  • The Beast Within (New twist on Eragon/Dragons and humans needed!)

    Since the time of the Dragon Riders, dragons and humans have fueded over who should be in control. Thanks to Calibatorix, they lost all connections with their dragons, and eventually dragons were able to kill their riders without killing themselves. They did so in anger, and dispised those who wouldn't. Few riders were able to escape their own dragons, the ones they once hatched from eggs and raised into powerful flying beasts. The dragons destroyed everything they could relate to human activity...all except the Varden.


    However, there were still a few who wouldn't dream of harming their riders. They helped to protect the Varden and the villages within. Dragons and their riders worked together to war against the revolting dragons, and in the rare case the dragon would turn against the rider.


    And as time grew on, many dragons died, and with them, magic.

  • Beware the Fire! (nonadvanced, dragons and other mythical creatures needed)

    For centuries, all mythical creatures lived in peace, all playing a role in the harmony of the ecosystem. The fairies tended to the gorgious foliage, the griffons hunted the food, the dragons protected the homelands, dwarves built shelters for everyone, the chimeras warded off the humans, mermaids sang their songs to calm all anger, unicorns supplied the rainbow and kept away the storms, and the phoenixes always kept the torches lit, lighting everyone's way in the night. But one day, all of it changed.


    A small gang of Sirens came about, singing their beautiful songs of death. They led the creatures to a human village. When the humans saw the mighty beasts and gentle souls, they began to hunt them down due to their immense value.


    For nearly a thousand years these creatures have fought with the humans and lost all regard for others. And as they all went back to their homelands, once known as Adilasia, broke into fights over who would rule over the kingdom. The previous rulers, the queen fairy Violet and the king Phoenix Aphrimar, declaring that they would take the throne again, caused a revolt.


    The king and queen were killed mersilessly by their once-loyal subjects. Aphrimar's murderer Gair, a phoenix, and Violet's murderer, Jala, a unicorn, split the kingdom in two. King Gair ruled over a half of Adilasia, then known as Spiridax, which harbored the mighty dragons, griffons, phoenixes, and dwarves. Queen Jala ruled over the second half, known as Fantasia, which harbored the gentle but magical fairies, unicorns, chimeras, and dwarves.


    They lived together in peace once again...until Gair wanted all the land for himself. He set the fields of Fantasia on fire, and declared war against them....
