at Skyfoot."I could use some moss..." The same gutteral laugh fell from his throat near silent. (His voice sounds like those people who have to have those machines put in their throat when the smoke to much.)
The green in his eye furrowed with his brow. Most cats knew that despite being an elder he refused to let others get him moss for his bedding. This was what his whole trek through the snow was about. If he did have the satisfaction of a cat bringing him some he would simply tear it up with his half filled mouth of missing teeth.
OOC: He's not very nice XD, don't let it offend you personally k. I don't mean anything by it.
-
Snakebite was surprised by Skyfoots cool tone. He was either very naive or a very controlled cat. He choose to believe it was the second of the two. "Indeed you are. Just make sure you mouse, can still fight for your clan." It seemed ShadowClan wasn't entirely full of weak minded individuals. Although he'd need to do much more to impress Snakebite. The elder tom wasn't ready to give anyone a compliment yet. Now if you'll excuse me I think I'm going to go get some of that moss I mentioned earlier." He scr.aped his paws exasperatedly against the earth and snow leaving a large paw streak. He heaved his heavy body forward it groaning with the effort but none of it showed on the toms face. As he passed the tom Snakebite yelled after the group. "A hunt will do better for your clan than you catching a cold so get moving, get warm. Its unpleasant out hear, preys supposed to hide when its cold out.
He laughed again as he walked further away into the distance wondering if he should have cut them even that much slack. A flicker of anger surfaced again, this time directed at himself for being as soft as he'd been. [b]"Hmph." The silent padding in the snow preaching his struggle.

Name of Cat: Silentkit
Alliance: ThunderClan
Part Wanted: Kidnapped kit
RP Sample: Silentkit watched the sky with his tail folded gently under his paws. The breeze ruffled his brown and patched silver fur making it stand on end. He quickly licked the furs down aggressivley but they didn't stay, so he didn't bother. The moon was sitting neatly on the dark precipice of sky just before dawn, the kit filled with excitement as he peered over at the apprentices den. Why weren't the others awake yet. He rolled and twitched with annoyance as was customary for his early wakings. "Uggghhh." He looked back at Jadekit, Creamkit, and Whirlkit with longing. Come on, get up. Silentkit's paws were itching to toss some moss around or to do something fun anyway. When he was ever younger he would stare and be at awe with everything in the camp, but he was to big for that now and it was getting boring. In a few more moons he'd be apprenticed though, and he'd have access to all new fun things.
He simply twitched his whiskers indignantly sitting back down again. WHHHHHY WHYYYY ARE THEY SOOOOO LAZYYYYYY. Silentkit groaned at the thought with contempt.
Quick Bio of cat, a link is fine: Brown fur and blue eyes with a patch of gray fur on his back left leg where the same snowflake birthmark as his mother lays. Tom
Silentkit is moody, his name does not always fit him. He makes alot of noise, and fusses alot when he feels he wont get in trouble. If he is learning he is happy, and treats everything like a game, which he can take very seriously. He does not get much sleep due to insomnia which sometimes takes a toll on his mood.
-
If she doesn't reply though may I have Quickkit since well, points to name. Only if she doesn't reply though, I don't wanna be labeled a kidnapper :)

Dewpelt hung his head low to lap up the water rippling from the fresh rain that RiverClan had gotten. The cold water ran down his parched throat relieving his bulky over heated body. His eyes shifted to his prey on the left side as he drank. He hadn't even bothered to bury the plump vole that had been only inches away from the puddle to star with. And now it was lifeless. He lifted his head and stretched looking up at the fresh blue sky. Oh well more for the clan I guess. He shifted his paws comfortably into a nice position yawning. He'd been up since dawn hunting, and it certainly was not his forte, ESPECIALLY IN LEAFBARE. He reoccupied his jaws his mouth watering. At least I'm a big guy, he soothed himself his positive side kicking in. He couldn't wait to get back to camp and have some freshkill. A small one, because of his efforts but it didn't dampen his mood.
However something else caught his attention, familiar scents crowding just over a hill. And then there was another, something he thought he should recognize but didn't. Not even thinking about his kill he kept it in his mouth as he padded nearer to the event with his ears perked. He had just edged over the hill and was looking down at Mistecho defending, or what looked like defending an unknown cat. He looked no older than an apprentice. Dewpelt suddenly remembered to drop his vole when its scaly pink tail tickled his silver chin. He buried it quickly and slid down the kill. "Hey, whats up." He dipped his head politely to the others. Curiosity immediately pushed him forward, his soft spot for younger cats showing. Moving past Mistecho he gave her a comforting look. Cuffing the cat on the ear he asked kindly "Whats your name tough guy?" His brown fur and shifting with the patches of grey as his dark blue eyes sized the cat up.
-
Dewpelt looked over at Robinfeather, "I'll stay and help Breathsway with Otter if you don't mind." He couldn't be that much trouble, but it couldn't hurt. Dewpelt looked down at the pair and had an instant sympathetic pang for him. His heart lurched as he remembered his own traumatic incidents as a kit or at least what he'd been told. Clearleaf's ThunderClan scent came over him suddenly and he could almost feel the pair of them curled together as kits after their parents death. Each of their parents had killed each other feeling threatened for their kits. Although Dewpwelt wasn't half clan other cats carried suspicions of him due to his close relations with a ThunderClan cat. Clearleaf was like a brother, and briefly he wondered what he was up to before coming back to his senses.
He smiled at the pair, "Cmon, we can each take one flank of you, that way you can stay warm and we can get back to camp. Plus I've got a vole stashed up over the hill their, you can't eat it though. Sorry you know how the code goes." Dewpelt smiled again flicking his ear back and squinting in the sunlight. "Besides how can you get warm if you covered in snow."
OOC: Was hoping Sapphy was going to reply.
oh well guess we just wait. I was enjoying the thread. XD

Could I take Lazerus, Denali, Ash, and Floodwatch off your hands?
I'm looking to expand my horizons and was wondering if I could have them. If you need an rp example I don't mind.
-
K thanks I'll keep that in mind Piney. Heck I'm happy with just one but would love to get them all XD

"Phhhh." Silentkit didn't try to hide the tone of exasperation behind his voice as he emerged from the back of the den. "What about the warrior code Northkit, its really starting to get boring around here, warrior code or not." He flicked his tail in greeting to the three, the usual intense look of sleeplessness behind his gaze. He'd known all of these kits for a little while now but usually they were all asleep at this hour. Silentkit normally couldn't sleep, and when he couldn't he did every possible mental activity to contain himself till sunrise. Even if it was learning every kits name without ever actually having addressed them. Northkit, Cheetahkit, and Windkit. Of all of them he'd observed Windkit as a more timid cat. "These childish games aren't that fun anymore are they? I bet you've seen those dens a hundred times now, at least looked at them as much anyway. Don't you want to see more?" Silentkit padded over to the others grinning.
"Although I suppose its just two dangerous for four measly runts like us. Tell me what our warrior ancestors would say to that," He challenged. His five moon old body was full of thick fur that lay almost flat, yet slightly up in a jagged motion. The brown fur was flecked with pale moonlight, save the gray fur on his left leg that shone like moonlight.

Just thought I'd make a comment. I saw that new movie AVATAR AND IT WAS INCREDIBLE, ASTOUNDING! I didn't even think I was going to like it and thought it looked a little strange but I was dead wrong. For all warriors fans I'd recommend this movie.
-
"Sooooo you have a tongue." Silentkit replied tauntingly. Fine it'd be safer in numbers, but I guess since death doesn't weigh on your paws its no skin off your bones." The toms tail twitched with delight as he got to his paws steadfast with determination. "Believe me they wont find me again until I've had my fill, thats what my warrior ancestors are telling me. Thats what StarClan is, its inside of you, thats what I believe anyway. I mean have you actually ever seen or heard StarClan, well I can tell you this is speaking to me and I'm going to listen to it like a good kit." He pointed a brown paw at his forehead indicating his point. He padded towards the dirtplace. "I've seen a tunnel near the dirt place, so follow if you want." He called the words trying to carry them as a whisper while he moved away.

Character you're applying for: Well mostly I'd like in descending order Floodwatch, Denali, Failpaw, Ash if he is still available and I think thats it for me.
Why you want them: I would like to have these characters because I have no SunClan or SnowClan cats and they just seem to interest me. I want to rack up some posts as well. For Floodwatch it is mostly that I enjoy his name to be perfectly honest. Plus my other WindClan warrior Briskclaw has to wait for someone to post who is going on vacation.
Do you agree to the points listed at the top of this thread? Of course.
P.S: Sorry about all the little mistakes in my posts, my mind tends to skip a few beats sometimes if you know what I mean. I was looking for a non sterile cat for SunClan so thats why I switched Lazarus with Failpaw.

Dewpelt moved forward with Breathsway and Otter stopping momentarily to dig up his vole. He gave the young cat another sympathetic look understanding that he probably wanted to gobble the thing down but couldn't because of the code.
OOC: I'll start it if you'd like guys.
-
I proposed a plot almost exactly like this once, about where the book is heading for a site. The totally blew me off saying it wasn't possible in warriors logic, but BOOYAA!!!! It was like two years ago though. lol
For a moment I thought Tigerstar and Hawkfrost were going to do what Cinderheart did and enter the body of the new born kits like some kind'a puppet master. XD

Dewpelt walked alongside his companions the thick brown and silver fur on his pelt keeping the young loner warm. It was an easy enough trek, although quiet for him due to the fact that his face was stuffed full of Otter. However as the trio approached the camp following usual scent trails a new scent struck him. He placed his tail over the others to get them to lay low and figured Breathsway would have smelled it already since he was a poor hunter as it was. He looked at the she cat signaling with his tail again but this time for her to go forward. He couldn't possibly get into a scuffle or do proper reconnaissance with prey in his mouth. He waited patiently for the she-cat to go ahead and scope out the area.
