Brakenclaw hissed. Every cat stared at him. This was not the right tome to tell his leader about his kit and mate. He nodded "sorry a thorn" he said as an excuse "i will try and serve this clan well" he hesitated

shypaw sniffed the air with his small nose, smelling for prey but had no luck when he was facing away from the wind. he finally turned around and spotted a frog hopping around. he jumped on the frog killing it with his swift fangs.
Jade shook her head to the hunting patrol. i went all morning i dont need to go now she thought. she sat down beside the fresh kill pile and set her prey down over top of it.
he glared up at his mate. "i am happy, it is just that my clan leader died and i was chose to be deputy. how can i pass this offer? i always dreamed to be deputy" he replied back sadly
bramblestar twisted his head and remembered seeing a starclan she-cat that looked exactly like her. "you were in the war?" he asked her

Brakenclaw knew that inside he was still loyal to his clan in a way. But he had to make a choice. "I will join you" he replied back and dipped his head. "But i will come tonight, not tomorrow, i am leaving my clan without telling them." He continued

"Fine, i will tell my clan but i will not want to hear there response" he replied and looked into his mates eyes worriedly. He thought that if he told them they would hold him back, especially mossstar who had a crush on him!
Bramblestar shook his head then padded oer to where squirrelflight was training her apprentice and flicked his tail for molepaw to come along too.
