Alex fell silent as he heard Hope and Scar outside the door. "Great," he muttered, knowing an argument was about to happen. He waited, ignoring Vera completely. Hope sighed softly, and followed Scar into the room after her opened the door without a word.
Hope started to say something, but Web cut her off. "I have never had to watch over her like a pup because she won't sleep like you. Now, I'm having to. And I don't appreciate it." He stood up straight after checking Scar's wounds. "You can leave the room, but do not do anything physical. No training, fighting, hunting, or going after Hawk. If you do, I'll lock you up myself." Without another word, he turned and left the room. Hope muttered something under her breath about a cranky old man. She then looked at Scar. "I guess you get to leave the cell now," she muttered, crossing her arms. She stood looked mad at him.
Alex narrowed his eyes, sensing something. "But they will scent you. You know Mom has the best nose in the pack." He was right about that. Hope did somehow always manage to know when Vera was about, up to something. Most of the time though, she allowed it to slide.
Hope followed him after a moment. "But it is something I need to do. Alex was going to find out one day. He might as well hear it from the source."
Hope shakes her head, taking a step back. "Nevermind," she muttered. Web suddenly entered with another medic at his side. He frowned at Scar. "I told you I didn't want you out of bed for another day," he grumbled. His sharp gaze then shifted to Hope. "And I told you to get some sleep. You've been going nonstop for three days now, and that's only what I know about." Hope shifted her gaze over to him. "And I told you I am fine. I can't afford to rest anyhow." Web snorted as he walked over to Scar. "Great. I'm dealing with two Scars now." he grumbled as he checked Scar's wounds. Hope growled softly at that which went ignored.
Alex glared at her. "Mom and Dad are coming back," he retorted. He sat down on the edge of the bed, watching her.
Hope nods. "Lead the way." She really did not want to do this. She never told Scar to lead the way for anything
Hope nods. She bit her lip. "Do you think the medics would be mad if you left the room?" She sounded nervous.
Alex slammed the door closed in her face. The soft sound of a lock followed.
"It never hurts to try," Hope pointed out.
Hope took a step back, out of his direct path. She watched him closely, not sure if she yet trusted him. "How are your wounds?" she asked softly, trying hard to push her anger aside. She did not want to fight him. She just wanted to make sure he was alright. But denying her nature was hard.
"Because I know you. The first time anyone mentioned it, you would be off trying to play the hero. The pack will be fine Scar, but you won't be if you don't give yourself time to heal. The pack needs an alpha, not a hero." Hope watched him closely, her emotions guarded. She knew there would be a price to pay, but she did not seem to care. She never seemed to care.
Alex glared at her. Without a word, he turned away from her and stormed to the adjoining room. He did not even look at her.
"Well, I guess we should go talk to him. Maybe the two of us together can get something out of him." Hope sounded like she wanted nothing to do with it.
//That would be very interesting. I would definitely like to see how that comes into play in this drama we've got going.
Woops. Sorry about that. I'll add her name now
Alex shook his head. "Stop wasting your breath Vera. I'm not going to tell you anything."
Hope sighed, standing up. "Where is Alex now?"
Hope moved in front of him, blocking his path. "They are terrified of Hawk, Scar. A wolf on the loose who is willing to attack an alpha causes concern for everyone." She paused, debating his next question. "And the reason no one told you? I ordered them not to." She knew the wraith which was coming with her words. She did not seem to care.
As awesome as your stuff is, I'm going to have to read through it all later. I want to get my girl going so we can get started.
Bellatrix or "Bell"
Superhero Name: She-Wolf
Name meaning: Female Warrior in Latin
Petite, 5'1, Bell is not a terrifying sight. If anything, she looks like your typically blonde haired, blue eyed girl. However, underneath the long sleeves she always wears, are scars which speak the truth of the past she keeps hidden. Soaking wet, Bell probably doesn't even weigh a hundred pounds. There is no fat on her body, only pure muscle which she works hard to keep. She is always wearing a long sleeve shirt and pants, no matter the weather. They are normally black.
Bell very rarely even mentions her past. But for the sake of the roleplay, we are going to tell it anyway. Bell was purposely created in a lab. Her mother, Diana, worked for whatever group who were trying to recreate the super soldiers. Somehow, through unknown means, they obtained Captain America's DNA. They used this to create Bell through Diana. The girl was raised in a completely controlled environment, trained from birth to be the perfect soldier. The slightest act of disobedience resulted in severe punishment. She had to work for everything; food, clothing, even to sleep. Ever waking moment, information and training was being shoved down the girl's throat. And the one who oversaw most of it? Her own mother. However, when Bell was ten, her mother suddenly vanished without a trace. Her training was then taken over by a man who never revealed his name to the child, but only allowed her to call him Master. As hard as it had been before, it only got worse. When Bell turned thirteen, she reached her breaking point. She managed to break free of the place where she had lived her entire life, and she took to the streets. She quickly learned the skills of street life, and she was doing okay when she meet the rest of the group at 15. She has been with them every since.
Bell is a very cold, very distant, emotionless person. Her training forced her to be that way. She does not trust anyone, and she has a hard time knowing who to listen to. Though she was trained for obedience, she now despises being told what to do. This has resulted in her being rebellious, sometimes doing something just because she was told not to. However, Bell is also very loyal. Once she has found that rare person she trusts, she will lay down her life for them, no questions asked. She is always willing to listen to someone, though she has a hard time opening up about herself. She is clueless when it comes to experiencing any type of emotion, which makes her seem mean to people who do not know her.
Her abilities are very similar to Captain America. She has super speed and super strength as he does. However, she also has developed super hearing, something she loves to put to use. Despite this, she tires easily and pain affects her greatly. She is unable to fight long because of it, though she will not back down until she's dead.
