Oh boy. The first person to arrive was a kid, but Vespar wanted him to sell to anyone who had the cash. The "dough for the dope". Archie chuckled at that, trying to decide if it was witty enough to say out loud. "I'm Archie and this is Alice." His eyes flicked to the next person to arrive, and he flashed her a smile. "That's because I'm selling it, sweetheart. And a whole bunch of other s**t." He reached into one of his many pockets and he pulled out a bag of pot. Surely in a crowd this big - damn they assembled fast - he'd get some sales. "Any of you want to buy? If I ain't got it I can get it." He winked.

Understood, though it seemed like this place was doing pretty fine. I can't wait to meet everyone's characters later on though, and I think Joan will just get that branded "M" on her anyways, and then go with someone to a new group since I love her character too much at the moment.

if it can't be a group, maybe it could be a legit family? I've seen family threads a lot, so they could still possibly meet each other once in a while in arranged events like others usually do, no matter what clans they go to?

She hadn't bought anything, he recalled, which was probably supposed to annoy him. Oh well. Archie was too new to know all of his familia's heritage by heart, but he was pretty sure Alice had introduced herself as a Kalingo. "Captain-Ali-Pants should be here soon enough." Yeah, he'd made the nickname up on the spot, but that was how he was. Everyone got their name lengthened.

Pyre is a master at procrastination and forgetting to do things, but hopefully this wasn't too late.

It would have been far easier to summon a feast for his family to eat, but Archie didn't want them to be gagging on what would inevitably taste like s**t. So the badger spent the day in the kitchen, cooking appetizers and entres and salads and soups. His black coat was stained with flour - most likely - and other ingredients, but by the end of it, he was pretty sure that it was all worth it. In addition to the copious amounts of food, he'd put out wine and water to drink. The spread was laid out in one of the fancy dining rooms, and it all looked rather nice.

"Gather, mi familia, for Sunday Dinner!" The badger bellowed, standing in the hallway outside of the dining room and using sound manipulation to make his voice even louder.

Archie shrugged. It wasn't his fault that it had been kids to show up, and it wasn't like he was making anyone buy anything. One of these clearly disdainful, responsible adults could have told him to f**k off, and he'd have left once the sale was finished. Instead more people kept coming and not buying anything, giving him just enough reason to stay.

"It ain't my job to make their choices. Maybe I'm an enabler and a dealer, but I ain't no pusher." The badger didn't want to control anyone's life, let alone an ignorant kid. Yet here he was, selling drugs. Whatever. The kids made their own choices whether they bought it or not, not him. He shifted from paw to paw, studying Caroline while he did the math in his head. "172. Up front." Would Vespar be proud that he'd sold his entire inventory on the first day or pissed that it was all gone? Guess he'd find out if Caroline was serious about buying up everything.
