    ila twitched her large ear when her body gently spread across the floor. she actually had to use the little strength she had left to even keep her eyes open to see what was happening. she was still in shock, after all, and she wanted to know what these strangers were going to do to her. the lilac tabby kitten figured they were here to help after hearing the soft and comforting voices around her, but when they moved closer to her injured self, her two front paws weakly folded close to her chest in pitiful defense.[/fancypost]

    ila sleepily blinked her golden optics and flickered them across the new faces staring down at her with pity and anxiety, though they seemed to know what they were doing. she hadn't bothered examining her wound yet, so she had no idea what condition it was in besides the fact that it really, really hurt. soon, her bright orange gaze landed on the soaked moss being passed over to the the she-cat called...she couldn't remember. immediately her mouth started to water and she realized how hungry and thirsty was. ila tried to shuffle towards the liquid source, but another surge of pain rushed through as she stopped herself.[/fancypost]
