Raccoon, a young light gray she-cat with black and white markings, gulped nervously as she looked down from the towering tree she'd climbed. Perhaps this wasn't the smartest idea.. She thought to herself timidly, and came to a sudden realization. I'm not sure if I can.. Get down.. She groaned in annoyance at her own stupidly. "Why do I always do dumb things like this!?"

Raccoon gasped in surprise when the stranger spoke, causing her to lose her grip and slide down about a mouse-length before she could steady herself once again. "O-Oh! Umm, are you a clan cat? I'm sorry for trespassing, I didn't mean to!" She stuttered awkwardly, still gripping the bark of the tree with her claws for dear life. Of corse I had to be caught! Could this get any worse?

Raccoon let out a small sigh of relief and mentally prepared herself to drop a few feet like the warrior had told her. Good, I won't get chased out this time. "A-Alright, give me a second.." She muttered and retracted her claws to allow her to slide down to the branch.

Dispite her terror, Raccoon couldn't help but chuckle at the 'dead fox' comment. "Alright, I'm trusting you, if I fall and break my neck or something I'm blaming you." She meowed and smirked at him playfully. No use wasting time, let's do this. She relaxed her muscles a bit and dropped down to the next branch, sinking her claws into it to keep steady. Wow, I actually did it!

Maplepaw grumbled tiredly to herself as she padded over to the fresh kill pile. I can't belive I managed to get lost the other day.. I can really be as dumb as a kit sometimes. She let out a small sigh and bent down to pick up a small mouse from the pile. At least I got some extra sleep.

Raccoon nodded hesitantly and saw that he was right, the ground was much closer now. I wonder what he means by SkyClan blood? She thought to herself in confusion, then turned her focus back to the task at hand. "I think I can jump down the last few." She replied confidently and lept down the last few branches, but managed to stumble on a root at the bottom, causing her to land in a heap at his paws.

Is there anything important going on right now that I need to know about?

Nettlepaw yawned loudly as she pushed her way out of the apprentice den. The weather these days is pretty nice. She thought contently, then noticed Sunstep and Rainfall sharing a rabbit in the clearning. "Hey guys!" She meowed cheerfully and looked around for some cat to talk to.

Sunstep smiled warmly at the young apprentice as she walked by and waved his tail in greeting before turning back to Rainfall and the half-eaten rabbit at his paws. "She's quite cheerful today, don't you think?" He asked his grey-furred friend.

Rainfall nodded in agreement. "True, but then again, Nettlepaw always seems to be in a good mood." He purred plaufully and took a small bite of the rabbit, relishing the taste of it.

Raccoon laughed playful, shook the dirft out of her fur, and looked him over with bright eyes. "Thanks, Owlbreeze, I'll make sure to keep that in mind next time I get stuck in a tree." She purred in an amused tone. "My name's Raccoon, but some cats just call me Coon." She stated proudly, standing as tall as she could.

"Oh, right." She replied in a happy tone that seemed a bit forced. "We should get going." Her bright eyes dimmed for a split second, she'd been on her own for so long and she'd really enjoyed his company. Ill just go back to my make-shift den I guess..

Raccoon paused when he spoke. Join a clan? I've never even considered that.. I've always avoided them if it was possible, and I've already been chased out by so many.. She turned away from Owlbreeze and looked at the ground. "I-I don't think that's a good idea.. I'm a loner, Owlbreeze, I don't belong in a clan.."
