Kazuli backed off of his brother, shock evident on his face. "You are a soul vampyre..." He whispered. "A demonic one, at that..." He shook his head angrily. "That is how you are here," He snarled, lunging at the man. "You aren't truly alive anymore!"

(oh my gods i typed plant didn't i? i'm dying of laughter!)
"Ok. Would you like to retire, Master? You sound tired." Was he ok? What was wrong?
-
"You are probably right, brother. I apologize that the shock of seeing you again has slowed my problem-solving mind." He snarled up at him. Kazuli knew that he would lose this fight, he only hoped to survive.
Ino and Isa had exploded all of the vampyres in their area without any major damage being done to them. They ran to help the werewolf, who was surrounded.
Lyo was limping and bleeding heavily from a wound on his flank, but he was alive. His right eye was closed due to a scratch across it, but he could see. All in all, he thought that it had gone relatively well so far. -
Kazuli groaned and fell to his knees. He knew he was weak. Had his brother not come and interrupt his fighting mentality, he would have been much stronger. Instead, he was forced to kneel before his brother and watch him come at him with every intention to kill him. In his eyes, memories flashed by. When their father died how they had comfort each other, when they were in school and Hideaki came and ate lunch with him, every sweet little memory flashed across his vision and wondered how his brother had become this. Clearing his mind, he closed his eyes and accepted death, knowing it was coming.
Freeing himself from the pile of dead vampyres, Lyo loped towards Kazuli, knowing that he would never get there in time to save the man.

Ivan fiddled with the plate for a moment before setting it down. "Alright then. "How can I help you, Master?" He stepped closer and held out his hand out to the boy. A smile settled on his face.

(Let's see... We all came back to the manor {the demons, Ivan, and Cyril} and are now resting. Ivan is helping Cyril and panicking. Not that that is new for his character! :P)
(By the way, were we supposed to pick those pieces of paper up? If so, let's say that Ivan did.)
-
Kazuli opened his eyes slowly and stared at his brother. Standing up slowly, he spoke to the man. "Leave, Cheng-Dao." Turning away from them all, he forced his voice out. "Until next time." Once he was around the corner and out of sight, he fell against the wall, dead eyes staring up into the raining clouds. After a moment, he realized that he had left Deanna in the dirt. Hitting his head violently against the brick behind him, he started cursing himself and screaming.
He hoped that his brother, or whatever he was, had left.Lyo flattened his ears back when he heard the demon-man screaming. Shrinking back down into his human form, he walked slowly up to Deanna. Carefully, he took her hand and pulled gently, trying to lead her to the man. Not strong enough to move her, he turned and looked her in the eyes. "He needs you." He whispered.
-
Dropping his hand with a huff, Ivan counted in his head. "5 in all, to my knowledge." Nodding, he looked around for something to fiddle with while his master rested. "Three demons, you and I." His eyes landed on some slips of paper that had fallen out of Sebastian's pockets when the rushed in. Moving to pick them up, he frowned and brought them to his master. "On a different note, it looks like we have been invited to a ball..."
-
Studying the invitation, Ivan read the name. "The (insert name)'s manor. I do believe that the woman we met in the alley is the one hosting." He looked over at Miyuki. "I've never been to one either, sad to say. Is that really all you do? Dance?" Frowning, he studied his feet. He would have to adopt the ability to dance from someone in his head....
-
Ino took hold of the paper with a curious frown gracing his lips. That guy was weird.
Kazuli held back a sob. "SO WHAT?!" He yelled at her. "SO WHAT IF I GOT KILLED?! WHO WOULD CARE? YOU HAVE YOUR REAPER, THAT BLIND MAN AND HIS GHOSTS, AND ALL OF HELL!!" He continued to yell, ripping his head away from her grasp. "WHO DO I HAVE? A LYING GIRL THAT I COULD HAVE CONTRACTED WITH? DEFINITELY NOT MY BROTHER!" Punching the wall beside him, he sobbed and leaned heavily against it. "So what?" He asked again, quieter. "Who would miss me...?"
-
Ivan nodded, looking at his master. "Sounds like it could be entertaining... What say you, Master?" He asked.
-
Kazuli sobbed into the wall again and looked over at Deanna with glowing red eyes. Sniffling slightly, he pushed himself away from the wall and stared at his shoes. "Really?" He asked quietly. Turning slowly to her and taking a step to her, he wrapped his arms around the queen tightly. Sobbing, he leaned into her and buried his head in her shoulder.
Ino gently put the paper into his pocket and sat beneath a tree, waiting patiently.
-
Ivan nodded at Miyuki with a happy smile, then nodded at his master. He was still extremely worried, but he figured he could hold it in for a while.
-
(Sorry! I missed Earl's last post!! No, Ivan doesn't know how to dance... {hint hint})
(Sorry if I'm shoving the shifter abilities down your throats... Just tell me to shut up if I get to annoying...) -
Ivan waved his hand before walking over to the other demons. While it was true that he did not know how to dance, it was also true that he could learn quickly. He watched Sebastian's graceful steps with envy. He was not graceful by any means.
-
Ivan rolled his eyes and leaned against the wall, crossing his arms and legs. He watched the man with bored eyes, wondering how he would teach.
-
Kazuli stood to his full height. While he was a head taller than Deanna, he still managed to keep his arms wrapped around her waist. He felt safe when he stood like this with her. Lifting his head away from her attempt to clean his face, he mumbled something unintelligible at her. After a moment, he lowered his head again and nuzzled into her hair, whimpering like a sad puppy.
-
(Thanks sweetie! ;))
-
"thats my job" He muttered at her head, not moving for her. He was starting to feel better and didn't want to let this feeling of calm go. Knowing himself, once he let go, his head would fill to the brim with insanity once again. Right now, his head was clear. It was the best feeling in the world.
-
"how?" He questioned, a laugh bubbling up. "I'm no longer crying and it's raining. How is it my fault that your head is wet?" He leaned back and laughed greatly. Taking her head in his hands, he leaned his forehead against hers for a moment, staring into her eyes. "Thank you De. You never fail to cheer me up!" Letting her go, he began to walk over to the other man.
The three people under the tree thought that they were absolutely adorable together. Lyo had been chanting, "Kiss, kiss!", quietly when they leaned their heads together, but had been disappointed in the lack of kiss.
