Personality;
Ceasar's personality is difficult to explain. Difficult to explain, because of how distorted he is, how completely irrationally his mind projects. A life of nothing but dispair, but the type of dispair in which he begged for, yet pushed away at the same time. Slowly, ever so slightly, that dispair of his got the best of him, transforming him into a malicious, sadistic, and down right batsh*t psychotic young man.

At times, it seems as if Ceasar is nothing, but, well, nothingness. He is completely flat-out plain, so plain that it is scary, twisted. It is scary, because of how masochistic he can be. Countless beatings don't phase him. They don't phase him, yes, but that depends on who he is recieving them from. You see, Ceasar has an unconcious desire to be loved. If he were to get even killed by someone he loved, it wouldn't matter. As long as they were satisfied. Not so selfish, hmm?

... But, obviously, he has yet another streak to him. Ceasar wishes for the world to be the best place it could be. With only love, and peace, everything of that sort. His fragmented mind leads him to believe that anyone who isn't completely 'pure', as one would say, should be eliminated. Of course, so it won't burden this little fancy doll house of his. A single spider in a newly cleaned room must be taken care of, so the room would go back to its original state. If not, the room would be thought out to be unsanitary, dirty, rotten, and nobody would want to live there. This is how he thinks, and there isn't anything in the world that can stop him from thinking this way.

Ceasar has another attribute to add onto his already distorted personality. This attribute of his is vile, absolutely putrid; he has a little 'turn on', you could say, for.. corpses. Yes, corpses, especially the very 'scattered' ones.. Whatever in his right mind could rotate him towards this direction, who the hell knows. Blood, flesh, scattered limbs, gore, gore, gore, he loves it all! There's no better fun for him, than taking pictures of dead animals. Then drawing them.. then hanging them up on his wall. It's even more fun with humans! What a shame, you don't see many dead people out on the streets these days.. especially now that he's been locked up in an asylum.
History;
Oh, my... it's rather harsh, more importantly contains some rather violent, too violent, details, so I may as well say it wasn't fun for him, or anybody involved in it. It's terrible, really.. and writing it down would make my fingers break off.. so.. .3.

He had a mother and father, who are currently in a mental hospital and/or prison.

"... The third level, but I don't think that I'm insane at all. It's them who placed me here, who are insane."

Ceasar's ears flicked towards the sound of a sudden scream of a girl. The male was currently sitting on the floor with crossed legs, facing the wall, while running his fingertips delicately down the cold wall, shuddering at the cool, metalic feeling. "I wonder what's happening up there.." He muttered quitely to himself. He would never know, though. Only imagine the great harm which could currently be happening to someone, and damn, he had to miss out on it all. All could do was just sit, and wait for something to happen. It made him angry, that he had to sit here, and induce this solitarily confined-like place. It made him want to tear the door down, that he had to miss excitement which he could be involved in. At the thoughts, Ceasar frowned, then clenched his hand into a fist and started banging against the wall. "Let me out!" He groaned, seemingly not to anyone in particular. He knew there was no way that was going to happen, so why bother. Occasionally, now and then, he would do something of this sort. What was he thinking? Even if he were ever let out, he would be put back in immediately. He knew he was odd, creepy, insane, but denied it all the same. A cackling laugh bursted out of his mouth, but he zipped it almost instantly. He had to keep calm. Calm down, Ceasar, calm down.. What he knew, though, was that this wasn't doing anything, this was just breaking him down more, piece after piece, and soon, he would completely snap. He was already at edge.

Try watching Acchi Kocchi! I haven't completely seen it, but it is so cute! <3

Inu x Boku SS, I also found that one great! It does have supernatural stuff in it, and it's a romance.

Kamisama Hajimemashita(Kamisama Kiss) I actually loved this one. The art is great, love the characters, though there is a small bit of guys, but it mostly focuses on the main female protagonist, and the main male protagonist. Also romance.

Amnesia. You may like it, though it is mostly about the female protagonist and multiple guys (5, I think). Somewhat confusing, I loved it, though. :3

Ceasar stood up, rubbing his temples. Calm down, damnit, just calm down. He had the feeling he had had when he saw that spider the other day; completely flipping out. He paced around in a circle with nervous footsteps, and hissing and sputtering under his breath. He stopped with a twitching hand as he heard the banging on the door. It was loud. It was annoying. It made him want to hurt something. "Lord. Shut the hell up!" He boomed, while turning his head towards the direction of where he had heard the loud banging. It was all starting to tick him off.

Cocky b*tch. What on Earth was she trying to do? He hadn't known that she was from the level above them, maybe yet another at their breaking point. "You're never getting out!" He called, a hint of twisted amusement in his voice. He was partly talking to her, and partly talking to himself. He took jagged steps towards the screaming of the girl. The screams she had let out sounded terrorizing, it was giving him a pleased chill.
