    Akise smiled, and leaned away from him and into the other side of the couch. "Don't ask me. I've never been good with poetry. I can write, sure, but poetry..." The man shrugged slowly and then exhaled. "We also have to go get my stuff sometime today... that is, if you're still planning on having me move in with you."

Swiftly, he moved directly in front of Frost and pressed his palm to Frost's chest firmly. "Calm down Frost. You're okay. I'm okay. Everything's fine," Despite his calming words, the brunette's deep blue eyes swirled with worry, and his own heart was on edge, waiting for Frost to explain what had happened. Akise was worried for Frost's well being, and this odd behavior wasn't like the man he had come to know.

His eyes followed his partner's figure until it disappeared from his view, and he was left sitting alone on the couch. Akise couldn't help but let a frown form on his lips as he came to the realization he was alone, but he soon shook it off, rolled over, and closed his eyes.

As he jumped, his hands' lost their place on the couch and he wobbled for a moment before falling off of the couch. With a groan, he rolled off of his side, which he had fallen on, and wrapped his arms around his ribs. "Dammit!" He hissed loudly, now snapping his head around to glare at the dog. "Since when do you have a dog?!" Akise demanded loudly as he stepped into the kitchen, rubbing he face to dry it.

"What are we going to do with them?" The only animals Akise had ever owned were his three hedgehogs. Akina, his only female, Takeshi, the dominant pinto colored male among the group, and Minoru, the quiet, weak, and calm one. Each had their own personalities, and got along quite well. Growing up, Akise's father didn't allow animals in the house, so he was never able to have any pets. If Frost wanted to keep the dogs, he wasn't sure how he'd cope. What if Frost couldn't handle the three dogs and Akise's hedgehogs? Would he have to give them up? He'd only had them for a few months, and gotten them as babies, so they still had at least a good three years left.
