ic: Raiden shivered as another cold breeze passed right through him. He should really get a new hoodie... He sighed and pushed himself off from the fence. He couldn't get another hoodie. If he even set foot in the town over the fence, he'd probably get killed or worse. Even in disguise, he was sure the high tech cameras they had would be able to discern him from the "Normal" people of the town.
Raiden was pulled out of his thoughts when he noticed a girl walking his way. Rather, Jade, the girl he had a crush on when he was little, was walking this way. He frowned, wondering if he should run away. What would he say to her? Would she even talk to him? Would she turn up her nose and laugh, or even worse, treat him like he's garbage? Raiden wasn't sure if he wanted to know. But then again, would he be able to live without knowing how she'd react to him? -

ic: Raiden's eyes widened when Jade's eyes landed on him, all thoughts coming to a halt. This was definitely the girl that he had been (Still is) in love with. He ran a hand through his dark, near-black hair, looking down at the ground. He put his hands in his pockets, shivering again. However, this time it wasn't because of the cold.
Raiden was never an outgoing person. Even when he was younger, he'd rather be inside and alone, rather than playing with the kids his age. He could almost regret it, now that he couldn't even talk to anyone his age. Most of the other Cursed people were either way older or way younger than him. Even if there was someone else his age he could talk to, he really wouldn't. Maybe now was his chance to, even though he wasn't even allowed to be this close to the fence.
