"Thank you very much," She said, beginning to heave her suitcase to her dorm. "And please, call me Aqua." She said, beaming. I wonder who my dorm mate is, she thought. When she got to her room, there was no one else there, but she saw stuffies on the top bunk of the bunk bed and papers on one of the two desks. She put her suitcase on the bottom bunk. She put some brightly colored pens on the desk, and plugged in her lap top to charge.

She opened her lap top, only to find an email from her brother, showering her with questions about where she was. She hadn't told him (she only lived with her brother, her parents died when they were younger) that she was going because he didn't have an aura and she didn't want him to know about her powers. If he did, he would isolate her and not let her do anything, because he was afraid of her, even without powers. He thought that she was dangerous because she wanted freedom, and she would do almost everything to get it.

Aqua slammed shut her laptop and squeezed her eyes shut. No matter how much she wanted to, she wouldn't reply to that email. No matter how much she felt stephe needed to. Then she heard faint voices, someone was walking down the hallway. She turned over and stared at the wall. There was nothing she had to do today, her classes started tomorrow.

Amber woke up at 6:30. She brushed her long silky brown hair and put in a yellow flower hair barrette. Then she put in her contacts while wincing, they were still new. She was dressed in blue skinny jeans and a red tshirt. She went downstairs to eat a quick bowl of cereal, then brushed her teeth and hugged her mom goodbye, then walked out the door, berthing in a deep breath of fresh air. She read as she walked, something she was fairly good at, except not today. She bumped into Nick, the guy she kinda liked. "Sorry," She said, blushing. "I'm Amber."

She sighed, taking her laptop out again, this time going on her well loved role playing site. Maybe that would make her feel better.

She quickly got bored, and decided it was time to go exploring. She wondered if you could go on top of the roof, she needed some fresh air and some along time. She went as far up as she could go, only getting to some attic steps. Good enough, she thought, her gaze darting around to look for anyone who could get her in trouble for going up. She climbed up the stairs, freezing when she heard the breath of another human. "Who's there?!" She whispered fiercely.

She thought about. "Well I suppose we could try...but the controls are in 'The Grown Up's' room."

Ooc: Should the adults be dead and know one knew because they never go in there out of fear, but when Sage and Xander go in, they'll find the dead bodies?

Ic: She was surprised when Xander gave her a tight hug. It felt almost like a replacement for all those lonely years. She enjoyed it. She hugged him back, it was nice that he was a bit taller so one of them didn't have to lean over in an awkward position. When they were done hugging, she reeeeeeeeeeally wanted to kiss him. She desperately hoped it didn't show in her eyes.

"Hi," She said softly, not looking him in the eyes. She knew if she did, she would find beautiful brown eyes, glittering from the rays of sunshine....hey! That could be a poem! She thought happily. She couldn't wait for Language Arts, there she would compose her first poem in what might've been weeks. She skipped happily to school, hugging her book to her chest. She had gotten her things from her locker and she was waiting for the bell to ring while looking at nick, who was just across the hall, when suddenly a group of bullies pinned her against the wall, causing her books. She squeezed her eyes shut in fear.

She jumped at the voice. She couldnt completely recognize it, but she felt like she had heard it before. "Ok, she whispered, and climbed up the rest of the stairs to the attic quickly and quietly. She saw that had a blue aura, she flashed her turquoise one. "What's your name?" She asked. "I'm Aqua." As her eyes adjusted to the darkness, she saw that it was the boy who was talking to her outside of the academy earlier. "You!" She said, forgetting her manners.

"And I'm Aqua," She said with a smile. "No, you wernt intruding. Actually, we kinda just met!" She smiled at Ray. She sat down on a crate.

Ic: Aqua could see the girl better now with the lights on. She marveled at her strange colored hair, but then smiled. There was an old fan that was on, and it was brushing her hair into her eyes. She simply lifted a hand and gestured to it, turning it off. It was Fall after all, who turns on a fan?

Aqua grabbed a bag for herself and opened it. "I would rather explore the forest than watch videos, but that's just me." She said, smiling.

Should Code be Aqua's room mate?

Aqua waved goodbye to Code, then smiled as the rat slowly turned human.

Aqua climbed out onto the roof, sitting next to Ray. Finally, they were alone. She kind of like his presence better than the others, he just seemed so relaxed and happy. "I hope you don't mind me coming out here too, I just needed a breath of fresh air." She said, smiling at him. Her gaze swept over the forest, she saw Code walking outside. She turned to look at Ray, brushing the hair out of her green eyes.

Aqua smiled at Ray, enjoying his presence.
