Abercrombie had been out wandering, again. The border collie pup had been bored, and decided to explore the territory.
"This," Abby snarled. "was a horrible idea." She spat out 'horrible' like it was rattlesnake poison. She trudged on through the snow, her paws numb to the pain from walking over bumpy ice and snow. Soon, Abercrombie felt a strange feeling on her back. It was . . . warmth.
"What the *," She asked herself. The pup reared backwards, looked back, and found herself face-to-face with a . . . bunny?
"Uh, hi?" Abercrombie cautiously greeted the bunny, who twitched her nose about every two seconds. The bunny jumped on Abby's cold paws, warming them up just the slightest bit.
"Hey," Abercrombiepup exclaimed, but soon she gave in to the bunny's soft fawn fur and its twinkling eyes. "I'm going to call you . . . Bambi!" It wasn't the best name for a bunny, but Bambi seemed to like her new name.

Abercrombie was playing Bambi, her adorable fawn bunny. Abby's eyes glittered with delight as Bambi rolled over at her command.
"Good girl, Bambi," Abercrombie smacked a tiny paw against the snowy ground, her version of clapping. She had only had Bambi for about three hours, but they were already very close. The border collie pup giggled as Bambi jumped up on her owner's muzzle, tickling the skin under the sparse white fur.
"Now let's try the hoop," Abby held an old metal ring in her mouth, motioning for Bambi to jump through it, which, the fawn bunny did.
"Yay!" Abby howled, quite loudly at that. "That was amazing, Bambi!"

"Bambi is my pet bunny. Do you have a pet bunny?" In Abercrombie's world, everyone had a pet bunny. But then again, this wasn't Abercrombie's world. Abercrombie realized she hadn't introduced herself.
"Hiya," She began cheerfully. "My name's Abercrombiepup, but you can call me Abby." Abby turned to Shadow, and answered her question.
"Yes she can!" Abby called for Bambi, who struggled to get herself out of the snow. "Do a flip for Shadow!" The fawn rabbit obeyed and did a petite little backflip.
