Marly grabbed one of the many cell phones she owned and entered Harry's number. "Hey, I'm on my way. No, I'm not bringing anyone. You know me. Yup. Mhm. Alright. See ya." The conversation was a quick one. Marly tucked the phone into her back pocket.

"You guys might want to listen to him." Marly called over her shoulder. She winced as she moved her left shoulder. "Gotta remember to let Harry check that out." she muttered. She put her bag on her other shoulder and began walking down the street.

Marly hurried up the steps of an old apartment building. She knocked on the door three times. An older guy, in his early twenties, opened the door. "Marly! It's great to see you!" he exclaimed, pulling her into a hug. "Hi, Harry." Marly sighed, a smile on her face. Harry looked around after pulling back. "Where's Jace?" he asked. Marly looked away. "Oh. Come on in." Harry said, frowning. Marly went inside.

((I'm back you asked! Oh, how I love back stories! XD Clarity's older brother, Harley, had to raise her since their parents were killed. Harley had told her that he had been looking for a book. He never explained why or what was in it. They discovered thelocation of that book. TThey went to get it. They were ambushed. Clarity made it out with e book. Harley was captured. Boom. Back story.))
Clarity looked down at the other girl. "No one. Why do you ask?" she replied. She brushed her blonde hair back out of her gray eyes. She hid her book in her bag.
-
Marly paused. She opened the door and peered out. She rolled her eyes, seeing Arthur. "What do you want?" she asked, already knowing the answer (('cause she's a mind reader. Lol)). She held the door open with her foot.
-
Tara squealed as the water fell. She turned and glared at the other fairy. "What the heck!? I was SO close to mastering that trixk!" she exclaimed.
-
Marly crossed her arms. "I guess there's room." she said. She smiled slightly. "Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. It doesn't really matter." she replied. Harry walked up next to Marly. "Who's this?" he asked. "Arthur, he's one of the Specials." Marly replied, reading the boy's mind to find his name.
-
Harry chuckled, "He reminds me of-" He was cut off short by Marly's glare. Marly looked at Arthur. "I didn't choose to read minds, 'ya know." she muttered. Harry shrugged and went back inside. "It's much safer here than out there." she said. "Oh, yeah. They are fake. I really don't care."
-
Marly leaned against the door, quite entertained. "Make up your mind, Arthur." she sighed, crossing her arms.
-
Clarity ignored her statement. "I'm Clarity." she replied. She pulled out the book and held it up for Athena to see. "Do you know what this is?" she asked. She desperately needed answers.
-
Marly sighed. "You really don't need to apologize, 'ya know." she said. She brushed her blonde hair back out of her eyes. She was getting tired of standing outside. "Just dump the kid and get inside. It's not safe." she could practically hear her older brother saying. She looked sad. She shook her head and her normal look returned. She hated Sad Marly. She looked weak and vulnerable.
-
Clarity just shook her head. "Harley told me not to." she replied. She turned the book in her hands.
-
Tara sighed and looked at the fairy. "Who are you?" she asked. She didn't seem to recognize this fairy.
-
Clarity shrugged. "I really don't have anywhere to go." she replied. She and Harley were going to head back to the house. She didn't want to go back.
-
Tara rolled her eyes. "Yeah. I got that." she muttered. She picked up the paper and folded it. She put it in her bag.
-
"It's alright. I would've messed it up one way or another." Tara mumbled. Her eyes widened, hoping the fairy hadn't noticed.
-
"Sure." Clarity said. She grabbed her bag and swung herself off of the branch.
-
Clarity smiled. "That's cool." she said, looking up at it in awe. She had never seen one of those before. Her family had hidden inside a stone house, only going out for food.
-
"Sure. And I'll become a flying raccoon, too!" Tara chuckled. She rolled her eyes and got up.
-
Clarity climbed up the ladder. She took Athena's hand and pulled herself up.
