Crouching, Americankit wiggled before pouncing upward. She landed neatly on the topmost step, pleased with herself though not completely out of breath. The stairs were large, compared to the young feline yet she had wanted up them so she had jumped up, one step at a time. Now on the second floor of the mansion, Amwricankit wasn't sure she wanted to brave the third floor. So the second floor would do for a bit of exploration. Rising to her paws, Americankit headed off to the left, glancing around. Of course she had been here before, she had been born on the second floor, after all. Not knowing any mother or father, she never missed them. She had her sister, after all. Her paws hardly made a sound as she rounded another corner, green eyes flickering around the somewhat empty halls. From time to time someone would pass her, but the grey kitten drew aside and they took no notice of her. That was just fine.

Oh, that sort of explained it. Not the running away part exactly, but never having had a head ache herself, Americankit didn't know what it was like. "I see." She meowed softly, backing away. "I bet the healers can help." In fact, she would go and see if they had some herbs for Adealia. She didn't know much about them except they healed cats. So in her mind, they could fix anything. Without another word, Americankit disappeared in search of the healers den and herbs. Maybe she could help Adealia feel better.

Was this it? Americankit poked her head into the room that smelled like herbs and cats. This seemed to be the healers den she was looking for. Adealia said she had a headache and Americankit wanted to help. The older kit had run away from her, and since she herself had no idea what a headache felt like, she assumed it was because of the headache; not because she simply didn't want to speak to the other kit. " Does anyone in here have herbs for a headache?" Americankit asked, taking a step into the doorway. It was probably the longest sentence she had said, but she didn't mind. She just wanted the other cat to feel better.

"She's grumpy, so I thought I would bring her herbs to make her feel better." Americankit hadn't seen much or war or battle yet, but when someone felt down she wanted to help them. Adealia got about a half an hour of peace before Americankit came around again. That was how long it had taken her to get up the stairs to find the healer, then get back. But even once she got back, she didn't see Adealia, since she had moved while Americankit was away. Frowning, Americankit attempted to sniff her out. It was a little hard, since all she could smell were nettles and poppy seeds, but at last she found the scent that ended at a closed door. She didn't want to open it without asking first, and she probably couldn't get it open if she wanted to, so the young kitten stood outside. "Adealia? She gave me herbs for you." She said "she" because Americankit hadn't ever caught the healers name. After she gave these to the older cat, she would need to go back and ask her name.

It wasn't so bad when it was just Fridaynight, but the grey kit took a deep breath to reply. "My name is Americankit, I guess I'm a... Kit?" No one had told her she was anything special. "Libertykits' sister." She got around a. Lot more than Americankit at any rate. "Nice to meet everyone."

"Oh." Americankit stared at the herbs at her paws. What did she do with them? Did she take them back to the healer? Could you re-use them once they were touched? Maybe she would leave them here incase the other cat wanted them later. Pushing them to the side so they didn't get trampled if Adealia came out. Americankit would come by later and grab them if they had' been used. "Good." She meowed, backing up. She didn't particularly want to start a conversation, so she said nothing else and turned away, ready to battle the stairs again.

Americankit nodded, giving a smile until the dark cat sat down. She had seen him before, watching, always watching her and her sister. What on earth did he want with them? His pelt was dark brown, nearly black, and his green eyes made her nervous. Then again, she had green eyes too, but they were kinder than his. The little grey kitten scampered after her littermate, wary of her sister being closer to him. Of course there were others around who would probably help them, but one could never know. Americankit wrinkled her nose at his strange scent. It wasn't SunClan, what was it? Standing next to Libertykit, Americankit looked up at the larger tom and wondering how Libertykit could be brave enough to approach him.

Americankit was enjoying life, well enough. The creepy to, who had introduced himself as Déjà vu had disappeared, much to her relief. It made her nervous how he'd kept such a close eye on the sisters. Other than that, it was fun getting around. She enjoyed the mansion, and the cats were nice enough. Their fighting ways seemed a bit brutal, but Americankit had a lot to learn about being a knight of SunClan. She did like Cassie though, the healer was quite nice. Americankit was currently staring at a small red object she had found under one of the tables. Not being big enough to get on top of them yet, she played around under them, finding this red thing. Batting at it gently with a grey paw, the ball went flying across the hall, much to her surprise, bouncing around until it disappeared down the stairs. Hurrying to the top of the stairs, Americankit watched the ball gain speed as it bounced down, hitting the wall and going around a corner.

Rolling down the hall towards Porcelainkit was a small, red rubber ball that had been flicked along by a little grey paw. The flicker of the ball was hurrying to round the corner, but for the moment the ball was on its own. Friction slowing its course, the ball slowed to a stop just as Americankit scampered around the corner. He green eyes found first the ball, and second the kit.
