Echomist nodded to Lightstar. "Of course," she replied. "Sure," she said to Tigerflight. She padded toward the camp entrance to wait while Tigerflight got Frostpaw.

Stormcloud laughed and dipped the tip of his tail in the water. He flicked it, spraying a few drops of water in Tinyleaf's direction.

(Sorry I completely forgot Golden was Echomist's apprentice! Oops xD )

"I'm sure we'll get plenty of curious looks walking into camp with wet fur," Stormcloud laughed.

(Ooh, can I rp one of the kits?)

Echomist exited the camp. "We're going to the eastern border," she said, glancing back at the patrol.

Stormcloud smiled. He looked up at the sky, seeing that the sun was beginning to set. He hadn't realized they had been out that long.

Oakpaw looked up at the sound of his name. Recognizing his mentor's voice, he began to pad toward Rocketstripe. "Yes?" he asked.

Oakpaw nodded and stood up.

Stormcloud flinched, chuckling as a few of the drops landed on his face.

Echomist began marking the borders when they arrived.

Echomist gave him a soft smile. She crouched in front of the rabbit, delicately taking a small bite. After picking herbs so much, she had a habit of always biting things gently.

A moment before Dawnstripe turned her head, Spottedpaw sprung herself forward. Spottedpaw aimed for her mentor's back, making sure that her claws remained sheathed. She was attempting a leap-and-hold.

Echomist turned to look at Golden. "Have you marked borders before?" she asked him.

Stormcloud nodded with a small smile, and started padding toward camp.

Oakpaw followed his mentor.

"Just scent mark where the scent seems stale, along this area." Echomist said, motioning along the border with her tail.

Stormcloud shivered a bit as his damp fur grew cold.

Oakpaw looked at his surroundings, hoping to find a way he could use them to his advantage. He spotted a small rock behind him, and kicked it to left with his back leg, hoping to distract Rocketstripe's attention for a moment.

Stormcloud smiled at Tinyleaf, his teeth chattering a bit.

Oakpaw took the opportunity to leap, aiming for his mentor's back with claws sheathed.

Oakpaw landed on the tom's back, attempting a leap-and-hold.

Stormcloud nodded. He'd be happy to be dry again.

Oakpaw fell off, since he couldn't hold on with claws.

Stormcloud slowly began to groom his long pelt, stealing a glance at Tinyleaf every now and then.

-bump-

Oakpaw stood up and shook his fur to release the dirt that got in it.

"Sure," Stormcloud replied with a quiet purr.

Accepted!

Stormcloud turned as he heard a cat approaching.

Oakpaw lunged forward, aiming for a front paw blow.
