As he was a bit introverted, the kit didn't want to just waltz up to a random animal and start chatting away. No, he'd observe from afar, absorbing all he could before he turned 6 moons and he had to speak to someone-a mentor- whoever that might be.

Silver orbs tracked from its owner's resting spot beneath the early new-leaf sun. If Ententekit wanted to be a bodyguard, he was going to have to be assertive eventually, but having a friend or too before that would help him immensely in gathering his courage. He was sure that as soon as he became more familiar with members of WindClan, things were going to get simpler from there on out.

[font=times new roman][color=Silver]Entente must've mrrowed loud enough to wake the whole clan, but this was justified since a kit tripped over him. The 2 moon old tortoiseshell kitten had given the blue tom a massive heart attack, and his heart was beating so hard and so fast that it wanted to break free from his chest. Well, at least he apologized. Entente tried to even his breathing enough to let Direkit know that he was ok, but a Eurasian lynx interjected.

"I'm fine," his voice was a bit shaky, not like he was going to cry, but that his vocal chords hadn't been used too often. After reassuring Direkit, he inquired "are you ok?" before turning to the lynx and sincerely replying, "nothing." This was true because Ententekit was legit-ly not doing anything. "He just tripped over me," a monotone explanation followed.

A new cat came into view, but this one looked about apprentice-aged. The shy kit managed a small smile towards the bright red (or orange, now that he thought about it) tom who had white paws almost identical to his own and answered in greeting, "hi, I'm Ententekit," pronouncing his french name with a slight accent.

[font=times new roman][color=silver]Small talk... well this was new. The tom replied in the order that he was spoken to. He started with Siriuspaw. "Um.. it's ok. You?" Yeah, he could do this.

"Hello, Direkit," a rare smile appeared on Entente's maw. "And really, it's ok, it was just an accident."

The blue tabby tom inspected the black panther with his silver visionaries. The smile was still there from before, just as polite and pleasant. "I'm Ententekit," again with French accent, but he couldn't help it. He didn't speak French, but it seemed right to pronounce it the way it was intended. "What's your name?" Even though kit had just met the panther formally, he felt like he had seen him around the clan before. He recognized him as one of the bodyguards, and he immediately looked up to him, as Ententekit was aspiring to be one himself.

He noticed the lynx, and wanted to ask why she didn't join the semi-conversation, but he was too nervous, as he understood that her temper was short.

The blue tabby tom of 5 moons was just wandering through the cave system as well, when he heard Silkkit's introduction. Silkkit, he thought, that's a really nice name. And that's what gave him the courage to talk to her, along with the rest of the animals in the group.

[B]"Hello, I'm Ententekit, " he smiled a bit as he said it, as not to appear rude. Truth was, the kit didn't smile that much, as he was more of a strong, silent type of personality. He nodded politely to all the members in the meet and greet, mewing his, "nice to meet you all."

He mewed a [b]"hello" to Icekit who had just joined the group, looking bored in a way. "What's your name?"

Ententekit didn't know what else to say to Siriuspaw, so he just nodded, looking serious but not unpleasant. "What's up?" the blue tabby tried to ask casually but it was so uncharacteristic of him that it just came out sounding forced.

"Nice to meet you, Sunfang," he mewed to the bodyguard. Was he excited? Ok, he might not look like he was, but that was just his demeanor. He had been dreaming of the day he would once gain apprenticeship so he would be able to train. "Yes, sir, I'm ready!" another rare smile, but this one was larger. Maybe his smiles wouldn't be so rare anymore.

Not knowing what to say, the kit just nodded solemnly, not because Icekit had admitted he had a point, but because he understood that anything was better than being a kit for longer than he had to. Ententekit knew older animals often reminisced of their kit ages, but nothing was worse than being constantly bored.

The tabby knew that he wouldn't be happy with his place until he was an apprentice. And that's why he was so eager to become one.

Ententekit was always wandering around, and today was no exception. He noticed a brown tabby he felt as if he recognized, but he shook that thought away. A forced smile appeared on the blue tabby's maw (although he tried not to make it look forced, he was just nervous) as his white paws led him to the she-cat.
