The ground was cold from the harsh wind. Blossomkit didn't mind, "come on slow poke" she called to her sister.

Blossomkit woke up to someone entering the nursery. "Well it's getting late anyway," she thought sitting up.
Leafpaw left the den with a yawn. "Should I go hunting," she thought.

Blossomkit put down the moss next to Ruby, "What happened?," she asked.
Leafpaw never saw ashpaw come out, "Ashpaw!," she called again poking her head in the apprentice den.

Laffrost dipped her head with thanks, but on the inside she felt like bouncing off the walls!
"I'm actually a warrior" she thought puffing out her chest. -
Blossomkit just stood there useless. "Some first time outside," she thought. "Wait, what clanmate am I if I just stand here confused while a cat is dying!," she thought with anger. "What can I do to help," she said with determination.
