Persona -
Onyx is a gentle soul with a flare of fire, or I should say Ice. He is protective and loyal, death or torture will not break his bonds. Often found confused of afraid, his childhood was harsh and unfair, and often those characteristics show through. He will step in front of anything, take any blow, jump in front of any attack, he is selfless.
History -
When Onyx was young he lived with his beloved little sister Raven. They were born orphans in a large bustling city. The two were nursed by a female fox who had recently birthed a singleton who had been still-born. In the fox's grief she found the kits, half dead, in a cardboard box that had been thrown in a dumpster. After nursing them back to health the fox raised them is her ways of a scavenger, never knowing what the strange tiny animals were, but she didn't care, it was all the same love for her. When the kits had begun the weaning process, their adopted mother went off to find them some food. On her way out of the alleyway she was hit by a speeding truck, breaking her neck on impact. The kits did not know what happened to their beloved mother, eventually after surviving two more moons in the dreaded city, they sighted the forest. After a fleeting attempt to escape over the barbed wire fence, Raven was caught, her neck eventually being severed by the cruel wire. Onyx scared and heart broken raced away as a dog devoured his beloved sisters body. Finally finding a home in the forest he survived another five moons, only to be chased out by a raging wildfire. Tired and weary, the cat found his way to the ocean, after a fleeting attempt to cross the open water he almost drowned if not found by a twoleg fishing off a small wooden boat. After being nursed back to health he escaped again through an open window, finding himself in Blossomclan.
