OOc: ^-^ so much violence, it builds up for a good plot though. Sorry that my posts see sparse in the thread, it's just you guys are amazing RP's and post nearly two pages while I'm for half a day. Which is super cool BTW I'm really enjoying the thread.

Hope had brought all her pups into the makshift nursery den. She had scolded Joy for being caught in Terence's den, but teased her about being carried by the tail. It was embarrassing for her, which is why Hope used it. She had learned over the years that embarrassment is the best punishment for a pup. She had know where Hawk had gone to, when he came back with chervil scraps on his white paws she knew he was in the Medicine Fox's den helping out. And Gem, little Gem had her first crush. She was proud of her daughter for picking such a worthy assassin. Pricking her ears she listened as Memory's howl of pain rang throughout the clan camp. She pulled her tail over all three ouos to keep them inside and away from what ever was happening outside, but it was no use. Gem and Hawk had managed to get away, Joy had tried but Hope had caught her before hand.

Gem ran to Memory's side and held Kitchi take her into the Medicine Fox's den. She wasn't that much bigger than her and she watched as Hawk ran in before them to help get her medicine's ready. She propped her up and helped get her into a bed of moss near the door, a place where the patient normally waited or rested. She looked at Kitchi for a second, she was scared but she didn't let that keep her from helping Memory. She looked back at Hawk who was grabbing herbs left and right. She was proud of him for knowing all these things so early. "What happened to her?" She asked, her voice quivering slightly as she spoke. She cursed herself under her breath when it did so, but she figured it was the appropriate time to let it do so. Her tail was held straight out and she searched the other's eyes for answers.

Hawk looked over at Gem apthempn back down at what he was grabbing. He grabbed a was of cobwebs around his front paw to stop her bleeding. He also grabbed Comfrey, Dried Oak leaves and GoldenRod. Padding over to her side he pressed some of the com webs into her wound and stopped the bleeding enough to put the herbs on it. Chewing up the Comfrey he put it out on his paw and placed it in her wound. "To soothe wounds." He said quietly to himself. He then chewed a little bit of the goldenrod and placed it on her wound as well. "For healing wounds." He chirped. Finally he put some dried oak leave pieces on it and wrapped her up with the remaining cobwebs. "That should do it, do you need poppy seeds or Thyme?" He asked her.

"Then at least help me name our adopted pup." She said pulling him in closer with her tail. "I mean he does need a name doesn't he?" Belle said and tickeled his nose with her tail. She pondered about the other two pups names. She had liked the name Gezabelle. No because it had her name in it but because she thought it was beautiful. "What about Gezabelle for the oldest female pup?" She asked mostly to her self. "So we have a Tucker, Amber and Gezabelle." She thought with a smile. "And don't think I've forgotten you my little Todd." She said warmly and nuzzeled the youngest male with her muzzle. The thought of a new den came back to her mind. "We must search for a new den after our meal and we give him a proper name." She said to Maple and tilted her head to the older male pup.

Abioye stood on top of a hill above the rolling savannah plain. The sky was an orange-red as the sun was setting and his pride was starting to quiet down and get ready for a nights sleep. He however didn't sleep when the others did, or any time at all really. His dreams were filled with horrific nightmares from his cubhood that always haunted his dreams. He sat down and looked up at the sky which was quickly darkening and there were already a few stars shining through the thin atmosphere.

Dejen looked up at King Abioye. He had never seen him sleep, though he knew whey. He was one of the only lions that knew his reasons. Nobody dared challenge him, he was the strongest lion in the pride. He also took them all in when their own prides put them out. He was almost like a father to them all, he knew that soon he would take in a mate of his own and carry on the rprides royal blood line. He setteled down and tucked his paws under his chest and went to sleep.

    (I'll post the others soon.)

OOc: ^-^ ^-^ ^-^ I-I'm sorry? I'll pick another name for him. I thought it would be rather cute, but I guess not. ^-^ ^-^ ^-^

"Or what about Bao? For the little Male." She asked herself and nodded. Turning her attention to Tucker she noticed that he had his eyes closed again and she gently licked his side with praise. Gezabelle still asleep next to her, she kept warm anyways. Bao and his sister Amber were making noise, and they would start to draw attention out to them selves. She shushed and comforted them. "We have to find a den, we can't wait only longer. Maple? Would you sty with them and I'll look for a den?" She asked her new friend.

(Sorry I we t back to read it again. :) I guess I kindda missed some parts for me to jump in at.)

Gem nodded with understanding. That would be for Memory to tell or for Kitchi to have permission. Though, curiosity ran through her pelt like an annoying flea that wouldn't stop biting. She looked back at her brother Hawk, who had finished wrapping some cobwebs around memory's wound. The look on his face was calm, but he didn't really get recognized for his work. Padding over she stuck her nose in his white fur. "Good job. You acted like a real medicine fox would have." She praised.

Hawk listened to his sister intently. "At least she thought I did something right for once." He thought bitterly. "I'm going to check on mom and Joy." He said and licked Gem's ear and padded out of the medicine den. "Where was the medicine fox anyways?" He thought and looked around though she was nowhere to be seen. His mother was crouched in the nursery listening to Joy rattle on.

"What's the matter out there?" She asked. "Nothing that you should be concerned about right at this moment." Hawk warned and laid down next to her. "Have you been in the M.D. again?" she asked her son who gave a sheepish smile. Sighing she said. "Why won't you pick something reasonable?" There's already a Medicine Fox and I don't think she'll have an apprentice for a while." She warned him.

Belle thought a second. "When I was smaller, my best friend had four pups. She lived with her mate also. The needs weren't as much needed as now in the winter. They had to dig a den next to a tree hollow. It was big enough to support the 6 of them and keep the heat insolated." She said quietly. "And I like the name Bay." She barked to the older pup.
