Purring at the new presence, Lacedkit wriggled her tail, feeling a sense of trust in Morningpaw. Who is this cat? Why should I trust her? Thinking, she thought of a lot of options. Leader? Deputy? Medicine cat? Sibling? Knowing that none of those were correct, a wave of frustration fell apon the small serval kit. But, there was a feeling in the back of her mind that at least one of those were close . . . But which one was it?

A hint of ambition in his eyes, the apprentice introduced himself as well. "Ah, a pretty name for a pretty cat. I'm Bonepaw." he said, dipping his head. But, little did his new "friend" know, that Bonepaw was planning something way more worse than a meet & greet.

Walking around the same dried land, Bonepaw's paws followed the small, short-lived cracks in the ground, trying to find something to do to pass the time. Looking around, he spotted a taller figure--some sort of wildcat. It did indeed have BloodClan scent on him, so he was "friendly", or, in BloodClan's terms, had the will to hold back from ripping someones face off.

Debating whether or not to approach the taller tom, the smaller apprentice decided to say hi to the only other cat in this desert like biome.

Padding slowly at first, Bonepaw began to pick up his pace and run. He was quite a ways away from the tom, and the black and white apprentice estimated about a dozen or so yards. Keeping a few steps away from Dracula, Bonepaw found himself once again debating on how he should introduce himself.

Dipping his head, Bonepaw murmured a hello back towards his Clanmate. "So," the black and white apprentice began, looking around the desert. "What brings you here to the lonely desert today?" he said, a hint of humor in his mew.

Eyes burning, Bonepaw's head shot up, and soon he was on his feet, practically sprinting out of the nest. Shit, I'm late! he said, shaking his pelt and patting it down a little before approaching his new mentor. Giving his tail a wave, he began to speak.

"So, what are we doing this fine morning?" he asked, curling his tail and giving Astrid a little smile. "I'd prefer hunting, but you're the mentor so it's your choice." Bonepaw stated, knowing he'd get scolded many times in these months from snapping back and making rude remarks.

Holding back a devilish smirk at the idea of his new "friend" calling him good, the tom instead curled his tail. "BloodClan," he said, not wasting a moment before adding on, "But I'm not like those sinister cats. I'd rather go to the Dark Forest than become as mean as them." he said, hoping the she-cat was as stupid as Bonepaw thought.

"What Clan are you from?" he asked back, suppressing a little smile.

Letting out a little laugh, Bonepaw shuffled his weight between his paws for effect. "Well, I couldn't say that we were here for different reasons," he said, adding in a shrug. Blue eyes scanning the barren land, the black and white apprentice curled his tail.

"Have anything to do?" he asked, wondering if they could go do something, like kill an animal or something like that.

Nodding, he gracefully swept around in the direction of the camp entrance, and began to walk that way. Thinking, he wondered where they should hunt. Deciding on hunting near the north border, he continued to walk that way, checking back ever so often to make sure that his mentor was following.

Thinking again, Bonepaw was again pondering if he should hunt for a certain type of prey . . . Something rather large, he hoped.

Nodding his head, he began to say something about HawkClan's culture. "Don't they live by the sea now?" he asked, turning his head as if he was a little kit asking an elder about something. Not waiting for the answer, Bonepaw sat up and walked swiftly so he was sitting directly on the border, and looked at Galaxystream straight in the eyes. "You're eyes . . ." he began, knowing exactly where he was taking this. "They're so pretty. It's like I get lost in them--your name really sums it up." he said almost seductively, adding on a nervous laugh.

Moving his head back and forth, Bonepaw found himself agreeing on the lazy part. "Okay," he began, trying to think of something interesting to do. "I'm thinking that we should go kill something. I haven't killed anything in while." the black and white apprentice finished, wondering if they'll murder something of a larger or smaller matter.

Taking a lazy look down at the border, Bonepaw shook his head. "Nobody'll find out, right?" he said, his ice blue gaze flickering up to the HawkClan warrior, as if questioning her if she'll tell her other Clanmates about their "meet-up".

"Hmm," he began, thinking. "Perhaps something larger than the average mouse . . ." he added, thinking again. "Maybe a snake of some sorts?" Bonepaw said, almost cockily.

OOC I don't even know if cats hunt snakes in BloodClan but I'm just gonna go with it wnw "

OOC: Sorry, I've been caught up with school lately.

Bonepaw thought carefully, knowing that he shouldn't overdue it. Feeling his eye twitch ever so slightly--perhaps even invisibly--out of a slight annoyance. The black and white apprentice already knew what he wanted to do to this female, and she was just making it difficult.

"Something to talk about, huh." he asked, letting his gaze travel up to the sky. "What would that be?" he asked, thinking hard about how this would play out.

OOC: Sorry, I've been super busy with school.

Bonepaw looked up at the older male, surprising a small sigh. "Yeah." he stated calmly, feeling the hot, dry earth underneath him start to burn his cracked paws. Shuffling his weight between his paws in attempt to aid the heat, the black and white apprentice started to add on to what he said. "I wish I was a warrior already, instead of an apprentice. It's very boring." he said, slowly moving his bushy tail from side to side.

"Astrid," he said, flexing back his shoulders. "I don't know if you know her, but she's fun." he said, blinking his blue eyes a few times. Sniffing the air, he silently prayed that some animal would cross their path, so they could kill it. Bonepaw hadn't had a kill since becoming a trainee.
